Lucas was very helpful and was able to address my concerns. I was disappointed that even though my car wasn’t immaculate when I dropped it off, they didn’t vacuum the floor like it usually happens. Not really a big deal, but it seems more and more at lots of places they say they do it, but then it doesn’t happen. But I do have cool blowing air now

Great service - They had to replace my Catalytic Converters and there was a small leak that appeared after heating up. They picked it up and delivered it in one day. With almost no inconvenience to my day. 15 mins of my day for a service call was great.

Brought my truck in for repair and couldn’t be happier! My service advisor, Belinda, was extremely helpful, clearly outlining the work to be done and even going so far as organizing a driver to drop me off at my house during my appointment. Great experience all around and special recognition to Amy and Ashli at the payment desk who were very kind as well.

College Station Ford is my favorite dealership! They have an amazing service department that gets the job done right on the first try. I drive over an hour to get my SUV’s major services and repair work done. Every time I pick up my vehicle it’s in great running condition. You will enjoy the excellent service and updates.

Used the service center for the first time, very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and receptive they are. Big show out to Mister George Leaks, he helped me out tremendously. I brought my truck in mid day, less than 12 hours later it was diagnosed, fixed and returned to me even though the issues were pretty serious, very impressed. Received a full video detailing their concerns and diagnosis of my truck, very throughout, very well thought out. I normally work on my own vehicles, so bringing my truck to a service center made me a little uneasy, they performed beyond my expectations. Will be bringing my truck back and my spouses vehicles back to them for maintenance whenever it is needed. Thanks again College station Ford!

Lucas Lipscomb, a truly exceptional service advisor at College Station Ford. He provided me with a quote that outlined the required repairs and an amount for the work that needed to be done. I promptly took my car in for the brake work and received it back in a timely manner. Lucas even went the extra mile by showing me a video of other services that needed attention. The video was incredibly helpful and insightful, guiding me on the next steps for my car’s maintenance.

The staff was ready when I arrived to drop off the can. Whey were quick to make an inspection, provide the requested service and make appropriate recommendations. Oh, and they were able to get it all done before lunch.

Unfortunately, the 10R80 transmission failed on our 2019 F150. This is a widely reported design problem that Ford has not recalled. We worked with Cindy Parker to diagnose the problem. She's great to work with and very responsive. Diagnostic fee was reasonable. The cost to replace the transmission is 35-40% of the FMV. Although we're very disappointed with Ford Corporate, I would recommend Cindy (and Scott Smith) at CS Ford for Service.

We went in for our first oil change and William Bruce was very helpful and informative. We live in Anderson TX and it's worth the drive to College Station. The Ford place is right next to Sam's Club. It would have been nice to go to Navasota Ford but their prices were absolutely ridiculous. College Station Ford is the place to go. Make sure to request Mr. Bruce when you go to the service desk. I forgot to say a huge thank you to the technician who did our oil change and then put on our front license plate. That was a good extra!

I drove an hour and half just to come to here. I had a fantastic experience with Lucas. He went above and beyond to explain everything and to come up with a plan for future repairs. I will be coming back! Kiddos to Lucas! You deserve a raise my guy! I will be returning!

I felt like I was not given sufficient information to decide on best course of action. Much of the labor charges from valve cover seal replacement will have to be incurred again to fix timing chain cover leak. When I asked what fixes could be delayed they should have me that delaying fixing timing cover leak would increase overall cost

The services performed were done efficiently and timely. The service representative was knowledgeable and helpful with good communication. I thought the prices charged were very high. They added a 3% surcharge for payment with a credit card which was only announced at the time of payment.

Went for oil change, tire rotation and overall check-up of vehicle. Made appt and CS ford was very respectful of that and timely in their service. Took care of some general issues that needed addressed. Really like the video showing my vehicle, being kept informed of what was going on and getting in and out in a timely manner. Great job!!

--- 2026/01/12 --- My truck started throwing DTC's related to diesel emissions... so the crew at CSF got me scheduled and the truck on a lift and it became VERY obvious what was wrong. The aftermarket DPF-back exhaust that I had installed back in mid-2020 after purchasing the truck has completely rusted out and the final sensor for the exhaust was detached and restarting in the exhaust steam. I'm now working through the warranty process with that aftermarket company as they're premium and known to stand behind their products. Hoping to have CSF perform the removal of the defective part, installation of the replacement exhaust and any necessary repairs to get my F350 Tremor all fixed up. Bobby and the CSF team are great! Professional. Curious. Respectful... this matters to me. #BigFoxTravels --- 2025/11/08 --- In the area again and my F350 needed serving again. This time just an oil change + diesel fuel filters cost nearly $500 which is on par. I waited this time as we're down to a single vehicle currently and the QuickLane waiting area was relatively comfortable for the ~2 hour wait. --- 2024/02/16 --- Got a call this morning that my truck was ready. I headed into the dealership around 2:00PM today to pick her up. Learned that one of the control modules in my 2020 F350 had already died... THANK GOODNESS for the extended warranty I picked up at purchase. It'd be REALLY NICE if the OEM would produce quality parts that lasted. Very happy with the service experience and communications from the College Station Ford team. While my truck still need a good detailing... AT LEAST she's no longer telling at me at startup. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- Called and spoke with one of their service managers about a recall repair issue from a dealership in Ohio. He arranged to have my 2020 F350 Tremor picked-up from our campground for service. They picked-up my truck yesterday and arrived in a well marked SUV. Both employees were wearing College Station Ford shirts and the driver had a tablet to check my truck in BEFORE departing. (great tech implementation) Really appreciate that the driver did a full walk-around and didn't give it too much throttle as they drove away. Will update this review once I get my truck back from the service department, but first impressions are pretty good!

College Station Ford service department was once again awesome! They fixed my van right up and it drives like new again. Cindy was great and even though I have only been there a couple of times before she remembered me which was really nice.

I recently dropped my car off for a final repair on a recall. I wasn’t having any troubles with my car but it was free. But what they originally said would take a week to a week and a half, took almost 6 weeks. They sent me a message saying my car was all ready. When I picked up my car, they didn’t give me any information about what had happened to my car during this time except a receipt paper. When I got into my car I got a half a mile down the road before my car started rough idling, having banging noises, and the engine light started blinking. I made it home then I read through the receipt, on the last page it talked about the troubles from the test drive that I experienced and that they recommend spark plugs. But instead of telling me anything before I left they just let me risk my car. After peaking under the hood I saw that now my windshield washer fluid cap is missing, that both of my screws from my driver’s side headlight are gone. But the thing that probably ticked me off the most is that there was a red scrap on the driver’s side door like they had hit a car opening the door. And if these are the small details that they messed with then what big things that I can’t see as well did they mess up? I used to be a proud ford owner. Now, I would rather swim to work through a lake of battery acid, lemon juice, and razor blades than to buy another ford or even go back to this joke of a dealership.

Having work done at College Station Ford is a good experience. The waiting area is nice and a good place to read with a clean women's bathroom. One point of improvement I can see is their observations and documentation of regular wear and potential future needs of my car.

I had routine service done on my 2022 Ford Explorer XLT today. The Service Advisor Joe did an excellent job. The work was explained, including the additional recommend work, in a thorough way. And the service was quick. About one hour for: oil and filter change, tire rotation, and battery replacement. Much faster than I expected.

Great communications from Brandon, my service advisor, who kept me informed throughout the service. I felt recommendations were fair without trying to sell me too much stuff that wasn’t necessary. Work was completed on time as communicated when I dropped my truck off.

They did a wonderful job on my truck. They let me know before I came in that progress was not done and I would be able to get the vehicle and drop it off again or they could keep it for the night and finish it the next day. I’m in college so having that option is crucial for me and I greatly appreciate it!! Kristin is also so easy to work with and she’s a lovely person!

I had an issue with my car and Lucas was my service person. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. The issue that I had with my car none of the technicians had seen this problem before. After 2 days of diagnosing and problem solving they were able to come to a conclusion and a fix! Lucas kept me updated at all times and made sure to keep me informed at every stage. I was glad Lucas was able to be my service person!

Absolutley exceptional service. Have never been or felt more taken care of in a timely as well as informitave manner. Lucas Lipscomb helped me AND FAST. 10/10 We definetly will use him for all our vehicles. Our mobile detailing unit had a window failure in the rain, it was fixed in 30 minutes. No appointment and that is unheard of.

Keeping in mind that service at a dealership is always a bit more expensive, this experience was worth every penny. Friendly and knowledgeable advisors, knowledgeable and experienced techs and the inspection and tire rotation was included. Did not try to upsell me at all. The tech found a broken load sensor arm, apparently left by the last dealership to service my truck, and as he had an extra one from a previous job, he bent the bracket back into place and replaced it for free. After all that, it was still the fastest diesel oil change I’ve had done. Will definitely be back here for all my service for as long as I’m in the area.
