This is the 2nd time I've used Gladney and I'm just as satisfied as the 1st! They make the process super easy and get your car in and out that day. They are continually in touch with you by text, showing you all of the services you can get and how much each costs. You choose what you want, they set up an appt, and it's all taken care of. They will also give you a ride to work if you need one. And they are very friendly both on texts and nice in person! This time I had an extra request about a broken bolt that was bothering me and they fixed it... and they did it free! I would definitely use them a 3rd time and would recommend them to anyone I know.
I had to tell Andre multiple times what I wanted serviced. When I showed up to drop the truck off he only had one item in the system to be serviced and we had to go through the list again.
Also one of the repair items did not get fixed so I need to bring it back in to get finished.
Wonderful services. I always have the best costumer service here and everything is explained to me and inexpensive. I’m a young woman and they always treat me with respect and kindness. I recommend them to everyone I know. Best auto place in college station!
This was not my first visit and wont be my last. Andre and his team are great! Great customer service/communication! Hannah up front is so sweet (get that girl some film or blinds for the afternoon hours) No one likes taking their car to the shop, but it's always a fantastic experience at Gladney!
Happy that the work was done so quickly and especially touched by the extra care taken by Andre and his locksmith colleague concerning my ignition and key return.
I had some sensor indicators that were concerning so a full inspection was done and the faulty sensor was replaced. I was very impressed with the Customer Service and the knowledge of the intake staff and then the consultation with the mechanic was comprehensive and understandable. I thought the pricing was fair as well for time and parts.
I accidentally packed my Jeep key in my UHAUL and needed a key quickly. The service was great. My only concern was the what seemed like lack of concern for my paint job. Placing a tablet with a metal stand on my front fender while working. I put something under it to protect the paint and the technician did not even acknowledge my concern. Maybe that's picky but its o ly a 2 yo Jeep and I do baby it a bit. Hanna was great !!Amanda seemed like she was having a bad day. Overall I got my key quickly and $334 and 30 min later I was rolling down the road.
These guys are the most professional team I've worked with. Great comfort knowing they are ready when my kids need help away from home. Highly recommend using them.

I had a good experience with Gladney and their service manager Peyton. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping me informed on their process and progress. He told me the costs upfront and didn’t do anything unnecessarily. He recommended and I approved only the things I needed done. They updated me thru text with pictures and actual findings. Peyton was very personable and easy to deal with. Automotive repairs are not cheap, but Gladney is very reasonable and reliable. My vehicle kid running great now
This place is super expensive. They wanted to charge more than double for an AC repair job. What really made me nervous is they wanted to take apart the whole dash in the car to fix the AC when only the AC compressor broke. In addition they advised it would take about 3 days to fix the problem. The place down the road from them did the same repair for less than half the price and in about 24 hours total turn around time.
Update: Tony (the general manager) reached out and advised that we would make things right. He seems genuine and spoke about what changes could be done so something like this would not happen again. 1 star to 3 (3 being neutral) for him being proactive.
I’ve used gladney multiple times and they have done great work on my car. But, unfortunately, the front desk experience has been consistently unpleasant. The woman working the front desk is routinely dismissive, curt, and unwelcoming. Basic questions are met with clipped responses, and any attempt to clarify or ask for help seems to irritate her further. Every time I call I’m met with an insane amount of attitude as well (unless a service advisor answers).
It’s frustrating to walk into a business expecting professionalism and instead feel like you’re inconveniencing someone just by showing up or calling. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt, but the pattern hasn’t changed. A little courtesy goes a long way and right now, it’s sorely lacking with her.

He kept me in the loop the whole time, explained everything about the repairs in a way I could actually understand, and made the process super easy. The shop is friendly, reliable, and they do solid work. Definitely recommend checking them out!
Highly recommend Amanda and her team at Gladney. I had a very odd electrical issue that could not be fixed by 2 other shops. After some deep diving they were able to thoroughly diagnose and repair my vehicle correctly. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Communication was top tier and they were able to answer all of my questions. All repair estimates were clear. I gave approval at every step of the way instead of unauthorized repairs some shops may do. Thank you, Gladney!
I got a duplicate smart key fob from them. I called in late afternoon, and they were able to do it the next day at a price 1/3 of dealer cost and less than all others I checked in CS. It’s just like the original and works great.
My car broke down in front of Gladney Automotive and I managed to get it into the parking lot. Without a doubt the service staff was so nice to work with and I really appreciated Amanda, my service rep, sending me photos of problems with my car and the work that needed to be done. Dropped my Corolla off in the morning with lukewarm AC and picked it up the same afternoon blowing ice-cold, talk about fast! The front desk staff were genuinely friendly, explained everything in great detail even I don’t really understand (not really a car person).Detailed diagnostic report with photos so I knew exactly what was fixed. Their promo kept the bill under $70 (parts, labor, and recharge), and they gave me a free ride home while they worked on the car. Great price, clear communication, and awesome service! I’ll be back if I ever need help again.
Was having issues with my son's 2007 ford f 150 overheating. The coolant was low so we added some but was still getting hot so I had the truck towed over and these folks jumped right on it doing all kinds of testing. They topped of the coolant and pressure tested the system on day 1 and and test drove it. No over heating. Kept over night to test the next morning and test drive.....no over heating. The advisor called and said they could not find any leaks and there was no over heating so we were good to go. I asked how much we owed and was shocked when he said nothing. We found nothing wrong other than the fact the coolant was extremely low. How many times is an auto shop done that in your experience. Honestly goes a long way in my book and they will have my business in the future.
Great experience. Reasonable pricing, great communication, I would gladly take any vehicle back again (as much as you can be glad to repair an automobile). Really liked that they documented with photos their recommendations and lots of other items along the way.
Front counter person was so professional, so knowledgeable, explained everything done in understandable terms with pictures, so pleasant, and so efficient. The estimate I had asked for and was provided was exactly what I paid. The service work was done professionally and finished on time. The wait area is comfortable, has free WiFi, and provides coffee, water and soft drinks. I am pleased.

I had my monocular camera calibrated yesterday and was very pleased by the short time I spent waiting for the repair to be completed. I am more so impressed that the estimate I was given was very nearly exactly what I paid, even though they had to do more work than expected. I appreciate my technician (Joe) taking the time to explain what was wrong, what might have been the cause, and how he planned to investigate various options for repair. Overall, treated with respect, not overcharged, and will be back for future repairs and maintenance.
From the initial contact with Michele to driving out with new key in hand from Chris, the experience was awesome. Michele took care of everything for me. Good trustworthy work with cheaper prices than a dealership. I've only been here once, just for an oil change but they basically ran a whole diagnostics of my car without me asking for it AND without making me pay for it. I have a Honda and the dealership will charge you $170 for just a diagnostic. An oil change there would have been $90 (I called to see) but here at Gladney it was $60 and some change. Going to go here from now on! They also take a bunch of pictures of what's wrong with your car and send you them with estimates!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I called in to set up an appointment for an oil change and for the first time I had an auto repair shop that transparently gave me a fair breakdown of the pricing, labor, and materials and what type of other services will be performed (free routine maintenance check) before I even come in for my appointment . I was a first time customer and everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. Amanda and Hannah were great too. I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

I did my research and found this establishment had 5 star reviews. I have to admit that I was doubtful. I woke up early and arrived before they opened. When I arrived, they opened their doors and I took a chance to enter early. They only work on cars by appointment but they had an 8 am opening along with the supplies needed to work on my car. I was very lucky to get in when I did. I was out of there in less than an hour! If I lived in the area, this would be my regular service spot.
They offer a well stocked coffee bar and mini-fridge. They have snacks too!
