I am not sure if my part works or not yet, but I will say this, Darrel from here has went above and beyond to find an ECM for my husbands truck. I have called the orielys closest to me but after two weeks of dealing with them, I called Trinity Tx. And Darrel had me a part after about 30 mins and has kept me in the loop the whole time!!!
One of the workers there told me what my check engine light was on for and he suggested what I needed to get and do since he had the same make and model truck. I was able to get to my doctor's appointment in Huntsville after he helped me.I appreciate that. Jeffery is so awesome and honest
Out of the 3 auto supply shops in Trinity, this is my favorite, and between the Huntsville OReilly and Trinity, I prefer the Trinity one. All the employees are awesome i.m.o., esp. Hope who has helped me a lot recently. Jeff is knowledgeable, Levi is thoughtful- I haven't ever had a negative experience the whole last 3 years living in the area. Returns are easy, they're patient, keep their cool if there's a line, go out & help with wipers or code monitors, etc., even if it's ugly weather outside. It's great they are open twice as long as the other competitors. And it's a great location in the hub of this small town, right on Hwy 19 near the Sonic & Brookshire Bros grocery store.
Been here a few times, customer service is great and super helpful in directory. I always find the parts I'm looking for, the store's always neat and tidy. Feels good to walk into an auto shop and find a lady alike that helps me get the job done.
I am absolutely ? pleased. Called spoke to Jeff, he helped with battery size and price. My car was jumped and now started okay past 4 times. I mentioned that information and Jeff, mentioned to bring it by for a free check. It maybe the alternator. Amazing customer service!!
I went in to see if my battery was bad. It is. They checked it for free! I had just jumped my van off before going an was scared to shut it off. The gentleman assured me he would jump me back up an running after I shut it off so he could check it. He checked my alternator an my battery an gave me possible solutions to my underlying problem. The friendliness of this gentleman completely wow'ed me. (I wish I could remember his name) he didn't rush anything an took his time to explain everything to me. This is exactly what customer service looks like. He was an older gentleman- the one who takes the battery jumpers home to recharge.
It's been a couple weeks since I went but that is the impression I had an it is definitely worth mentioning this kind of interaction if weeks later you are still impressed with the help you recieved. ??
Needed a battery, I took to OReilly’s Noel tested my battery it showed that it was bad. Pleasant experience. The price of batteries is almost as high as groceries.
We came here with a flat tire needing a tire repair kit and JR was awesome! Gave me all the information I needed and recommended me addition tools I might need to make my repair successful.
O'Reilly Auto Parts is my favorite parts store. Usually, if they don't have the part I need, they can order it and have it there the next day. They don't fuss about warrantee or return items, and they give excellent discounts to military veterans. On top of this, they have an excellent and knowledgeable staff that has been a great help when I was searching for those hard to find parts. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.
We stopped by this store on Saturday 07/22/2023 roughly 10 minutes until closing time and almost 800 miles away from home. We had a tire that was losing air at a rapid pace and we couldn't find the leak. Your employee Noelle was a god send. She went above and beyond to help us. She stayed late after the store was closed to help us in anyway possible. Our tire had ended up being blown so patched was not an option. She called everyone she knew who could help us get a tire this late in the evening. She finally got a hold of someone who had a tire for us and waited for us to get on the spare and we followed her to where this tire shop was. She did not have to wait for us, she didn't have to contact anyone for us. She went above and beyond her job description and if it were not for her we would just now be leaving Texas to get back home to our kids and our jobs. She is a definite asset to your company.
So our truck overheated on the way to our next RV park....we were stuck....called O'Reilly's. The gentleman that I spoke with told me about all three of the thermostats they had. My husband told him which one we needed and it wasn't 15 minutes and they brought us the part we needed. In this day and age of everyone looking out for just themselves, these guys were AWESOME!!!!! From the gentleman I spoke with to the gentleman who delivered the part to us, thank you so much!!!!!!
Lauren is always on top of everything! She has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. She is my go-to for anything that I need. Juan has a great staff!!
I'm really dissatisfied with the service. They wouldn't price match with anyone that wasn't a competitor in there county. It's crazy the O'Reilly's in Huntsville will and the same part was 80 dollars cheaper than Trinity. What's really going on here.
The Staff at this location were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help us find a paint color to match our older vehicle. We greatly appreciate the way they helped us. Left there feeling very good. Thank you Trinity Texas Staff...??♀️?♂️
I love to shop here, I purchased a car that had horrible smoke smell, Kristin and Lauren where so helpful. All the stuff they sold me worked amazing. They make it so easy and stress free to go in and ask for help!!! I’ll be back!!!!
I called this store specifically for service publication. I spoke with Noelle, she was very polite and helpful. I called several other stores, even in different cities, and could not keep the attention of the clerk. Very helpful. Five stars
Would rate a 5 but I had a problem with the lady named brandice I believe, I was not greeted when I entered the premises and had a stank look when I asked for a part about blinker fluid. Anyways I asked for someone else to assist me which was a kind man named edwin…the sweetest employee ever <3
Brand new O'Reilly Auto parts store opening September 7th in Trinity Texas. Great staff and friendly service. Taking care of all your automotive, ATVs, tractor, and marine needs. Great service with a smile.
