Absolutely AMAZING experience! We are new to the area and we're having such a hard time with getting a body shop to even just respond or return our phone calls. Franco himself worked on our Ford Escape, restoring the front end after we struck a deer. He negotiated with our insurance provider to get us new parts instead of refurbished ones, and even after some issues he was unqualified for came up over the course of the repair, he did a thorough cleaning and a solid temp-fix so we could drive away and go to an engine specialist garage where it would be better taken care of. Above and beyond, and with detailed information kept up along the way. We were recommended to this place by D-Zee's Automotive, and we couldn't be happier.

Jim Franco was the owner and you'll meet him when you go. He took my car in and keep it there for over a week, trying to figure out a weird water leak issue that the my dealership cannot fix. He tried it, took it for testing - worked for a while until a second rain - so his staff re-diagnosed it - and found a new spot. All in all, they were just so responsible and careful. I have a dry car now, and would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work! Their price is very, very reasonable by the way.
