Mayson and Jessika gave me the best experience over the phone and in terms of releasing my vehicle back to me. 10/10 experience if I ever had to go through it again.
The lady on the phone is super rude! The dark hair one. She should work in a zoo with animals but I’d feel sorry for the poor animals having to deal with such a rude and bitter person. Or she should be thought to have a better customer service!! I would not recommend this company just for this reason! There’s other companies where they are more professional and respectful.
We received great customer service from JJ and this company yesterday. My son's car overheated on the access road in Kyle on his way home to New Braunfels. I was happy to find this New Braunfels LOCAL business to help! They answered the phone right away, and sent a truck immediately from the Kyle location. It was the middle of rush hour - just after work - so it was hot with heavy traffic. Towing is always going to be expensive, but we are fortunate to have it covered with insurance. They always answer and return phone calls promptly and sent me a receipt so I can submit to insurance for reimbursement. We were very happy with this service!
The best experience I have ever had with a towing company... especially since my daughter is away for school and I could not be there to help her.... Mr David definitely went the extra mile... took care of what we needed... then gave us some reassurance and guidance so we could have some light after her horrible day and mine too... THANK U DAVID!

I was given a rate of $185. They proceeded to pick up the vehicle and change the rate without notifying me beforehand. And charges $350 to go 3 miles avoid them at all cost.
Brother broke down, paid $330 for a tow just to be told no one is available. Can't have a tow8ng company when you can't even cover the are you claim to cover.
Just got hit this morning, police called tow trucks to the scene. I just called to see how much it cost and additionally how much to bring it to my house until I can get the police report for insurance purposes.... Less than 12 hours after they picked it up they want over $400. The woman on the phone just told me that due to the contract the have with law enforcement, it's an additional $250 fee for the PUBLIC SERVANT to call the tow company. So on top of being smashed into, missing a day of work, car is undrivable and the lady who hit me barely had a dint... they now want over $400 just to drag it off the lot..... Thanks a ton for making my bad day just that much worse.
Interstate Towing was the greatest. They were very attentive to our needs, They responded quickly to tow our commercial truck. They went above and beyond by telling us that we had more issues than we thought when they crawled underneath the rig to drop the drive-line. Being truly professional is all anyone wants while they’re broke down and waiting on the interstate.

Broke down on the side of the road on a rainy Sunday. When I called, JJ let me know they were busy due to rain but gave me a time. He was one of several companies I called and the only one to answer. Tow was on time and they texted ahead to let me know they were on the way. Got us towed to the shop and super pleasant guy. Will use and recommend in the future.
My pregnant wife (with twins) broke down in her car and requested a AAA driver and was patiently waiting. Shortly after, a police officer comes up and asks her to cancel it so he can call someone he knows to "come a lot sooner". Naturally, my wife agreed and cancelled our free (we pay dues per annum so not free free) tow and awaited for the new company. We requested the vehicle to be towed 8 miles away to the local dealership. I arrived and picked my wife up and drove to the dealership and patiently waited. We got a notification that our vehicle is now being towed to their yard (15 min from the break down location) and we now have to pay numerous of fees. I called and told the agent that we need the vehicle to be towed to the dealership (again, 8 min away from the breakdown location) and she explained to me that we have to pay $330 since the driver decided to take it to their yard and now we have to tow it to the dealership (which is what we asked for in the beginning). Keep in mind this was all in real time and the tow driver was still loading up our car. So.... we pay $330 under durres and now we have been waiting over 1 hour for our car that A) Never made it to their tow yard (which is 15 min away from the dealership) and B) Still waiting (whilst I'm typing this) for our car now surpassing AN HOUR and their tow yard is only 15 minutes away. Something is fishy here and everyone beware. I'm fortunate to pay the $330 and be annoyed, but to some this is a make it or break it amount. Karma comes both ways so I'm content.
We had called for a last-minute helping… And they were the most reasonable and very helpful crew. Very thankful for them will definitely be using them again if needed lol. They are very reasonable with helping you and will make sure that you are helped with every need that is available
This towing business is excellent. JJ arrived quickly and was incredibly professional and efficient. I had another issue with my car about 30 minutes later, and they followed up to make sure I resolved it. He went above and beyond.
I needed help getting my wife’s car to the repair shop and had a very busy day in front of me. These folks came out and took the car and handled dropping it off to the repair shop without me having to follow them to the shop. That meant a lot to me because I was going to miss important work meetings if I had to tag along with the car. Thank you for the great service!!

These people towed my vehicle TWICE in less than a week in MY apt complex! Then when asked to get a receipt because I paid cash. They couldn’t give me one. They said the “system” had to update for 24 hours for me to receive one! I called the next day that I never received anything, and had I not called they would’ve never sent anything. I asked to speak to their supervisor, manager something and there was no supervisor and couldn’t give me the man in charges name.
Service was great. Reason for thr 3 stars is the prices. It was $100 more than I've ever paid to get my vehicle out of impound in San Antonio. 2 hours after they received it, the bill was already at $295 plus$20.07 additional fr each day after.
The woman who operates the phones is unimaginably rude. However, the owner is very friendly and kind. I tried to set up an appointment to have my car towed and had spoke to the owner, letting him know that I wouldn't be able to pay them until the morning of the appointment. The owner asked me to text them. Then, once I did so to confirm the price, they never got back with me. So, once I called them later, the lady on the phone seemed to get angry at me for not paying yet. Then she claimed that because I didn't pay, they never made an appointment for me, even though I had already mentioned to the owner when I would be paying and was still waiting for THEM to confirm the price. They eventually texted back to apologize but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I called around to get estimates from other companies, only to find out their quote is significantly higher than any other company! Once again, the owner is VERY nice and they seemed to try to remedy their mistake; but, considering their prices and after the rude woman on the phone, I can't say that I recommend them.
The staff was extremely helpful. We were fortunate enough to find a young man and his wife there and they made us feel welcome and they were very empathetic about the traumatic experience that we were going through as a family. We are not sure of it was JJ who helped us but kudos to them. They allowed us to retrieve my daughter's iphone which is her lifeline. If you ever need a car towed I strongly recommend this company thats on hwy 123 in San Marcos. They are so pleasant to work with and they go out of their way to help.
When the insurance company fails; I was saved by Interstate Towing. They answered my call quick, gentleman on the phone was pleasant (sorry I've forgotten your name) and Raymond was dispatched. He arrived super quick (especially for it being 11p on Saturday night). The company was very professional, timely and their truck was well equipped & very clean. The fee was painful but it was fair.
