We broke down on the side of the road with our two dogs. Welch Bros picked us up quickly and let us and our dogs ride in the truck to the mechanic. They were also cheaper than going through our insurance.
I would like the world to know how awesome Welch Bros are, specifically Leon. My car broke down at a red light on my way to work and he was the tow truck operator. I was overwhelmed, upset, and couldn’t find the silver lining in the situation. This is my first week in town so, of course, I didn’t know where to get my car towed nor did I have anyone to take me to work. Leon was gracious enough to volunteer to take me to a mechanic that he knew and even gave me a ride to work! If that wasn’t enough to make me feel better he even made me laugh and reminded me that my situation is not that bad. I appreciate the company and I appreciate Leon. Thank you so much!
It was late and we were far away and in the middle of nowhere. Candice the dispatcher was fast and super helpful, Leon the driver was extremely organized, safe, and really nice. Helped us way beyond what was necessary. Class outfit, this place.
I had some disabled customers from out of town stranded at our office. After waiting for 2 hours on mobile mechanic, I called Welch Bros and they were here in 5 minutes at the most. Gave them a jump and my customers were on there way. Great people!!!!
Helped me out in Coleman TX when my battery died. He was passing by and offered to jump me with his jump box. Much appreciated. Very friendly, recommend.
We were passing through and needed to check the air on our fifth wheel camper. I called them and they were more than happy to help out. They left the air hose out for us so we could pull up and check our tires out. I was blown away how willing they were to help others out. You do find that very often.
We made it home safe.

These guys were amazing and professional! I blew out my tire in the middle the night in the middle of the highway and they were the only company willing/able to come out and help out! Definitely recommend

Would NOT answer my insurance no matter how many times they called, and when i got my car back I had things MISSING. My CDs, my car sticker, and my MAILBOX KEY
They stole our car! My daughter was in a car accident and they towed her car to THEIR storage facility instead of the repair place. We weren’t notified it was at their storage facility until days later and then we were mailed a bill for the amount owed for storage and the tow. We had to give them the title in lieu of owing them almost $600! Now they’re selling the parts off of her car and making money off of it. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
The ball joint separated on my car while I was driving. I didn’t have much time before I had to pick up my kids. The guy shows up very fast, worked really hard to get me off the road. He was kind and professional, and despite my time challenge he was gentle with my car. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends.
The young man was wonderful,did a fantastic job. We had a blow out on a large trailer loaded with hay/were not able to take care of it ourselves. Very grateful. A 10 star rating

My truck lost power and started blowing black smoke luckily they were were a few miles Down the road the owner came out there towed my truck to his shop everybody there was extremely nice and helpful
Great service with beautiful new truck. Came to my rescue Saturday night to tow my car into town. Worked quickly to free tire lodged under the rear axle. Then quick as could be hoisted the front of the car up. Waited patiently while I took pictures. Friendly and helpful.
