Wonderful experience! The gentle man working the counter, Phillipe, was on point. There were 3 people before me and 2 behind me and because of his extensive knowledge he helped each of us efficiently and with great customer service. I highly recommend coming here for tires or other services.
After going to multiple tire places in town on a Friday with a flat I wasnt able to locate anyone available to patch it. Within an hour of calling Big O I was squared away, patched up and back on the road again. Lucas and his team were fantastic. Came in to narrow down a tire defect that was causing a set of brand new B F Goodrich Trail Terrains I got at Costco to start vibrating my suv at highway speeds and to make sure it was the tires at fault. Got the proof I needed to get them returned and replaced with different tires under warranty thanks to their road force balancer results and an inspection of my suspension. Did some minor suspension repairs with them as well to rule out any other possible suspects and my car's ride quality has benefited. Staff are amicable and knowledgeable, and my experience was overall pleasant.

Felipe, the manager, is about as crooked as they come. I used to run this store for about a year and a half, so I know the ins and outs of how things are supposed to work. I recently came in for a simple oil change. Another front desk employee wrote up my ticket and gave me a clear breakdown of my total. However, when Felipe checked me out, he added an extra $15 charge for absolutely no reason. While $15 isn’t a big deal, it’s the principle and when I asked, he gave me a completely made-up explanation.
It didn’t stop there. As I was waiting in the lobby, a young college woman came in for an alignment covered under her 4-year warranty meaning it should’ve been free. Felipe then lied to her, claiming Toyota had “updated the software” and she’d need to pay $80 for the update. The car was nearly 20 years old that excuse made no sense. I watched him send away 3 customers because it was all warranty work!!
Felipe is not only dishonest but also completely incompetent and unqualified to be managing a location like this.
Great service! Friendly staff! I was traveling, 1800 miles from home, and had suspension issues and they helped as best they could plus sold me a set of tires at a great price! Go see Felipe!
God awful place. Oil change turned into oil leak . Paid for 4 new tires they only put on 2 new ones and tried to play it off. Ran over a cone pulling it out the bay. They said they would calibrate the TMS never did. Brand new tire had a leak straight out of there. Save your money and a headache and go somewhere else . These people are sorry as they come.

I always take my car to this place for oil changes and other maintenance work. I have complete trust in them because they consistently prove their reliability. They never overcharge, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers.

I had an amazing experience at Big O Tires. I was aided by Felipe who was quite efficient with making sure I had everything I needed replaced in order to safely drive my car. He took his time with explaining exactly what he was doing and why as well as keeping in mind my budget when fixing my car. I will definitely be going back.
I went to Big O Tires College Station for a full steering and suspension alignment. These guys got it right when 4 wheel parts and other shops would get it wrong. They are extremely knowledgeable on lifted trucks and about upgraded suspension. I would go here first for future lift, steering, and suspension work.
These guys are the best! They are honest, straightforward, good people! They treat you like family and take care of you. Definitely not the typical place that is just after your money. They have a long time customer here! You won't regret taking your business there, that's for sure!
Felipe and his team are great. They are knowledgeable and keep you informed. Had shocks, struts, and other suspension components replaced. They kept me updated during the process.

Genuine people at the counter, however waiting almost 2.5 hours for an oil change killed my experience with them. They did say that it’s the parts company that was taking forever. Had a coupon for $17.99 oil change and was charged $33 but didn’t want to take up more time so I didn’t dispute.
Felipe was honest about the situation so it was nice.

Did their best to patch my tire, but it couldn’t be fixed. The tire wasn’t in stock and I was trying to get back to southeast Texas so the team offered me a solution and it worked out perfectly. I am extremely happy with both the service, unlike your competitors across the street that insisted I replace all 4 tires of which were not in stock there as well. I appreciate the assistance!
Had a great experience. Came in looking for a specific set of tires. They didn’t have them but the guys let me peruse their back room to see if I could find something. Ended up getting better tires than I thought I wanted! These look so good on my truck and they are much quieter than my old set. Price was on point and I will definitely be back.
The guys here have consistently diagnosed issues I did not know I have with my truck when I came in for something as simple as an oil change. They gave me a great price and finished the work faster than anyone in town. They go above and beyond for their customers. Would highly recommend for all of your tire, oil, and suspension needs. Fantastic customer service! We purchased 4 new tires over a year ago, and one tire recently picked up a screw and developed a slow leak. We brought the car in and they promptly fixed it. The customer service was very friendly and professional.
Logan Meekma & Matt Hernandez were very receptive & courteous to all customers in the store at the time. I will strongly recommend this store from this day forward. They saved me a LOT of $$, compared to what the local car dealership was wanting to do!
Nick and Matt were amazing. Their customer service skills were incredible. I had to get two tires replaced today. The service was quick, and they were able to get out the door in less than 30 minutes. They also have the best prices, definitely recommend going here to get your tires replaced. This location would not warranty Big O Brand tires or patch the tires. They first said the tires are too old. Which they are only a few months old. The next excuse was that they were too worn but not to the wear bars. Then finally he said they are the wrong size tires for my truck (2018 f350 dually).The manager pushed me to purchase a new set of tires and told me since I do hot shot work to stay away from Big O Tires. These are the 2nd set purchased for other stores. Had to drive 3 hours to a location in San Antonio.
Update: Big O Tires in the San Antonio area are taking care of the tires.
