Pretty disappointed with the experience. One of my employees was in a bind and need the OBD sensor read to see what the potential issue was. Employee at Meineke “couldn’t read the OBD sensor” and immediately recommended changing the OBD lines/ports for god knows how many $$$ and several hours wait time. I told my employee to tell them thanks but no thanks. I get to lay eyes on it the next day and turns out the Meineke employee needed to take 10 seconds to pull off the cover and just hold the back of the OBD port so he could plug into it. Pretty frustrating that they immediately attempted to try and run up I’m sure a several hundred dollar invoice when that wasn’t needed.

Great service! Have used other places that were over priced. I request Tyler who is great and takes care of any issues and maintenance.

I got an oil change for which I had made an appointment. My one bit of advice for the nice man who checked me in, would be to say my name and then repeat what we were going to do and how much it would cost, because I'm old and had forgotten what we did the last time. It's reassuring to check that we've agreed on what's going to be done. Your staff are great! He gave me the coupon discount which I had forgotten. Thanks!

I went for an oil change with my LYFT points and made a reservation before going there. Despite asking multiple times on the phone, they assured me there would be no charge and that they could refund or replace my points. But when I got there, they charged me and were completely unhelpful. I think you should be careful and not worry about it later.

I received an email that the synthetic blend oil change would be $29.95. Also, another email said all oil changes include tire rotation. I have always had the tires rotated when having the oil changed here. I was charged more and the tires were not rotated. Why send me emails when they are not honored. I will never be going back to Meineke ever again.

came here for alignment of wrangler, but got $1700 quote to replace 2 tie rods here, then I went to Jeep Chrysler dealership, got everything taken care of for 300 (nothing needs replacement)

Car was making a strange noise, thankfully nothing serious. They were so kind and able to help me out in 10 mins, free of charge! If I ever run into any bigger issues I’ll definitely come back here.

I have been a customer for 4 years now and I was very disappointed when I got charged $150 to replace a battery that was under warranty. I will find a different mechanic, Meineke is not an option for me anymore.

They were very nice and professional and got my car fixed up in no time. They quoted me way less than other shops and now my car is running great.

Update 06/07/25: Had to take our Durango in for a engine misfire as well as some other minor issues. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem as the #2 Fuel Injector and recommended replacement as well as finding the valve cover gasket and the oil cooler leaking. They did the oil cooler, valve cover gaskets, plenum gaskets, coils on the driver side, #2 Fuel Injector, and oil change. Tyler also found the radiator was leaking and to my surprise, replaced the radiator also. These guys are trusted, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Tyler. He really has a passion for being a mechanic and it shows. I won't take my vehicles to anyone else. Original Review: This place was recommended by a friend. I showed up five minutes before 5pm and found they were about to close however Tyler & John came outside to look at my vehicle anyway. I needed them to check for codes that would affect the Electro-hydraulic Power Steering with a Diagnostic scanner. I'd just replaced the EHPS to spec however it still didnt work. They found the EHPS was not communicating. Tyler checked all of the fuses & found none were blown. He advised it would need further diagnostic to find the problem however he was confident he knew the problem. As they were about to leave, I elected to leave my vehicle which they parked inside for security. The next day I arrived to check the status & found it'd been fixed with the "Service Power Steering" message cleared. Tyler advised it was in fact a problem with the "block fuse" found directly below the positive jump start post. He was able to move the power wire for the EHPS to another, unused, post of the same amperage. Great success! EHPS is functioning properly! Charged me a diagnostic fee since there were no parts required for the repair. Definitely pleased with the price, their knowledge & willingess to help. I definitely recommend this place.

Fast and honest work! Addressed each of the concerns I had with my vehicle and had me in and out within the hour. They didn't even charge me for a minor repair I had requested, which means a whole lot given that I am currently on a tight grad student budget. I hope I don't have to come back in any time soon (knock on wood), but if I do, I know that my vehicle will be in good hands.

Once again, the fantastic crew at Meineke on Southwest Parkway came through. We have had nothing but good experiences here. I really like the estimate/diagnostic process that they use. You get a complete report, with pictures and explanations of issues. The mechanics are happy to go through the report with you and follow up with recommendations and suggestions. They are knowledgeable about payment options and got us back on the road quickly !

If you want fast and quality service, you need to go to Meineke on Southwest Pkwy. The staff keeps good communication with you about your vehicles problems and is not judgmental. I know basic mechanics and the technicians not once made me feel inferior, nor did I ever feel like I was being gouged on prices. B/CS has a lot of auto shops, and there’s a reason I’ve only taken my cars here for 7 years

I've have my car worked on twice now by this shop and I am blown away every time! Not only are they very detail oriented and thorough with their work, but they are FAST! Like drop off and pick up within the day or the next day. They have great pricing (in my experience) and take pictures of all the problems with level of urgency.

Came here based on a good word from a friend because my car blew it's head gaskets and needed a new engine. The guys in the shop are super transparent and down to earth and run a good business. Tyler was super helpful to explain what went wrong with the car and to give multiple repair options. Work was completed in exactly the time they estimated and came out a bit under their estimated cost as well. They also fixed a leak they found in the AC system in addition to the specified labor leaving my car in better shape than it was before it failed. I heartily recommend this place to anyone who needs work done and they have me as customer for any future auto issues I have.

Every other shop in Cstat wanted me to come in 2 weeks later just to test the vehicle. Meineke said I can come tomorrow morning to test it. They not only tested it, but they fixed the problem in only 2 hours, which other places estimated would take a few days or weeks. Excellent care for the vehicle. My only critic would be that calling over the phone customer service was maybe not as high spirited as other places. None the less, the job was not only taken care of, but they just snapped there fingers like magic, while other shops took zero initiative.

Will definitely be coming back here for any car trouble. Lance was super helpful and friendly, and he explained everything they were doing. Most of the car shops I’ve been to don’t really listen to you, but the people at Meineke were amazing! My car was making a weird noise, and they were so careful in identifying what it was (even though it was really faint). Their prices were reasonable, and they remembered everything I said about the car (never had to repeat myself!) I came on a Monday morning right when they opened. They had diagnosed the problem, ordered and replaced a part, done an oil change, and filled my tires by 10am. Would absolutely recommend.

Seriously one of the best car service experiences I have ever had! Came in after getting a hefty quote from another place to replace my break pads and rotors. Lance was super helpful from the beginning and his team started looking at my car immediately! Within 15 minutes they were able to tell me what needed to be done and replaced all of my break pads and rotors about an hour and a half later. Super impressed by their kindness and work ethic! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for years! Lance and his staff are friendly and they always take care of me here, quickly and seamlessly! I never feel like I’m being scammed and they always go above and beyond to help me out! They send you diagnostic info with pictures to make sure that you know what they’re doing is legit. Also they offer great coupons for services online that help a lot. My friend first recommended that I take my car here and I’m glad that she did! I recommend it to all of my friends too!

The best experience! I called yesterday frantic as I had my car in a different shop but needed a second opinion on some work being done. I told them I needed to be in Dallas by this afternoon so didn’t have much wiggle room as my car had been in the other shop for 6 days. I was just expecting a quick fix enough to get me to where I need to go to then get it repaired back in Dallas. They went above and beyond and ended up fixing the whole issue.They got me in at 7:30am and by 9:19am I received a message it was complete. A stark comparison to the other shop who told me a few more days. They were very kind and knowledgeable , I will continue coming here from now on when any issues arise. Very highly recommend! Thank you guys so much!
