Tom was so helpful at this location. He has excellent customer service and willing to above & beyond to help. He trekked the cold to help me install my windshield wipers while keeping a sense of humor. I'll definitely recommend this location for great customer service.

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is due to manager Chuy's amazing service and his help with my battery. Some context: I bought a battery from o'reillys in January. It stopped holding a charge just now (August), so I had to use my roadside service for a jumpstart. They tested my battery and told me it needed replacing. I went to o'reillys right away. The employee tested it and told me it was definitely not the battery, even though I told him about the other test. He said they probably used a different system for testing (???) So he refused to replace the battery and told me it was probably the starter. Ok. So I scheduled a mechanic for the next morning. Had to use my last roadside call only to be told me AGAIN that it was the battery. At this point, I was really worried that the same guy would be there and refuse to honor the warranty and replace my battery. Imagine my relief when Chuy replaced my battery without issue, with friendly service and a can do attitude. Brightened up my whole mood. I wish Chuy had been there yesterday, because then I would not have had to call out of work today and use my last roadside service call. He is awesome. 5 stars for Chuy, 0 stars for that clueless other guy who cost me extra time and money.

I had a problem with my battery and Chuy helped me with the purchase and replacement, very fast and friendly!!! I'm sure it’ll be the first one I'll come back to if I have any more problems with my car!

Under no circumstance should it take 2 employees 10 to 15 minutes to look up a cabin filter. Absolutely awful. AutoZone it is. I should've never even considered why other store bc AZ is ALWAYS consistent with service and pricing but this location is a little closer. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to AZ next time.

Went here for a new battery since I was replacing a Master Cylinder and Brake Booster that required the removal and reinstallation of my four year old, corroded battery. It took a while to find the Qty 1 battery that their website / app said they had but they did have it. I was in and out in approx 10 minutes with helpful staff the entire time. Seems to be a lower volume store. Ok by me!!

Great Experience Keep your employee Adrian and give him a raise. I had a flat today on my Lexus and it was a bit perplexing at first. Adrian offered to air up the tire for me. He then recommended we plug it since you had the part. We discovered that would not work either so he put on my spare. You just don't get customer support like that anymore. Great experience and I will be back, that's for sure.

Stopped at the store on Beltline in Addison to get a rear windshield wiper. The young man who helped me was great. He even opened and put the wiper blade on for me.

Location closes at 9 and I went in to purchase coolant at 8:45. Got to the register and one employee berated the employee at the register for letting me in. They then told me the registers were closed. I had to go to a different location a few streets down right before they closed and had no problem checking out.

Title: Grateful for Exceptional Service at O'Reilly's I want to extend a huge thank you to Mary at O'Reilly's Auto Shop for her outstanding help during my recent visit. Her professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. Mary took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, knowledgeable answers that made navigating my options easy. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and well-informed. I truly felt that she had my best interest out for me. Was not just trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. She was very informative on how I can do some minor installs myself that would ultimately save me a lot of money in the end. I Highly recommend O'Reilly's on Belt-line, especially because of Mary and how helpful she was.

I was just there a minute ago for a turn signal bulb problem. I went to a different mechanic previously the day before to get my turn signal bulb change but they said it would take too much time and charge me almost $100. Mary, the lady who helped me was able to fix it in less than 10 min free of charge. I really appreciate her service today and her dedication to help me. Thank you so much!

Alan was an OUTSTANDING help !! I didn't have some of the tools and he did not hesitate to help me out and find the pieces I needed to change my battery! I was in and out with the battery change in no more than 10 minutes ! I recommend that anyone coming to this oriely for any help! Even if you have to make the extra drive . It would be worth it

When I started my car on July 16, 2024, two amber lights came on - one was the check-engine light. I ended up at O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Trinity Mills, and was so thankful I did. They checked the light, and the code was transmission related. When I attempted to leave, the car was dead, dead, dead. The gentlemen working at O'Reilly's that day were over-the-top helpful and kind. They attempted to jump my battery but that didn't work, so they kindly invited me to stand inside to make arrangements for my car. I finally got home and realized that my house keys were in the danged car, so I called O'Reilly's. The young man answering the phone went to my car and got the keys, and agreed to hold them at the check out for me and inform his coworkers as well. Having a car die is already awful, but the experience is on steroids when it dies on one of our 100-degree days. The gentlemen at O'Reilly's showed me kindness and gentleness, which helped me to remain calm throughout. Since I moved to Addison two years ago, I've been going to another auto parts store, mostly because it's familiar and multiple locations are closer to my home. Neither of those stores' check-engine light machines was working. So going forward, I guess I'll just pass them by and head to O'Reilly's at Trinity Mills and Marsh for my auto parts needs. Went in had a pleasant informed visit with kramer and Jose. Both very attentive and informative. Got a few things and discussed the ordering of specialty items. Deft going to be re visiting these two gents for a few things I'll need over the coming weeks.

Cheap parts but this particular location does not speak when entering. It would be nice to be spoken to and then someone says will be right with you. I live in Addison and have visited this store frequently, nobody engages with the customer so you’re literally just waiting for someone to say hello, how can I help you, do you need something etc.

I believe the mangers name was emar. I remember him as a stocky Hispanic guy. But anyways he was very helpful with getting me situated with my battery. Also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really want to show my appreciation for how helpful he was.

This store is absolutely awesome! And I don't mean that like 5 stars, it was more like 10 Stars. I was on the phone with an associate by the name of Mr. Kramer. I told him I was looking for a fuel filler neck for Hyundai Elantra 2008. Guess what! He looked it up, said he could order the part and have it in store at 2:30 today. Wow! The price was not bad! It was just $125.56, can you believe it, really! Now this was superior service to the likes of which we don't even get at a fast food restaurant. This was lightning fast service and for that I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts from now on. My car is old and I thought they couldn't have something this old in stock. But it was in stock somewhere and the fact that it would be there today. Just blows me into a frenzy of "I can get somethings done today"! I love this location now! I am finally going to fix the part of my car that has been costing me a fortune in gas prices. I fill the tank and I can see the darn dial going down. Let's hope this is the only problem that needs fixing. I am not a millionaire! We all aren't millionaires because of those who have made the prices of everything go up. Thank You O'Reilly for making me feel like a Millionaire!

I had a finder binder which left the left side of my bumper and tail light hanging off. I had a 40 minute drive home and I didn’t want my tail light or bumper hanging potentially causing more damage. KEVIN was so helpful in zip tying my bumper so it wouldn’t hang close to my tire, and he also went the extra mile and taped my tail light to stay in place. I GREATLY appreciate his service!!! He deserves all the recognition and incentives this company can offer.

I stopped into this O'Reilly store a couple of weeks ago and they were so helpful. I had a headlight problem and suspected a fuse was out but didn't know for sure. A young African American gentleman helped me out and helped me get to the fuse box, where I could easily see the blown fuses. He helped me grab the correct ones and install them, so my problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. It cost me $4.32 instead of $140 to have a mechanic look at my car. I didn't catch this young man's name, but my receipt says "Orlandar". Thank you so much for the great service!

The staff is really nice and they always offer to help me use the product I purchase when applicable. For example, replacing a battery or even just windshield wiper fluid. I’m a driver who didn’t even know how to open the hood of my car. I didn’t get any judgement and the employee simply showed me how and proceeded to work. It made me feel so comfortable! Thank you!

Super nice O'Reilly store. The folks working here were very helpful and friendly. When I used a coupon they worked for a while to make sure I got the maximum discount which was very much appreciated. This store seems very new. It's spotless and very well stocked. But I had to order a part and it was promised within hours. This is the kind of service it takes to stay relevant in this online world. Again very much appreciated.
