We recently relocated to Weimar TX. Three weeks later our car had broke down. AJ had to get to Walmart to get some money, that his brother had sent him to fix the car. Being a cancer patient and it being 101 degrees, it was not an easy 14 mile walk. He got to Walmart, and was heading home. Just a few blocks from there he decided to stop by AZ to get a price check and availability of the parts he needed. Shannon the manager noticed his condition and that he was in a bad way. It was just her and one worker and she couldn't leave him by himself. Exhausted and tired, he left and headed towards home. He had explained our situation and she had shown him real concern and empathy and AJ could tell she was just as worried about him as I was. He was only able to get two miles from AZ and couldn't go on. AJ remembered how Shannon had showed concern, so he called her and asked if she could give him a ride when she got off work. He had no other choice. Miss Shannon with her caring and compassion and kind soul, said Yes. He had to wait an hour or so till she got off work. Miss Shannon did what she felt was right. If only more folks cared like she did, the world would be a better place. She went beyond, replacing wipers and batteries and helped a real sick person in dire need of help. There ARE Angels on earth and we found one. There are no words to convey how grateful we are to have met miss Shannon. If ever in Columbus Tx and need car parts, go to AutoZone. You might just find an angel with care and concern for your vehicle as well as yourself...

Im an over the road driver that broke down and was stuck at the TA in Bernado. Ashley was so kind to run out a loaner tool so I was able to bleed my hydraulic clutch after replacing the line between my mastercykinder and slave cylinder. Service.

Dawson is awesome, he was super fast, great customer service , patient and keeps very great conversation. Me and my mom jumped our car just to get to an interview and drove straight to auto zone right after, sure enough it was a bad battery . Dawson helped us find the correct one and installed it as well as checking our alternator and starter! Dawson gets my vote EVERY TIME!

Came in with a general car issue and asked the staff for assistance. A gentleman by the name of Braxton went so far above and beyond in assisting me and wouldn't accept anything additional for his amazing sense of service. Truly a stand out employee and if you need anything I would recommend coming to this AutoZone and to Braxton.

Not very helpful when the AC in my wife's car went out during a cross country trip. Needed to check Freon and in order to do so has to buy a 50.00 can of freon. Pretty bad attitude from employees as well. Use AutoZone in my town a lot and this was the first time I got people who were less than helpful

The folks in here were helpful, but WOW was my product bad. Came in to buy a battery, and they only had one left. Guy grabbed it for me then started laughing and called his manager over. The battery was "new" but was made in 2018 and had never been pulled off the shelf. Tested it and of course the battery was toast. I was able to grab a similar one and make due, but yikes.

They are not much better than the automotive department at Wal-Mart. Save yourself some hassle and go to Rock Auto online. Why is their computer system so hard for the employees to use? Why do you need to know what wheel base my truck is to purchase an oil filter?

My right rear turn signal bulb burned out on a recent trip from San Antonio to Houston. I pulled in to this Autozone and a wonderful female employee helped me not only buy the right part but helped me replace it in their parking lot so I could safely drive into Houston with a working blinker. This is old school, honest service from a business that knows how valuable that still is. Thank you!

I have always purchased my vehicle batteries from AutoZone with no problems. They last at least four years or so which is a plus and their warranty is for 2 years with Duralast and 3 years for the Duralast Gold.

I was traveling to Port O’Connor, TX and heard something dragging under my car. I pulled into Autozone there in Columbus and a young man named Jaime G. came out to assist me. He discovered it was the plate that covers the engine that had loosened and was dragging. He took the plate out from under my car and put it in my trunk until I could get it put back on. He was very considerate, professional and polite and refused payment. I really appreciate honesty and integrity and this young man really stepped up! I really wish to acknowledge him!

Awesome staff! Gilbert went out of his way to help us figure out the problem, and resolve it! Had engine trouble going from Austin to Houston, and happened to occur around Columbus. Best scenario as it put us right at this Auto Zone where we got the help we needed to get back on the road quickly.

Very clean and organized store. Very helpful staff , which were surprisingly pretty knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with the warranty process. Columbus Autozone is definitely the place to go. GET IN THE ZONE!

Their employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you can't find what you need they will ship it to their stores with fast turnaround. Their base inventory is great and again it all comes down to service. Totally recommend.

Traveling on a very hot Sunday from Austin to my home 5 hours away with 3 kids when air conditioner quit working and battery service needed message cane on in my SUV. We called the Auto Zone in Columbus, TX. Wonderful folks, Justin and April were so helpful and just great people. Service could not have been better. Thank you for all your help. We made it home with no problem and wonderful air conditioning.

Picture this : I am driving, have almost two hours before I get home, I drive into a very heavy downpour in a remote part of the drive and, not one minute into the journey, I see the wiper blade on the passenger side fly off. I pulled off at the first town that I thought would have an auto parts store and found this one. Every employee greeted me and I was asked twice if I needed assistance. After finding the correct blade, the clerk, William, actually installed the blade on my car, in the rain and he was really kind about it. Thank you!

Had to purchase a OBD2 Scanner to clear a check engine light that would come on if the wrong octane gas (which I never do) or cheaper (non top tier detergent) gas was used (which sometimes happens as not all gas stations are top tier detergent). The joys of owning an Audi... at least they put a TSB out for this before I chased my tail.. The tank had since been refilled with the correct gas and code would go off after a few drive cycles but wanted it cleared quicker. The comment one of the associates said when I mentioned that annoyed me. It's been about a month now so don't remember exactly but was something along the lines of "you know that doesn't actually fix the problem right?" While this is normally true I already knew the situation and had somewhat explained it.
