The owner is a liar. Also doesn’t follow the law. I’ve filed complaint with Texas Department Of Licensing against him and he had other complaints. He said this vehicle wasn’t on his lot. Here’s a text from him stating it wasn’t there. Besides the photos there 3 witnesses that saw the truck and took the pictures. His license needs to be revoked.
I’m leaving a zero star review due to Donny’s incompetence. He refused to help a pregnant lady who was broke down on the side of the road and needed to be towed. All the lady did was ask a simple question to make sure the car wouldn’t drag on the front end while being towed. Donny then told her to find another tow company and when the lady said please Donny said no and hung up the phone. After the lady tried to call back Donny blocked her number.
Very rude and disrespectful. Donny told me they would come out and tow a vehicle for me and I had asked a simple question an upon asking that question he got really upset and proceeded to decline my service. After trying to call back they turned off their phones.
One of your hands towed my friends VW Beetle today to her mechanic. It took awhile to him to arrive from out of town but it was worth the wait. The charge was less than half of the towing company's quote that I normally use. The towing was very professional. You're now the one I'll call for towing.
Genuinely nice guy doing honest work. He picked my car up from over 45 minutes away and charged me a very fair price to bring it to my house, even recommended a few good mechanics around town.
Very unprofessional, and not productive, I called to get a tow truck out ,to pull a truck stuck in the mud. The guy said 30/45 minutes, I waited an hour and called back and they said they forgot about it. And would not be able to come out! Do not recommend
Is it bad to say that I'd prefer the owner of Maxx to do the recovery of my vehicle when I miss payments? He's really understanding, down to earth, and relates with his customers.
I had a flat tire and utilized my on-star service who provided me with this company who was the quickest to respond. The company called to let me know their ETA and verify my location, when they arrived they made sure I was comfortable while I waited for them to load up my car. I would definitely recommend this company as the entire experience was welcoming and Donny was friendly and informative on the ride to the dealership. Thanks for your help Maxx Towing.
My experience with Maxx Towing & Recovery was amazing. My car broke down in a middle of a road. I called them for help & they showed up on short time. Their driver was very nice & friendly. I I'm exceptionally satisfied with their service.
Maxx Towing & Recovery provides very fast service. I was astonished by their service. The driver came to me in fifteen minutes. He was very professional. I couldn't imagined that they would give this much good service. They are very good at their job. Thanks to them!!
