Let me start with the emergency my mom had, while it's raining on i10 her driver side wiper flew off! She was about 6 miles from the Columbus exit and she went to a shop, the guy working there scolded my mom with me on speaker and told her he can't put a wiper on since hers flew off and doesnt have the size, so my mom left crying. I sent her to this Oreilly and I had called and spoke with Alex, I told him what happened and he told me he will definitely take care of her, and the best part ad before he hung up he asked me what year make model she had to get it ready for her, my mom walked in and Alex took care of it!! Thank you, also she called me 5 minutes after she left that's it's pouring rain now, just in time, thank you Alex!
I went in for three things and they had them all. Had help finding things from a nice gentleman. We are leaving the area, but wiil come back when we are in the area. 👍

This place was cool. The store rep that came out and helped was named Jermaine he was very nice, helpful, down to earth, and very personable. This associate made us made us feel like valued customers and made us want to return back to this store. He took the time to speak with us and did not try to rush off and not help. Instead he worked diligently to help us solve our problem with our vehicle so we can get back on the road. O'Reilly needs more staff like Jermaine that actually cares about the customers.
Called many many times after they said the alternator would be in wed.The common explanation is the next truck, the next truck, the next truck, the next truck and on and on .I don’t know what the situation is but tracking is the new century.
There’s one good gentleman there to deal with named Randall and that’s it. He will take care of you that’s why I’m giving him a lot of credit .I will never buy anything there anymore unless I deal with Randall end of story.

If I could give 10 stars I would to Randall B. Who works at this store. I was driving home right before Christmas coming back from a hunting trip. Something on the road jumped up and tore a hole in my transmission pan and I had to stop at this store. Randall helped me think of a plan to get us back on the road. He worked twice as hard as he needed to to help us get what we needed. It was a weekend and late, right before closing. He gave me great advice and in an hour we were back on the road. He even had the part numbers for me to call in and get the permanent fix at my local O’Reiley’s the next day. He was a life saver that evening. Thanks for great customer service in my time of need. I’m an O’Reiley customer for life now.
We got stranded 20 miles out of Columbus. Bearly made it to store. All the staff was extremely helpful. Helped me get back on the road.. Restored my faith in humanity..
The manager Keith was an a-hole. He refused to give me a $20 core return after buying $500 in parts because I did not have my receipt (seems like they would have a working point of sale system). Returned the next day with my receipt and he again refused because I did not have the original box (could have told me that on one of the other two trips I made). It took a call to the corporate office and a phone conversation with Keith's regional manager to get my $20. Will shop at Auto Zone across the street from now on.
