They repaired my exhaust system. Had to replace exhaust manifold they also found loose spark plug and bad wire. Trucks running great now. Good people fair pricing.
12/10 Service and Work! everything is busy this time of year, these folks were as busy as could be, but she made time and space for my Challenger, when no one else did. The pricing was better than fair, he took great care and time with making sure my tips were aligned with the bumper, and spaced correctly.
Went for a quick muffler service. It was very fast and my car sounded very good! I was satisfied of how quick they are and with great Costumer service!
Always fix the first time and always a price lower than other shop's estimates.
I no longer shop around for common repairs it's a waste of time just take your vehicle, any make or model, to Trinity Muffler. They work on my Mercedes all the time.
I have had an odor for quite a while and thought I needed catalytic converters. Lamar found that the egr gasket was leaking and letting exhaust into the cab. He fixed it for half the price of catalytic converters. I will definitely be returning.
Brought my truck in for an inspection and was failed because "it didnt have a muffler" yet it was passed the previous year by the same exact employee and at the time did not have a muffler when i asked how much it would be to replace the employee was not only rude but also said i would have to schedule with them to get it fixed dont waste your time going here

We were passing through town when our oil warnings came on, and we are driving a good chunk of miles so we called to see if they could get us in. They fit us in right before closing & were done in a very timely manner. Very affordable. We would definitely return if we lived in this area.

I was in Houston and had some issues, so I stopped at a shop.
The shop tried to sale me other services from the time a walked in the door. I advised them that I have a “Hometown Repair Shop” that I deal with.
99.9% of what the other shop was try to sale me was not needed.

We brought our F350 King Ranch in for a oil change. Will not be going back. No one who worked there wore masks so your self worth is not a concern of there’s. As far as getting what you pay for at least a smile would be nice. Your receipt showing everything done is just a little receipt that you woul get at a grocery store. You will need to ask specifically for anything else to be done like check fluids and such that other places do gor you. They charged $148.60 for the oil change, a oil filter, a radiator water filter,(charged $30 something) a $5-$6 filter, a gallon of anti-freeze, and about 15 quarts of Rotella oil. Motor craft wasn’t a option. They charged $14.50 for a gallon of antifreeze that would’ve cost $9.99 at Auto Zone so bring your own! When they pulled my truck out I had to ask if they were finished . They’re attitudes seemed like I should have felt fortunate to be there. They’re appreciation for customer service was not there. Walmart is looking pretty good for the next time.
I appreciate the great job these guys do! They always give you a quote on the job, upfront, so you know what to expect. Their prices are very reasonable and I am in and out of there in no time... I always go here to get my car inspected and any other work I need done on my car. I have used them about 3-4 times now, and I will continue to come back for anything else I need.
Came here to get our brake pads replaced, and possibly rotor resurfacing and a brake fluid flush. We had been told by another business that our brake pads were at a dangerous level and they needed to be replaced immediately and wanted over $500 that day, when we had only come in for an oil change. We came here for the work instead, and they were honest and told us everything looked fine and we didn’t need the work done. I really appreciate a business not trying to just take advantage of customers. The people were also very friendly. We’re definitely coming back here for anything we need!
I have been getting my oil changed in my current F-250 and my older one from this place for the last 8 yrs and wouldn't take it anywhere else. When this truck needs any mechanical work done to it I will take it to them. They are professional friendly and I can trust them to do a good job at a fair price
I always take all my vehicles there. They are always polite and respectful of you and your vehicle. I use them the most for inspections, now my husband had them put a nice and loud, (not my preference) but they did a really good job my husband was very happy.

Trustworthy, Honest, Reasonable, Reliable, Quick......I am very comfortable taking my vehicles here. I typically go for oil changes and state inspections but when I should have other vehicle issues, I will certainly go here first. I have heard the shop owner tell a customer that her guys were not comfortable what was wrong with their vehicle and to go down the road (forgot name of place) as this referred shop has experience in it. I respect that kind of honesty because I would hate to have my vehicle tore apart and realize they can’t do it. Knowledge is knowing your limits. ROCK ON!
Thought I had bad catalytic converter problem. They researched the problem for me on the web without a hard sell which allowed me to diagnose and fix the actual problem which was not the catalytic converter but a faulty electronic control module. Saved me a large, unnecessary repair bill. I highly recommend them and Rick's auto repair. Honest and decent people.
Trinity muffler shop has always been fair, honest, and helpful to me. I have dealt with them for about 16 years. They always take the time to help me with my vehicle when it's time to service it, mechanical issues, etc. If they can't do it they refer me to the right person. Michelle and Lamar are both great and know their business.
I went to this place to get an inspection done and they failed it because of an 'exhaust leak'. No explanation on where, just failed my inspection. Immediately took my car to another reputable location in Huntsville and the car passed. No exhaust leak whatsoever, the inspector was thourough in her exam and we even double checked with her afterward. Called the owner of this Trinity business to tell them the car passed and that it would be wise for them to be more thourough before failing inspections just to be scrutinized by the owner and hung up on. Maybe if your friends with the owners they might pass you but otherwise be ready to deal with bogus diagnostics and ignorant staff from an unprofessional ma and pa shop.
Trinity Muffler shop inspected mine and my wife's vehicle but did not properly fill out the forms to the state and I could not get my license sticker until I got another inspection. Which they charged me again for!!! Thats right even though the owner/manager looked up my inspection number and admitted they did the inspection she claimed it was a previous employee and he did not input the information properly and he had done it on several vehicles.
My options were to let them do another inspection at a reduced rate(they refused to fill out the forms to show they made a mistake) or go someplace else!!!
This shop and its owner/manager are unscrupulous and I will never go there again and if you are wise you will not either!!!

Good service. Excellent installation, repair and very helpful and friendly. Left my deer lease truck to have an exhaust pipe, muffler and tailpipe installed. I told them I could not pick it up for a few months. Bless their hearts.....they never called or hounded me to get the truck. Only received one call to say it's ready and that was it. If there was such a thing as a 10 star rating, they'd get it from me. Thanks Trinity Muffler Shop. Woody Tompkins
