Don is an overall great driver, yeah sure he’s my dad but he’s helped me and my boyfriend countless times because we have a janky car, he’s pulled us out of ditches and towed us home after we broke down, if you’re looking for a reliable driver he’s definitely your guy.

Had a blow out out in the country. Office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Took no time for the driver to find us. He was able to change my tire and give me a tow since my spare was flat as well. 10/10 recommend and will use again in the future
Driver arrived very quickly for tire service. Spare ended up being flat also, he wasted no time getting the vehicle loaded up. Got us and the car to our residence. Very polite, professional and fast.
I know their actual service has got to be better than their reception service. The price quote i asked for was reasonable. I havent used them yet but according to reviews they do excellent service. The receptionist voice was interrupted a couple times by loud music so it was difficult to hear her at times and she had trouble finding the address on her computer and then when finished I heard the phone slammed down then hang up on me. She was rude but maybe she had a lot going on or it's just a bad day, they do happen. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt with 3 instead of 1 star
We ran out of diesel and were holding up traffic. Matt rescued us and took us over to the gas station. He was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Brownwood Towing to anyone. Hard to find good service these days. But these guys go above and beyond. 😊😊😊

Outstanding service! From the phone call through the follow up! The individual I spoke with initially was extremely helpful and professional. Previously I had called two other tow companies in town and was very turned off by their lack of professional communication. Brownwood Towing was everything the other companies weren’t. When the truck driver, Matt, arrived , he was clean and was neatly dressed, well spoken, professional in his explanations and worked carefully. For having been stuck away from my house with no assistance, I can honestly say that this company left me feeling very comfortable and supported. I have added them my personal contact information!
Sunday after Thanksgiving we’re 3hours into a 6 hour trip from Camp Wood back to Fort Worth pulling a 30 ft. travel trailer when we lost both passenger side tires. Tire shops are closed and we’re stranded on the side of the road with a kid and 2 dogs. Called and talked to Tyler and he went way out of his way finding tires and brought them out and got us back on the road and we were able to get home. Super grateful and only regret is we couldn’t stick around and buy him and the team a well deserved beer.
I want to thank Matt for helping me when I had a very important doctor appointment and my Chevy Silverado decided to die that morning. I called Brownwood Towing and they were able to get to me in less than hour and jump my battery off! I was able to go get a new battery and make it to my appointment on time. Very kind, efficient and great communication!
Tyler was super helpful, I was stranded on my motorcycle during my trip to Colorado and had a flat tire. The closest shop was about 30 miles away. They were able to get to location pretty quick and towed my motorcycle to the shop where I could get help. Thanks for the help.
