From the moment I walked in, the reception team impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness. I noticed the AC in my car stopped blowing cold air, so I called Cardoc. They were willing to work me in the same day, but I opted to take it the following day. dropped it off before they opened with their key drop and they had it done before I got off work that day. They communicated the status with me and sent estimates before doing any work. Fast & friendly service.
Conner was helpful over the phone and kept me up to date on how my vehicle was doing. Definitely felt confident that their shop was doing a good job. Reasonable price for a simple fix. Will definitely be going to Cardoc in the future.
Needed a brand new ac kit for my Kia. They got me in within a couple days of me calling, told me it would be at least a week before the could finish it, but they ended up replacing everything the day I dropped my car off. Will definitely be back for any other repairs needed!

Quoted me over 1000$ for a part that costs 220$ from autozone (alternator). Took my car elsewhere. However another time I did need an AC repair and they charged me a fair price and did it quickly. Very professional people and good service though.

CarDoc was recommended to us when we were looking for a reliable place that was affordable for *our* budget. So we took our primary vehicle in, and they were great... up front with the diagnostic process and cost for same. They kept in contact during the process, calling with information and costs, and when something additional needed to be done in order to do the original work needed, they were clear about what was needed and why. And once complete, the work was great and the cost was definitely affordable for us. As a result, we had them work on our secondary vehicle as well, with the exact same process and results. We are SO happy with every aspect of the experience with them, and will continue to use them. Very highly recommend!
We’ve been happy with repairs here in the past.
When another one of our vehicles had an issue, we brought it here with a common problem on a 2011 Toyota Tundra — a Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve stuck open. A popular issue everyone knows about. No fancy electronics vehicle ,the part costs under $200, and the fix usually takes about 20 minutes.
Prior I scanned the vehicle myself and told them exactly what was wrong, yet they still charged $131 for extra diagnostic. That took them two full business days.
Today, I got their repair quote: $3.580.
LOL. Seriously?
They added a list of unnecessary repairs on a reliable non-worn Toyota Tundra with just 100.000 miles on it. That’s outrageous for such a simple, inexpensive repair.

Always a great experience. As a top tier youtube mechanic, it is as important to know your limitations as much as knowing who to trust with the repairs that go outside of your skill level. These guys are straight shooters and always impress! Great communication and fair pricing.
I had a good experience taking my car to this shop. The staff was polite, courteous, and explained things clearly. After the initial service, I noticed a lingering noise and brought the car back. Great mechanic shop! I had taken my son's truck to have the Ac fixed. They called and gave 3 different options on getting the Ac going. I chose to replace the whole Ac system. They did a fantastic job and the price was great as well. Thank y’all.

I was able to schedule with them for an A/C Repair on my 2016 Toyota Corolla with no issue! Helen was so kind and went out of her way to make sure I was receiving the best service for my vehicle. When I dropped off my car for my appointment, I was met with smiling faces and Helen answered all my questions with kindness and patience. Amazing place to take your car when in need. I called in, got exact quote over the phone and they also ordered my parts. Took my car in next day and got it done in a timely manner. The price was definitely also the best in town, $100-300 less than everyone else for my CV axle replacement. I recently drove 16+ hours across the country for a move and it held up perfectly and got me where I needed to go safely. I appreciate the team here and wish them all the best, very good people!
I’m so glad I decided to go to CarDoc to get my truck repaired, they did an amazing job from the front house to under the hood. They even stayed late to ensure my truck repairs were finished in the same day. Their receptionist Hellen was super sweet and informative, if you had a question she made sure to give you a thorough explanation which I highly appreciated. I knew it was a risk buying a 43 year old car, but thank goodness I found CarDoc! Just talking to Aaron on the phone clinched my decision to bring my Triumph TR7 to them. Aaron and the gang are amazing. I drive older vehicles and these guys are lifesavers. I won’t let anybody else touch my 97 powerstroke. They do a great job, keep the price reasonable and communicate every step of the way. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
