This company is not organized and unfortunately works in detriment to the buyer. Selling items that are broken, missing parts, boxes pictured not showing black mold, etc. If you are not registered as a business before you bid, good luck receiving a refund of the sales taxes charged. Other seller will tell you the receptionist is rude, I didn’t experience that, but she lied to me about a refund. I would not use this company again and I don’t recommend anyone to do so. Update to review: The company reviewed responded by saying the wrong Tax number was provided, which is incorrect. The Tax information submitted was provided just once and it was the correct information and submitted even prior to auction (Nov 4th, 2025). It’s a shame you are falsely quoting me, when I never spoke to you, like I use every company under the sun. One star because no stars is not an option.

I enjoy shopping!!!! Having used the consignment option yet but I’m sure that’s coming soon.

These people are awful. They intentionally hide damage. Every time I come here I end up regretting it. Don't waste your time and money. Just read the other reviews and how rude they are in their responses.

Great crew, fast shipping, fantastic items, good communication, If your reading this I encourage you to jump on their site and bid with confidence. Thank you.

I periodically bring an SUV load of items to Tyler Grace Auctions for consignment which is so much less stressful than having a garage sale!

Allowed me to bid, took my payment and never sent my items. Never made contact. When I contacted they said my account looked fraudulent so they relisted the items. Never tried to make contact and never refunded my payment. If it looked so fraudulent then why did you take my money?

Had issue with two lots from auction and was Very Disappointed with Tyler Grace's response to issue. Blamed me for their error in posting pictures. Will not bid on their auctions in the future nor recommend them to any other bidders I know

I don't remember how many times that I have used these guys, but it's been a lot. They are flexible, professional, and will help load bigger items.

Unbelievable, read the pompous responses to the reviews. Do not do business with them. They are misleading on the items they are selling. They tried selling me fake gold. I reached out to them and I offered to pay for everything else on the invoice other than the fake gold. I received no response after the last email other than a notification from Hibid saying I was blocked from place bids with Tyler Auctions.

Tyler Grace replied after I posted the review below and what he said is at the end of this. The description of the lot I bid on said it was a 1928 peace dollar. When I received it I saw it was a 1928-S peace dollar which is worth a considerable amount less. I wrote him an email and his response was the item was as described and sold as is. I do not look for pity but I made him aware that I am on 100% disabled veteran so I have a limited income and although I can afford a little every now and then to do online auctions I cannot afford to be cheated out of $100. As I told him I have absolutely no regrets about serving my country and fighting for our freedom but that should not include the freedom to cheat someone. His reply was I got what was in the picture and nobody bid for me. He is correct I am the one that placed the bid but I bid on the basis of the description. It is impossible to see a mint mark in the picture and the description said a 1928 and not a 1928-S. I am sure anyone that's seen the description would be led to believe it was a 1928

Excellent service with prompt shipment of auction lot item in protective packaging to eliminate damage to fragile item. Great communication response time. I highly recommend Tyler Grace Auctions and have dealt with them for two years with no issues at any time. Rate them 5 out of 5 Stars and A +++++

Won a lot at a auction and they did not send a invoice, then said it was too late for shipping and items were not available as it was at another location. Then the items I were charged for showed up in a auction they are doing. Do they commit fraud often?

The Tyler Grace team is exceptional. I've been regular customer for years and could not be happier with the quality of items I've purchased and the service I've received.

Terrible, just terrible. Very unorganized. Waited 45 mins when I got there to pickup. Then they gave one of my items to someone else. After waiting another 15mins of them trying to figure out what to do the lady there said she would text to other customer and try to get it back. She said they would ship it to me. 3 days later Ok well now they said they will not ship until I pay for shipping. It was there in person to pickup item it’s not my fault they gave it to the wrong person. I talked to Veronica, she said she is their warehouse manager. She was very rude and not helpful. Would not recommend to anyone. Just terrible.

I enjoyed buying from them for three years. On occasion, the items I won were given to the wrong people, causing me to make extra trips but there were only a few so it wasn't a big deal. I bought a storage unit I wasn't happy with, and I emailed and got a nasty email back from the owner. It still wasn't enough to make me stop buying. Unlike others, I made my money back on what was in the storage unit even though there was a lot of trash and broken furniture. However, the last thing I purchased was listed as James Avery earrings. I paid $50 for them because they were James Avery. I had previously purchased several JA pieces from Tyler Grace and was very happy with them. This time, though, the earrings were really dirty, and it was hard to see details in the warehouse. I got them to my car and started to drive off. My daughter looked at them and realized they were NOT JA earrings. I called immediately from the car (maybe 5 minutes later) and went back to the warehouse within ten minutes of leaving. I was told I had to take it up with the manager. I sent an email with photos that night. Rather than being apologetic, Zoey, one of the owners, chastised me for my email. She mistakenly said it wasn't the first time I had questioned her about a James Avery piece. It was, in fact, the first and only email from me regarding James Avery jewelry. The only other email was about the storage unit. Zoey did point out their policy that I had the chance to look at the earrings all week and that these are "as is" sales. To me, previews and "as is" pertain to the quality and condition of the items, not the brand name. Her answer to me was, "It is my opinion that these are a pair of Avery sand dollar earrings." That is not something that can be an opinion. They are or they are not...and these are NOT. I was shocked, to say the least, that she would not stand behind her incorrect branding and make this situation right. If she expects people to check her work on every item, she has unrealistic expectations. I have received items that weren't in good condition and accepted them because of the preview and "as is" policies. However, calling something by a brand name and being wrong should not be the customer's responsibility. It is unreasonable to expect someone to check Tyler Grace's work on the brand name of an item. I gave them two stars because their weekend crew who help you get your items are fantastic!! UPDATE: Because of other reviews, I checked and I, too, have been blocked from bidding anymore.

I have been buying mostly coins (foreign and U.S.) from Taylor Grace for several years. I love the fact that I get to see (close-up front/back & zoom in on) hundreds of actual coins, on the website before I purchase them. This has been a game changer for me. I spend less time ordering from coin magazines where they choose the quality of the coins they will be sending you. When I show up to pick up my coins they are very friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. I grew up with a lot of military people in my family, and love the fact that I can support a business run by veterans. Keep up the great work. Signed, a Very Happy Customer.

I like this company and have won several auctions with them, however they now use a shipping company that charges astronomical prices. Sorry to say, I will not be bidding on any more of their items In response to the owner. You are responsible for third party shipping since that is who you recommend. They are an extension of your company. The problem does not go away when you drop items off. I bought some items from you a couple of weeks back. Promptly paid $160 plus dollars and 20% vig charged by you for a total of $200 dollars. Shipping company charges me over $40 dollars for a box I could have shipped for half the price. When I contacted them they said that rates go up during the holiday? Really? I have never heard that before. Paying close to $80 on top of something I bought for $160 is shameful. I agreed to 20% but not to pirate shipping costs. If you want to do something how about recouping some of my shipping costs. Suggest you research other shipping companies. I will not be bidding and I am sure a lot of other customers feel the same way. Good Luck.

I rate Tyler Grace auctions 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are understanding in regards for pick up. Great customer service! And their online auctions are user friendly. After two + years working with them the people at Tyler Grace Auctions has become friends! I definitely recommend this business.

2 stars because I am getting my item. I purchased 3 graphic novels for $8 from the Hbid online auction. I always look to see how they ship, if there are handling fees or at the use a third-party shipper. Under shipping they do not specify that they use a third-party shipper or handling fees.If I knew that I would’ve never ordered because third-party shippers always charge a handling fee and then high shipping fees so to ship my three graphic novels they charges my card on file $41. I called the company that shipped the product to say just keep it, unfortunately the item was already sent. Then they said the Computer made a mistake and it should’ve been cheaper. Will give you $15 credit on your next order. So basically, they overcharged me, but then just offered me a credit on my next order. I said just give me a refund if u overcharged me. Honestly I don’t believe the overcharge story. I think they always over charge because they have peoples cards on file, I’m guessing they get a lot of calls about a lot of people complaining. Never again stay away from third party shippers and non-transparent companies.

I brought nine professionally crafted pieces of artwork, valued at over $2,000, to Tyler Grace Auction House with high expectations for a fair sale. To my shock, I received a check for only $37 for all nine items combined! They take a 25% commission, which means they sold these pieces for a total far below their worth. At no point did they clearly inform me that there was no minimum bid, nor did they make any effort to communicate the potential for such a low return. This lack of transparency feels deceptive and deeply unprofessional. If you're considering entrusting this auction house with your valuable items, be warned—Tyler Grace Auction House appears more concerned with moving items at any price rather than respecting the value of what’s consigned to them. Disappointed and utterly frustrated with this experience, I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere if they want a fair deal on their valuable possessions. THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW: The problem isn’t just about the resale value but about the lack of transparency in your process. Nowhere in our conversations or emails did you disclose there would be no minimum bid or that these items might go for next to nothing. Had that been communicated upfront, I would have made a different decision. Instead, I trusted that my items were in professional hands, only to be blindsided by a $37 check for items I originally valued at over $2,000. Your dismissive attitude about the value of these pieces is unprofessional. It’s your responsibility to manage client expectations, and to be clear about your auction terms and the risks involved. It’s disappointing to learn these terms after the fact, and I feel misled by what seems like a lack of upfront honesty. Going forward, I would suggest making all conditions of sale crystal clear with clients to avoid further situations like this. The lack of transparency here has left a lasting negative impression.

I purchased a "hand made Navajo Rug" from them. A family member picked the item up for me. When I recieved I noticed it was made in India of synthetic materials. Label was large and would be hard to miss if job was being done well. When I let them know I was not happy I was treated rudely and told "items are available for preview". That does not allow them to mislabel their items. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I called Hibid Auctions and was told I have excellent ratings as a buyer. I asked if I have been blocked by any auctions houses and was told no. So on top of being incompetent and having poor customer service skills, you lie about your customers also. I looked up your BBB rating and you have a 1 with an F rating. I think we all now know who is the problem.

It’s me again… Left my review about my order from last week, and now I’m reviewing my order from last night…. Leaving another 1 star as I got home and the video camera that I bought didn’t work at all. Won’t accept a tape properly, and then makes a crazy squealing sound. What a sham this place is. -Driscoll

1st time to sell with this auction company. Completely disorganized!! Not at all impressed and WILL NOT SELL there again. I gave them a spread sheet of all my items, mostly knives, including important details like names and model numbers that they neglected to put in their auction titles or descriptions. (These details would have made the items more sought after and probably brought more money.) They sold everything in 2 different auctions. Waited and waited to be paid. Finally called and asked and was told it would be another couple of weeks to get a check. Finally about 6 weeks later received check but was not paid for 5 of the items. Was also charged twice as much commission on everything that was sold under $10. I called and spoke to Veronica gave her the lot numbers for my items that I didn't get paid on and asked why I got the higher commission charged. She said she would look into it. Waited and waited then finally called back several weeks later and talked to Veronica again. She apparently made no notes and I had to go through it all again including finding the lot numbers of the items I wasn't paid on. Again she said she would look into it and this time promised to call me back. Waited almost 2 weeks and called again today. Veronica still had no clue and was making me look up the lot numbers again! I finally said I want to talk to the owner. Owner gets on the phone and knows completely what's going on. Even rattles off to me the items I didn't get paid on...so why was I told to look them up again if they already knew them. Owner says she mistakenly listed them without knowing who's items they were and so she would send me a check, but as to the over priced commission I should have seen that in my contract. Yes, I signed your contract, but first I asked what the commission was before I did and was told it was 25%. Nothing else was said. Owner argues with me on this and says she told me I just didn't listen. Wow, lady! Your a real piece of work!! Fine I signed the contract so keep your cursed money, but pay me for what is mine and get some real organization in that place! It shouldn't have taken months (Oct-Jan), and I shouldn't have had to keep calling to get paid for my own items. Your customer service is very lacking and your organizational skills are worse.

Very disappointing purchase. Selling items that are completely damaged is not a good business practice. Wool rug with dry-rot ( mildew) - falling apart.

Already found some incredible items and the team is so kind as well as patient. Kaitlyn and Rosa were a big help in guiding me through the auction and pickup up process. Definitely going to continue to shop with them !

I just love Tyler Grace Auctions! Super friendly, excellent service, go above and beyond what is expected. They are super fun to check out each auction since you never know what they will have! Every auction has some hidden gems that I always seem to find I cannot live without!!

I spent a fortune on a set of Wedgwood dinnerware set. I live 5 min away from the pickup place. When I got home I saw a chip in one of the cups. If you look at picture you will see it’s not a new chip. I immediately contacted Tyler Grace. I didn’t check every piece when I picked up because I thought I was buying from an auction house and I am paying them a high fee for quality control. And there weren’t pictures for every cup and plates on the auction listing. They were very rude and basically told me- too bad, they take no responsibility. Completely unexpected from an auction house. I have done business with many auction house and never had such a bad experience. Hopefully this helps future customers.

You can get some really great deals from Tyler Grace Auctions and the online auction process is really easy but be careful. The pictures they take of the items for sale can be very misleading and you may not be able to pick up the items you have won. For one auction I went to pick up some picture frames and a vintage bowl. The workers who were helping me with my stuff had accidentally given the picture frames to someone else. She said that I could be refunded or they could call the person who had them to bring them back. I didn't want to inconvenience someone else over a $2 box of picture frames so I just accepted the refund. The vintage bowl had many stained chips in the glaze that I didn't recall seeing in the pictures. When I went home I checked the photos that were posted and compared them to the true condition of the bowl. The damage to the inside of the bowl was covered up by the photographer's hand (as pictured below). At first I thought the hand in the photo was just for a size comparison but now it seems intentionally placed to cover up the damage. I sent a message about my concerns to the seller four day's ago but haven't had any reply. I know that nothing from an estate sale auction will be in perfect condition but in this case it seems that the seller went out of the way to hide the damage. I probably would have still bid on the item if the pictures were honest but I certainly wouldn't have bid $21 for a bowl with that kind of damage. The first and third picture are ones I took, the second one is the seller's picture. Edit: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 because of the disrespectful reply from the owner. Unsurprisingly, I have been blocked from making any future bids. I have uploaded the other 3 pictures that the owner is accusing me of "leaving out" they show primarily the outside and bottom and show none of the damage to the bottom, inside of the bowl. This is why is didn't include them at first because I have no complaints about the condition of the outside. I also want to point out that I tried to remedy this by messaging management four days prior to writing my review. I gave the owners an opportunity to talk with me about my concerns but they chose to ignore my message. Pictured below are: 1. My picture of the inside the bowl 2. The seller's picture of the inside of the bowl 3. My picture of the inside of the bowl with different lighting 4-6. The seller's other pictures of the bottom and side of the bowl 7. The seller's response to my original review
