Absolutely amazing service! They made a perfect copy of my Toyota key, including the built-in immobilizer and alarm, super fast and completely hassle-free. The staff were professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. Prices were honest and very fair, and they even helped me out on a holiday — that’s real customer service!
The store is spotless, well organized, and fully stocked with everything you might need — batteries for cars, motorcycles, and all kinds of devices, plus key fobs, phone repairs, light bulbs, and more. I also love their battery recycling program and the Dallas Cowboys promotion, such a cool idea!

Got the message to change the battery in my key fob. Went to the C. S. store and Dillon and other sales person were quick to greet me, took the fob and had it changed right away. Very nice guys!
This place is a joke. Took my work iPad in to get it fixed. They said it could be two things. I said no problem just fix it please. About a week later I got a call after I called them to check on you then it was ready. When I picked it up paid for Repair $226. Went out to my vehicle, and the battery was in the red. so I plugged it in two different chargers and I had in my truck and it wasn’t charging and then it went dead. I took it back in and they said they probably can’t be fixed. Then they took it to the back. Then came back out and said it could be fixed would be another hundred dollars. I explained I brought it in and wanted it repaired and Got it back and it still not repaired and now you wanna charge me more money. I said no thank you I would like a refund. they said they cannot refund it unless they put the parts back in. Really? I said fine. When will it be ready, they said the following day they would call me. Of course they didn’t call. I called the day after that. They said it was ready. I went and got my refund. Took it to iPhone repair and toys , and they fixed it in a couple days. Batteries, plus sucks

Awful costumer service.
I provided full details about my vehicle and I brought the used battery.
They recommended me to buy the must expensive battery they had.
After a few months the battery failed. They didn’t honor the warranty, they said it was my fault.
Perhaps they are right, I shouldn't do business with them.
The service was prompt and Courteous. A relatively new and young employee replaced the battery in my F-150 and had a bit of difficulty using the proper tools. The manager DID check on him while he was testing the battery and was able to properly/correctly explain to me why it wouldn’t hold a charge. I wasn’t in a hurry and he got it figure out with a few subtle hints and all went well.
I once again needed assistance with the battery in my F-150. I tried to start it and the battery was dead. I jumped it off my other car and got it running and took it to Batteries Plus, thinking the 4-year old battery would need to be replaced. The friendly staff checked it out and told me although it was not holding its fully-rated amperage, it was still good to go. Turns out, I had left my dome lights on and had drained the battery. They were also competent enough to test the alternator just to be sure it was charging properly. They saved my the cost of a new battery that anyone else most likely would have convinced me to buy. This is the reason I go to Batteries + for all of my battery needs!
EXCELLENT service and great prices. Chose them to change my car battery today - after calling different places around town - no wait, best price and free installation. I always changed my watch batteries with them, but now it will also be my go to for car batteries. I definitely recommend them.

I have a battery that still has more than a year left on the warranty, they will not honor it saying “battery misuse”. May a dome light was left on. Are you kidding me? That is misuse???? OR - OR?, or just a way to get out of warranty. I’ve been driving for over 50 years. I’ve gone through a lot of batteries and this is the very first time I’ve had a company that did not honor their warranty. Please save your money and go to a different place to buy your battery if you need one. I will say that there was one very nice young man up there that was helping me his name was Jake up and he was awesome but the problem was above his pay grade nothing he could do to help me.

As soon as I made this post in less than 10 minutes, the owner made a comment, and then the store reached out to me again, and told me that the Battery in question would be covered by them, so I am changing my one star to a five star based on the speed and the customer service that I was not expecting all the guys behind the counter were outstanding. They simply had a problem that they did not have the authority at the time to fix. I think the battery manufactures have figured out a way to limit certain warranties and certain requirements. Make sure you understand these limitations when you buy a battery, but I think that would be at any location not just batteries plus I have to say that based on the speed at which batteries plus reached out to me and fix this problem, I would definitely recommend shopping at this location And I cannot say that strongly enough
A very nice young man helped my wife reprogram the key fobs for our car. Like magic they both stopped working within weeks of each other. My wife went in to get new batteries, but one fob wasn't responding. The young man was very nice and kind, and helped my wife get us back on the road.
The battery I purchased was for my sister's hybrid car, she picked it up and your store employees installed it. However, her car stopped on her way home and the mechanic came right away and fixed the problem and she was able to go home. That is outstanding customer service in my book!
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable but....their prices are astronomical. I paid $14 for 4 LR44 batteries. Online the same batteries cost less than $3 for a package of 10! Even if they are half as good the price difference is enormous. I do like to support local business, and I understand that the prices may be set by the head office, but I will try my best to avoid a purchase there unless it is an emergency...
This was the second time I availed myself of the Iphone repair services offered by Batteries Plus Bulbs. I went there after calling four phone repair stores. When I asked if they had any coupons to reduce their fee, they mentioned a $10-off coupon for registering for an appointment on line. Nice. They verified that the battery did indeed need replacing (and everything else was working fine) and it was accomplished within a couple hours. Unfortunately, two parts of my phone did not work immediately afterward, for which they recommended running the recent system upgrade after the phone was finally fully recharged. That did not work, so I called and they identified the potential cause over the and I returned to the store and they fixed it. (A connection was not firm and, in making that repair, determined it was best to replace my screen, at their cost.) The staff - and I met 4 of them - were exceptional in their customer service: friendly, courteous, good listeners, and knowledgeable - who clearly explained what they thought, what they'd do, and what they did. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
I wanted a purple LED light bulb to decorate my granddaughter's front door for high school graduation. The store did not have it; however, located it at a store 60 miles away and had it delivered the next day. Outstanding service!
I needed a new battery for my truck. I got the battery at a great price and they installed it. Also I was able to get my cracked phone screen replaced. Thanks to Jason for his courteous and friendly service. I will definitely be going back and would recommend batteries and bulbs to anyone.
Have I not rated here before? It seems every time I go for a one-off battery or light, the staff are patiently helping customers or fixing a phone or watch. It's not just the battery selection (even old cell phones!) I appreciate but also the LED lighting/flashlights, key fobs and the like. When I go for business purchases they've always worked with me on the large quantities & recycling.
Easy to deal with. Minimal lines mean quick service. Always quickly answer the phone and never make it seem like a bother to check inventory before I drive over there and waste my time looking for something that is out of stock. Customer service is on point
The guys in there greeted me as soon as I walked in and were super helpful. They checked my key fob for transmit and even showed me to program it to a used car I just purchased! Will 100% reccomend and be back for all my battery needs! Keep up the great customer service!
Batteries+Bulbs has excellent customer service. The technicians are professional and quickly respond to your needs. They work well together as problem solvers. Today, my problem was a non functioning car key fob. Within 10 minutes I left as a happy customer with a fully functioning key fob. They have also solved IPhone screen issues for me in the past. I highly recommend Batteries+Bulbs!

The people who work there are so willing to help out the members of their community. After seeing me push my truck in the Shell parking lot, their manager, Jerry, not only offered to help push, but also gave me a ride in his own vehicle to the store when it became clear that a jump start wasn't going to cut it. He then drove me back to my vehicle and helped me install the battery with his own personal tools!
These people are committed to their customers and I am incredibly grateful for their help.
I was told at the dealership my battery tested low so I bought one online at this location and went later in the day to pick it up and have it installed. Brent (maybe Brett) was extremely efficient in ringing me up and offered to install the battery before I was able to ask. Once outside he tested the battery and indicated that it did not need to be replaced. I was nervous so he also tested the alternator which also tested fine. We decided not to replace the battery and he went back in and refunded the entire amount. All in all I wasted 20 minutes of his time but he was more concerned that I did not spend money on a battery I did not need. I will definitely shop here every chance I get.... thanks Brent!
These guys saved me at least $300! Last month my daughter lost her one and only car key! Key fobs are not cheap and the dealership wanted about $400 to replace the key plus we had to have the car towed to the dealership! The manager was very nice and did all of the work. He ordered and a new key and my only cost was $39.99 to reprogram the key and the cost of the key. He even suggested that I use AAA to have the car towed to their shop. Thank y’all so much for the help!!!
These guys are awesome! I ordered a battery for my vehicle online and started heading to the store to get it installed. They called me as I was driving there and told me my battery was in stock and ready, asking what time I would be there. I literally pulled in, and was out of there within 15-20 mins. Excellent customer service, I will be buying all my batteries and light bulbs here.
Pretty good experience. I called ahead to see if they had my battery in stock, and they did, so I placed my order online to save 10% (awesome). Went in to work for a few hours and on the way home stopped by. They already had it waiting behind the counter for me and refunded my core charge quickly. I also noticed other customers who walked in were attended to very promptly. I honestly doubt I'll be buying batteries from the usual parts stores, because you won't be dealing with the usual time consuming parts issues and stupid long counter waits caused by folks who don't have the aptitude for auto repair.
Also, can't beat a $100 group 31 (that's with taxes and state "environmental" fee) with 18 month free replacement. Best price/best warranty for commercial/fleet batteries I found.
