After replacing most of the steering linkage on my Jeep, I went in for an alignment. I was notified that one of the parts I installed was incorrect and setting the toe on the steering was impossible. Andrew, my service advisor, was very helpful and transparent with what was going on.
They ended up having to replace two tie rods in order to make the alignment possible. I had a track bar in the truck bed that I didn’t get around to installing. Andrew and the tech(s) noticed when topping off the linkages with grease that the original track bar was shot. They proceeded to install the track bar for no additional cost. At the end of it, the final total was also discounted for the unforeseen extra labor.
All in all I am incredibly pleased with all the people that I interacted with, especially Andrew. I wish I knew the name of the tech that worked on my truck because the quality of work was great.
I try to do most of the maintenance on my vehicle myself, but for anything out of my scope this is definitely going to be my new go-to.
I’ve read some of the bad reviews for this place and it seems that many of them are due to some sort of miscommunication so I’d take them with a grain of salt, but with how well I was taken care of, I’d recommend this place to anybody.
I’ve used this shop for about two years with my wife’s car and had decent experiences in the past — but my most recent visit with my truck ended that relationship for good.
I called on a Saturday about a clunking sound, and they suggested I bring it in Monday morning. I dropped the truck off before 8 a.m. and was told I’d hear from someone before noon. Noon came and went — no call. I reached out around 2 p.m. and was told they were still working on it and I’d get a call before the end of the day. Again, nothing.
By Tuesday morning, I called at 7:30 a.m. and asked that if they couldn’t diagnose it by noon, I’d just come get it. No contact by 1:30, so I called again — was told “another hour.” By 3:15, still radio silence, and my call was hung up on. When I called back, suddenly they “just got the diagnosis.” At that point, I told them I was on my way to pick it up.
When I got the truck, I found dirty wrappers (freezer pop wrappers) inside — things that definitely weren’t there before I dropped it off. Completely unprofessional.
After two days of poor communication, no accountability, and lack of respect for my vehicle, they’ve lost my business — and my wife’s as well. I expected better from a shop I had trusted before.
They were very helpful, and do not try to take advantage of their customers. They are honest and do what is in the customers best interest. I had lots of questions and called numerous times, but they always helped me out without complaint.
I was on my to visit my mother because she wasn't doing well, when my car just stopped running. Patrick and his manager were very helpful to me. Patrick even got my lock box out of my car and mailed it to me because I had to have surgery and no one to take me to retrieve it because it is almost 200 miles from where I live. I recommend them. They will work with you.

My car was leaking and running hot, took it in and they claim they repaired my radiator fan and now two months later the radiator still getting stuck and another shop is telling me I need a new radiator in just two months this is crazy

Mr. Matt Sevcik is a genuinely kind southern gentleman. He and his crew, Mr. Mark the manager and the other mechanics I've met, are the most realistic and helpful mechanics our family has found in recent years.
They are a Ma & Pa shop feel in spite of their growth over the years who is here to help you with what you need. We've built a relationship over the years and they know their repeat customers by name and really know their cars too! They helped with our 2012 Impala, 2011 Kia, and 2009 Murcury. They are honest, up front people who will tell you as it is even if it is a tough pill to swallow (as some car repairs/news can be), but they have always recommend based on what they believe would be best to do if they themselves were in that situation and we appreciate that level of care.
Excellent service, super helpful and patient when I asked a million questions. Appreciated the fact that they do oil change and tire rotation. I'll be back here solely for the intelligent and patient staff
Sevcik's Service Center is a place I will always remember. On a hot summer day in August, specifically Saturday the 16th, my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I asked if a service technician could take a look at my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, and they informed me that if I didn’t mind waiting for about an hour, they would get to it as soon as possible. To my delight, my car was ready and blowing cold air again in no time, and the prices were unbelievably low compared to another shop down the street that couldn’t even look at my vehicle until Tuesday.

I had an electrical problem with my F150. Sevcik's personnel took care of me, even though I understood that they don't specialize in electrical repairs.
1. They didn't try to upsell me.
2. They didn't do any non-requested inspections.
3. They discovered the problem, and fixed it.
4. They immediately called me when the job was done.
4. They paid for an Uber to take me home, and to pick me up--both directions. And I live about 5 miles away.
6. Price charged for the repair was very reasonable.
7. This is the kind of auto service we desperately need in BCS.

Saved me on a late Saturday afternoon. Was in College Station from out of town. Got towed there. Fixed and on the road less than 2 hours. Wonderful people.
Let’s give an applause for the only full service station in the surrounding BCS area. You can have your oil changed, car repaired, fill your tank with gas while having your windshield cleaned and the air in your tires checked!
I had my oil changed yesterday and the technician worked extra to have a notification that kept showing even though it shouldn’t. So thank you Sefcik’s for great service with a smile. Thank you Aaron for being very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was told my van would be a semi expensive fix and quoted about 1600. I have the money to fix it but apparently the owner doesn't have the time to do it. He told us we should either take it somewhere else or trade it in. If your car has a problem that takes more than a couple hours to fix don't take it here. They'll take your money for a diagnostic and tell you they don't have enough time to fix it.
UPDATE: The owner claims they never told me they wouldn't fix it but that is a lie. The person I first spoke with told me they didn't want to fix it. I specifically asked "So it sounds like you can fix it but since it will take so long you don't want to do it?" And they agreed. They only had an interest in helping fix the van once I made this review. I ended up going somewhere else. Everyone else should do the same.
First time here getting my oil changed. Very nice and professional. Will come back for sure. Price wasn't bad, under $60.

I had them put on running boards on 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Jose did a fantastic job on installing them and the price was great. Watch out for these guys, they charged my son close to $300 for a sensor that cost $90 on ebay and $150 at the dealership. And before they respond with, "That includes diagnosis and instalation," there was a separate $200 line item on the invoice for both of these.
It sux that they would take advantage of stuck college students.

My daughter took her 2012 Volvo SUV to replace a headlight bulb and they charged her $90. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF. It takes no more than 2 minutes to pull the assembly out and replace the bulb. The bulb costs about $25.
I stopped by Sevciks and spoke with Mark. He stopped what he was doing and helped me resolve my issue with my GMC terrain. I want to say thanks for the great customer service and will definitely be a repeat customer.
My son's 1996 chevy truck stopped working, he found Sevcik's and they had it running again the next day for an honest price.
If I lived in College Station, I would certainly feel confident taking my vehicle to them.

The communication from this place is horrible. Not only do you have to contact them about your vehicle when they tell you they will contact you but they also misdiagnosed my vehicle. They told me they couldnt do the job over the phone because they didnt have the special tool. When we got there one of the owners said they didnt want nothing to do with the job. Pat lied to me over the phone twice when I asked for paperwork and kept telling me he's going to get it. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle someplace else.

Sevcik's Service Center is absolutely the best! Having recently moved here and not knowing any shops in town, I took a chance with Sevcik's—and I’m so glad I did. My 2018 Ford Explorer had a radiator coolant leak, and after speaking with Mr. Pat, I brought it in. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process, and had my SUV running like new within 48 hours.
Then, just five days later, my AC started acting up. I took it back, and they checked to ensure it wasn’t something caused during the water pump repair. They found the issue (completely unrelated) and fixed it at no cost! Within a few hours, my car was back on the road.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I’ll be bringing all my car needs to Sevcik’s from now on—never going back to a dealership for service again. Huge thanks to the Sevcik’s crew and management. Highly recommend these honest, hardworking folks!
Today was my first experience with Sevcik’s Service Center. A friend recommended them. I had a check engine light & arrived there late morning. I was told that they could possibly get it diagnosed today & repaired tomorrow. I explained to them that it is our only transportation & we are senior citizens. They said they would do their best. Imagine my surprise when my car was ready today after only about 3 hours! I really appreciate their kind efforts in my behalf! And a double bonus for their “shuttle service” in getting me home & then back to the shop to pick up my car! FIVE STARS!

Today I drove 3 hours back to have some more unrelated work done to my vehicle just because of the service I received before. I went on may 10th 2023 to have my front end inspected after I had hit a pothole. I stated that front driver side was making noise and wanted to have them tell me what the issues were. I received a call May 11th stating that everything was fine, alignment was true, suspension parts were fine. I requested an oil change since it was in the shop anyways. I picked the vehicle up May 12th and took it to Costco to have the tires rotated as its cheaper. The tire tech pulled me to the back to inspect the car. The driver side tire had been rubbing somewhere on the inside and was down to the wiring nearly about to pop. Alongside both boots being torn on the tie rod and strut. I proceeded to take the vehicle to Big O Tires where they stated the alignment was off, and the oil was low. Both of these things I paid $162 for Sevciks to solve for me and they failed to do so. I also called 3 separate times attempting to speak to a manager at which I was told I would be called back and never once received one. Sevciks sent me home with a tire ready to explode, bad alignment, and low oil. Just in time for me to drive it all the way to Dallas putting my life at risk.
I came here because I read reviews and this place is close by my home. I’ve been experiencing some type of short in my truck I keep having to get a jump two to three times a week I finally got fed up and came here and when I tell you I was extremely impressed! Mike helped us and this guy knows what he’s doing! Very knowledgeable,I told them what’s wrong they told me to pull around back and they will check my battery and alternator for free! We found the issue and they promptly replaced my battery. I drive a 2500 extended cab Chevy and they charged $200 for a battery and labor!! These guys are great!
