There was a guy by the cereal aisle that actually works there was very rude to me. I asked him excuse me I need to pass oh he gave me a nasty attitude. Even a customer next to me saw the whole thing and told me he didn’t just gave you dirty looks did he? I told him yes just because I am a Mexican American he doesn’t have the rights to be disrespectful to me. Even on the parking lot there was a rude lady that almost hit my truck and another ladies car just because we didn’t move. Come on I was putting my groceries at the back of my truck and you can’t wait lady. Luckily I got her license plate from her car. People in this location don’t have no type of respect of whatsoever. Never coming back to this place again.

This is my second time going in this particular Kroger and this is the second time someone has been rude. I don't understand what's wrong with their employees but the lady at the self checkout was very rude to multiple customers. The sad part is it's her job and we're only asking for help because we can't fix anything wrong with the register. Either way that's my last time going in that store

Blocking the door at 10:55 to only let certain customers in is unnecessary. At this point, put the hours you'll block people on the business hours.

It's an absolute. Shame that you can buy single serving items in deli area and there is no free silverware! I don't need a box of forks for 1 item I purchased! Next time I'll go to Walmart! And FYI I been a kroger/king Sooper lifetime shopper age 48. When folks boost HEB im a loyal defender of kroger but the literally pissed me off! I have silverware & dishwasher at home!

I had a terrible experience at the Kroger in Addison. I was refused the sale of a product simply because I do not have a U.S. ID. I presented my Mexican passport, which is a valid and official form of identification, as I am an international student, but the manager insisted that only a U.S. ID was acceptable. This situation made me feel discriminated against and treated unfairly just because I am not from the United States. Expecting a non-U.S. resident to have a U.S. ID is unreasonable and shows a lack of understanding and professionalism. The manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive. This store clearly needs better training in customer service, inclusivity, and how to treat international customers with respect. I do not recommend this location at all.

I'm at this store a few times a week and there's usually at least one time during those visits that the prices on the shelves doesn't ring up the same at the register. Its so bad, that I now take pics of the prices before I place items in my basket, but besides that, I have no complaints. I've never ran across an unfriendly employee and Daniel is an absolute treasure! My visits aren't the same if I don't run across him.

Connor is an exceptional member of the team, he helped me find multiple items and knows where everything is off the top of his head, he deserves a raise or a promotion!

Worst Bakery Ever. Just shut it down.. I ordered a Birthday cake what I received was Horrible. I went online and choose a photo cake, I picked a picture, fonts, colors, left a detailed note to the Baker. Called ensured that the Baker read the note. All for Nothing!! The design of the cake, the taste of the cake, down to the frosting of the cake, Trash!!! ? What a waste of my time. I would never order anything from a Kroger’s bakery again. I wish I could add pictures.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Marshal! We come to this Kroger for our groceries every Friday and always see him working so hard! He’s very kind and knows how to do his job very well. Kroger definitely scored a good one with him; I would suggest for the older blonde lady to be a bit kinder to him before Kroger looses him. (We didn’t get a picture of her ourselves but someone wrote about her in the reviews so we’re using their photo.) Marshal was running around assisting us and his coworker while that lady was yelling at him not to help her… Self check out was extremely full and everyone needed help. That lady needs to take a few pointers from Marshal or Kroger needs to have him take her job; he has more professionalism and work ethic than she does.

There food can be hit or miss at times with quality, same with customer service. Though today I went in and Aseged was amazing - very patient and helped me ensure I got the discounts for my purchases. Only docking 2 stars due to quality of food at times but Aseged is 5 stars!! They also have a sale section filled with discount items.

Plenty of items in stock. Wish the location could be open later as it was back in 2024. My work day ends right around 10:30/11:00pm so after getting off, I could stop by and pick up additional items if needed. Is it possible to bring the late hours back??

Very upset. Started my day with a quick grocery trip before work. I picked up a gallon of tea and slung it to the other arm. It wasn't open nor busted. However the shelf it was resting on must have been covered with tea, as when i switched it to a different arm and touched my shirt while staining it... No i don't want another Tea... how about another shirt?? Ridiculous and dirty. Severly dissapointed, going to target from now on.

I came to this location and it was just 10:30 PM and they guy working the self checkout, Joshua, was standing near the entrance almost blocking it, saying “I better hurry up” because they close at 11.

Horrible service this lady got physically with me she wouldn’t let me purchase my medicine due to not having an id . Some guy offered to buy it for me and even then she wouldn’t she insisted on touching me smh the manager do not kno his name he’s white bald and has glasses didn’t even bother to care . DO BETTER KROGER !!

I always frequent this Kroger and tonight unfortunately I was doing some late shopping because I had just come home from vacation. They made several announcements and when I arrive to the front and the line for self checkout is halfway through the frozen isle and the worker makes an announcement that if you don’t purchase your items before 11 you have to leave them. This has never happened to me anywhere and left a completely bad taste on my mouth. I hope closing exactly at 11 was worth losing a long time customer.

Went this morning to check out at register 5. Light was on so I get all my groceries on the belt. AFTER put everything on there the bagger in 4 told me it was closed. I looked over multiple times as I was taking my groceries out of the cart and didn’t say a word till I was done. If the lights on your supposed to have someone there. No apology or anything. Then of course they turned it off after I moved my 150$ worth of groceries back in my cart.

This store has made significant improvements. Newly paved parking lot, new stripes, fewer lines at cashier. Friendlier staff, etc… My only complaint is the guy at the deli, who expects you to come back in 15 minutes to pick up your order, which was .5 pounds of sliced ham. The store manager told me that what he is not acceptable.

Been shopping at this store for years, but now now only go to get last minute items. Other reviews are not exaggerating. Prices on shelf are at least a year old and faded, weekly sales stickers are not removed on a timely basis, produce dept needs a visit from health inspector, and frozen foods are soft in the case. There is discounted meat at the end of the meat case that has serious color change going. There's new employees every visit, and I understand why. I actually saw manager SCREAMING at one long time employee in front of customers about how HE will lose his job if she didn't pick up the pace. I used to see her regularly, she's no longer there. As a matter of fact, almost everyone who had been there for years has disappeared. About 7 months ago, I walked of the store with 1 long-time employee who was leaving for the day, and he stated that after being on the register for 6 hours asked for his break and was told to keep it to 5 minutes!!!! He quit a couple of weeks after. No wonder the employees have such poor attitudes. New manager and an obvious dip in quality and service!

They are knowingly selling broken glass bottles!!! I had bought one recently and reported . Fast FWD to this evening low and behold they haven’t removed damaged product from shelf. BROKEN GLASS

Today was the worst of the experiences that lead to me even leaving a review. I rented a machine that is time sensitive for return and was returning the equipment. I got there early to assure the line would not impede my time of return. When I got there, there was a note on the counter saying customer service was closed. I asked the worker that was monitoring self checkout to call some help to the area. He called overhead 3 times and nobody showed. I physically called the phone number to ask for a manager. Nobody even answered the phone! I went back and asked the worker to call a manager to help. when he got there, I believe his name was Chris, he had a horrible attitude with everyone in line and even yelled at the associate that actually helped us get him up there! There were about 6 of us there by this time. He stated the normal worker for that area was on “break and would be back in around 30 minutes”. He had no clue how to do any of that job in customer Service which included accepting my equipment return! He said he “would take care of it” never even asked my name or anything. He Just took the equipment and I left. Horrible experience and this manager has a horrible attitude towards customers! I hate thinking how he could treat the associates. Please train managers to manage situations and departments accurately. If you’re short handed, maybe hire people that can do the job or cross train a manager to do it.

This OUTSTANDING review is for the team at thx Kroger Pharmacy in Addison, TX. I can’t say enough about how helpful the Pharmacist and her assistants are. They are professional, caring and always greet me with a smile. This is truly appreciated as I’m usually running around and very busy with life’s daily grind. It’s refreshing to see a staff that is happy and concerned with my well-being. Thanks to you all! Wally

I ordered a very simple custom cake from this location, and when I went to pick it up, they had not even opened the order. At first I could not even get someone to help me...the woman who was working was in the back on her phone. They seemed hesitant to even provide a solution to their mistake. I had a party in an hour an half and they basically were like sorry. The employees argued behind the counter, and I had to talk them into letting me buy blank cakes and write on them. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The manager Jonathan gave me a free balloon after telling him & Briani that my nephew accidentally popped my mom's balloon on mother's day. I promised my mother I would replace it & this was the third Kroger I went to on my quest to try to find a replacement. This manager needs a promotion & a raise.

This Kroger has a large easy access parking lot. A Kroger fuel island. The store is not their biggest but laid out well with category adjacencies that make sense. The store is clean and the parking lot is well lit with ample cart corrals. Prices are competitive and the pharmacy selections are adequate.

This place is a ridiculous. Health inspectors need to go visit this location because the produce is gross and molded. The overall store makes it hard for you to find stuff because it’s so unorganized. Customer service is horrible I asked a group of workers where the wine was and instead of showing me they have me very vague directions, I’ve only been to this store twice “ you work here” where is the love. I am super disappointed. I will not be shopping at this location ever again and I will be filing a complaint on this location.

I simply cannot say enough about this Kroger! They had just everything and anything you could think of from baby formula, flowers, meat, organic, cigarettes, pharmacy, gasoline, meats, vegetables, and fruit. It has no temperature checks, but masks are required. I would like to recognize Sharon at the checkout register by going above, and beyond by also informing us of other Kroger locations with clothes inside of them. This was a huge location with multi-handicap parking, and everyone was courteous, and polite. Kroger also has instacart delivery, pickup, fuel points, Kroger rewards, online shopping, and clean restrooms by far Kroger is tops today here in my book for shopping. Good job management, and employees the teamwork here is Stupendous!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Very nice Kroger. Well stocked, good sales, and very helpful people. The only critique is the parking lot is way too small up close to the building. I've never been here where they want a stack of cars trying to get into parking spaces. They need to widen the front Lanes and get ride of about 10 stop signs and things would good better.
