I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They fixed my car incredibly quickly, and the pricing was very fair—especially compared to other places I looked into. What really stood out was how easy they were to work with. Everyone was professional, communicative, and made the whole process stress-free.

I was really pleased with they team at Gladney. They stayed late on a Friday to get my car in, kept in contact with me, sent pictures of work progress, and were proactive in their communication. I will definately go back!
If I could give a zero I would if you want your engine worked on I suggest go somewhere else or just go buy a new car the repairs they suggest would cost you as much as a new car. If you let them work on your car they will create more issues for you than there even was . I have asked numerous times for a detailed list of the work they have done guess what no response. Go somewhere else beware!!!!!!!! They worked on my son’s car Antonio said they looked over the engine and suggested repairs. I let them over charge me and do repairs now my son has more issues with his car. I asked how do you have issues with the same stuff you worked on and what about the warranty they claim to have for customers. Antonio told me that they didn’t work on that side of the engine so I guess when they checked over the engine they only looked at half the engine the first time . This place makes it so hard to trust mechanics they give them a bad name. Well as I figured they are out to rip people off I carried my sons car to a honest mechanic and did not find anything wrong with the car besides a faulty sensor this place is out to get as much money out of people that they possibly can get.

Gladney did an excellent job with the repairs on our Tahoe. We experienced issues while visiting from Fort Worth and had to have the vehicle towed to their location on a Saturday. First thing Monday morning, Amanda contacted me to confirm they had the vehicle and would begin diagnostics.
Once the problem was identified, I quickly received clear pricing and time estimates. We were told the repairs should be completed by Thursday so we could make the trip back to pick up the car—and they delivered exactly as promised.
I can’t say enough good things about Amanda. She is AMAZING. She kept me informed every day through Gladney’s web portal and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
Despite the major repair we needed, the overall experience with Gladney was great. Highly recommend their team!

We had a wonderful experience working with Gladney Automotive. After a not so great experience with another mechanic in town, we had my daughter’s vehicle towed to Gladney. Amanda, was our case manager and was exceptional. She went out of her way to communicate, order parts and deliver vehicle in an efficient and timely manner. Very pleased with their work and will defintely use this mechanic in the future.
Gladney Automotive is the absolute best! My transmission completely failed. They got me in right away and diagnosed the issue quickly. They worked diligently with my extended warranty company and got approval for a full transmission replacement within 24hrs of setting up the claim with the warranty company. Their entire staff is courteous and professional and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. I’m a Gladney customer for life based on this experience!
ONLY mechanic I will use! Not your average shop. Every step of the way Gladney and their staff were on top of it. Through detail pictures, communication and price- to dealing with the insurance companies directly, they go above and beyond every time.
Got my light fixed with no problem . The price was better than going to the dealership. They got me in and out the same day with no problem. Very happy with using them to fix my Mercedes .
Researched European auto repair shops in the College station/Bryan area and found that this one was newer and had some good ratings. Was looking for a dealership alternative for my BMW. Just decided to order some tires off their website and plan a service trip for some maintenance items to test them out. The day before my appointment, I got a call from a service writer Explaining some confusing stipulations regarding the availability of tires provided by a third-party through their website. The detail included notes about how I’ve gotten a good deal, but there would be no warranty. Come back to clarify the voice message. The service writer was not available, but the receptionist decided it was in her purview to step in and explain more about the confusion. She had no idea what she was talking about, and when I pushed back on the fact that regardless of what the production status was for the tires I selected, Michelin should stand behind the warranty as stated on the website at the time of purchase. She knew nothing but insisted again that I got a great deal and if I still wanted the tires, there would be no warranty. Stupid someone completely uninvolved should stick their nose into the issue and create a bigger mess with a customer. I waited four hours for a return call From the service writer, who was “momentarily away from his desk” when I had called earlier. The surface writer continued the confusion and after some back-and-forth, I concluded these people were unreliable and unaccountable, and canceled my transaction.
It’s unfortunate that even amid such high prices for auto service these days, people don’t know how to stand behind products and services and properly manage communication with customers. As I stated on the phone to the service rider, I was looking to place my loyalty in hopes of finding someone who was knowledgeable and caring about my car.
Amazing services! Gladney Automotive came highly recommended by another local business owner who does body work (Oscar & Sons) as "the best mechanic shop in town" and i have to agree. I'm very glad I had my wife's van serviced here. I will be brining all of my vehicles here going forward. Very transparent with issues/diagnostics and the pricing was right in line with what I'd expect for services rendered (no hidden fees or services not required as compared to the dealership). I had the dealership do a diagnostic as i was out of town when the engine light came on. They came back with a list of services along with pricing in excess of what Gladney charged. I also commend Gladney on only providing the initial quote for the necessary items to repair (3 fuel injectors) and accompanying the issue with additional recommendations to fix (other 3 injectors - which didnt include extra labor fees!!!) All similar repairs that the dealership quoted but about $1,000 less and very forthright. I see many negative reviews about the front desk receptionist, which I find odd as the lady I interacted with was top notch. She was polite, to the point and welcomed me as soon as I entered. Zero complaints about anything I experienced.
Could not be more pleased with the service. Well organized, well located, easy to schedule moderate complex work on Land Rover vehicle. A qualified expert went over the work efforts and procured the parts, in advance of service scheduled date. Found a local service that can do more than an oil change. Good pricing as well. Will use again.
Employee was fast and polite when servicing my vehicle. Even after having an issue with the truck on my end Gladney sent the tec back out no charge to me. 100% recommend using them for any key issues
Please know two other reputable automotive mechanical/engineering businesses in town could not identify the problem with my Chevy. Ironically, both of the aforementioned shops recommended Gladney Automotive Solutions. I was actually thinking of trading my vehicle in with only 60K miles! Gladney staff were professional, knowledgeable, and tops at communicating with customers. I'll be back as they are my number one repair shop!
This is the 2nd time I've used Gladney and I'm just as satisfied as the 1st! They make the process super easy and get your car in and out that day. They are continually in touch with you by text, showing you all of the services you can get and how much each costs. You choose what you want, they set up an appt, and it's all taken care of. They will also give you a ride to work if you need one. And they are very friendly both on texts and nice in person! This time I had an extra request about a broken bolt that was bothering me and they fixed it... and they did it free! I would definitely use them a 3rd time and would recommend them to anyone I know.
I had to tell Andre multiple times what I wanted serviced. When I showed up to drop the truck off he only had one item in the system to be serviced and we had to go through the list again. Also one of the repair items did not get fixed so I need to bring it back in to get finished.
This was not my first visit and wont be my last. Andre and his team are great! Great customer service/communication! Hannah up front is so sweet (get that girl some film or blinds for the afternoon hours) No one likes taking their car to the shop, but it's always a fantastic experience at Gladney!
I had some sensor indicators that were concerning so a full inspection was done and the faulty sensor was replaced. I was very impressed with the Customer Service and the knowledge of the intake staff and then the consultation with the mechanic was comprehensive and understandable. I thought the pricing was fair as well for time and parts.
I accidentally packed my Jeep key in my UHAUL and needed a key quickly. The service was great. My only concern was the what seemed like lack of concern for my paint job. Placing a tablet with a metal stand on my front fender while working. I put something under it to protect the paint and the technician did not even acknowledge my concern. Maybe that's picky but its o ly a 2 yo Jeep and I do baby it a bit. Hanna was great !!Amanda seemed like she was having a bad day. Overall I got my key quickly and $334 and 30 min later I was rolling down the road.
I had a good experience with Gladney and their service manager Peyton. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping me informed on their process and progress. He told me the costs upfront and didn’t do anything unnecessarily. He recommended and I approved only the things I needed done. They updated me thru text with pictures and actual findings. Peyton was very personable and easy to deal with. Automotive repairs are not cheap, but Gladney is very reasonable and reliable. My vehicle kid running great now
Highly recommend Amanda and her team at Gladney. I had a very odd electrical issue that could not be fixed by 2 other shops. After some deep diving they were able to thoroughly diagnose and repair my vehicle correctly. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Communication was top tier and they were able to answer all of my questions. All repair estimates were clear. I gave approval at every step of the way instead of unauthorized repairs some shops may do. Thank you, Gladney!
I did my research and found this establishment had 5 star reviews. I have to admit that I was doubtful. I woke up early and arrived before they opened. When I arrived, they opened their doors and I took a chance to enter early. They only work on cars by appointment but they had an 8 am opening along with the supplies needed to work on my car. I was very lucky to get in when I did. I was out of there in less than an hour! If I lived in the area, this would be my regular service spot.
They offer a well stocked coffee bar and mini-fridge. They have snacks too!
