Everyone was super nice and didn’t push any unnecessary repairs! I came in during a busy time but they were still able to help me and get me on my way in about half an hour.
Victor was great! My car was towed and they damaged the shield beneath my car. Victor was able to fix it temporarily until I get the people who damaged it to pay for the replacement.
The staff was very friendly and was able to get me a new set of tires in a timely manner. Dane was especially helpful. He explained every step in the process, kept me updated, and made sure I was aware of all my options.

Dalton, Mario, Keagan, and Josh; the mechanics working on fixing the horrid sound coming from my car made me feel comfortable and safe getting back on the road! Highly recommend yall coming to this Firestone over any other one. They’re quick and efficient with figuring out the problem and helping you get back on the road safely. Everyone working at this location is personable and super friendly. Katie and Dane were amazing as well with making sure if I needed a ride to work due to my car being worked on, that I would make it to work on time.
I'm giving 2 reviews in one so hold on for the ride . I took my truck here which is a Toyota Tundra 2023 model crew cab that being said I ordered some tires for it a full set because honestly they was the lowest price on tires that I had priced all over town you couldn't beat them if you must know toyos ain't cheap normally they run 366 plus a tire well they had a deal on em so I bought a set . I get there on my scheduled appointment and they get them all put on in a reasonable amount of time but at the end the manager needed to bring something to my attention my step was damaged on my truck due to the lift . At the time yes I was aggravated about it but the person that made the mistake and had been working on my truck you could tell he genuinely felt bad and accidents happened they promised to make it right so no harm to foul . A few days later the store manager got in touch with me Dane is a good dude he ordered the steps and notified me when they came in so I told them when I would be there and they made it priority. I get there and toyota had sent the right steps just wrong length so they reordered it,And I come back the following day and toyota sent the wrong steps completely this time and the Toyota dealer told them that my steps was discontinued. This is the toyota dealer in Bryan college station by the way they are no Bueno.... Dane apologized again i made a few phone calls and got him in touch with a different toyota dealer that I normally have work done on my truck and at they wasn't discontinued shocker lol . But all and all they made the mistake right and installed my steps even though it was rocky I will continue to do buisness there . I also took my wife's car there and they swapped a tire on hers no problems so thank you Dane and team for getting my truck back whole I appreciate it see yall when I need a rotation.
Atmosphere was great. Overall outstanding service. The manager of the store is very honest and caring as well. Does not try to take your money whatsoever, mentions what’s wrong and only that to get you fixed up right! 10/10 recommend.
I took my husband’s car to have the alignment and balance checked out as it was riding rough after having the tires rotated at a place by my work. The guys here at Firestone were nice and got me in and out rather quickly (I did schedule an appointment). I was pleased with the prices and the excellent customer service provided to me by Victor, at the counter. I will be back! Thanks Firestone and thank you, Victor!
Thought I had a tire issue, but found out the company that did my oil change and tire rotation recently neglected to reset my tire sensors. So..the front tire I thought was low was actually the rear. Great service and corrected the issue at no cost. I highly recommend this location.
Dane and his team were absolutely amazing! Dane was polite, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to do a great job. He was this way with all of his customers, as I listened to him discuss different situations with other customers, he was up front and honest as well as polite and treated the customer with kindness. It is apparent that he runs a tight ship where customer service is of the utmost importance. Their timing and quality of work was great as well.
We had some work done at a different Firestone in DFW. Our son traveled back to campus and noticed a problem on his way. The next day, he took the car to the College Station Firestone. They found that the DFW location had installed parts incorrectly. Sergio Ramirez took care of the mistake and made the repair. While investigating the issue, he even noticed the DFW location had over charged us on labor! Sergio got the ball rolling on getting a refund! This is above and beyond! Thank you Sergio! We may have to start using the College Station location for future our repairs.
Very satisfied with my experience at Firestone with Dalton and Dane! Dalton interpreted my car issues and set me up with a repair plan that was easy to understand, and then executed it quickly and accurately. Dalton kept me updated with the repairs and findings along the way which was much appreciated. Dane was a pleasure to work with as well, and both had great can-do attitudes, hard to find these days. My car is driving much better now, very impressed, give Firestone a call and ask for Dalton as your tech!
Do not go here. Incompetent employees and an even worse manager. I went to this place on July 17th and a month later I have issues with my engine just to discover that this location left an IPAD under my hood. Not a mini one either but a large ipad that makes it even more ridiculous as to how it could be left behind like that. I went to them in person just for the employee there to laugh and wave around the iPad saying "look what I found" and say he's unsurprised that it happened and that he isn't shocked to see who the employee was that worked on my car. He tells me to call the manager later since he's on a lunch and once I get ahold of him he doesn't think it's a big deal and "apologizes for the inconvenience." He was no help & insincere actually sounding bothered that I'm calling to complain. He refused to give me any contact to a corporate or higher up for the issue. First and last time l ever trust a Firestone especially this location.
My car had four tires that were confirmed leaking air. One tire has lost 10 lb PSI in the course of 2 hours. They did a check on the car and came back with no problems found. I was like no problem except it's leaking air. They said if it continues to bring it back, but it's leaking air now. I just went some place else. Disappointed.
Took my truck in for service. One of their managers Sergio Ramirez, heard my concerns, and addressed them with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Sergio and one of their lead techs Mario for you diligent efforts and your professionalism to your trade.
Staff interaction is always fantastic however, charging customers +50% markup over MSRP on parts is ridiculous. Over $300 for drivers window motor/regulator when the exact part sells at AutoZone for $150… Essentially charging dealer part pricing for aftermarket Duralast/Dorman parts. Due to this reason, I will be rethinking giving future business to this location. Make sure to ask for a full breakdown BEFORE approving any work.
Dane and his crew are very knowledgeable and the level of communication and customer service that they give is unmatched by any other company of its kind. Observing while waiting I was pleased to do this survey without hesitation. Also I can’t remember the gentleman that did my alignment on my 23 Durango but thanks man and keep up the good work. This really shows growth from past experience at this location in cs.

Dane was very helpful and kind first thing in the morning. I needed help with my battery and could tell they cared about taking care of me. Communication was wonderful and made sure everything was done correctly!
Was visiting college station, and unfortunately had a bit of a fender bender that need an alignment, took it into the shop over the weekend, and they managed to get my scheduled the very next day, and fixed the vehicle write up!
The folks there were super nice, managed to explain everything on the invoice, the alignment numbers and were pleasant folks to talk too!
Honestly, great place with great folks and solid service, so cant recommend yall coming to take your vehicle in here enough!

GIRL. When I say this man Mr. Dane at the Texas ave Firestone is the SWEETEST man alive I mean it. He made sure that every person was taken care of. Has been running back in fourth, still manages to have the best attitude helped me out with my tires and CHANGED SOMEONE ELSES IN THE RAIN… I have never been happier to get my tires replaced. Also mentioning his daughter (Kenzie but they call her Z) bc she is a sweetheart and also deserves the best review. I can’t speak for the men who changed my tires but I’m sure they did an amazing job. love yall Firestone, I will be back!
I can't express enough my dissatisfaction with this station. If I can get my money back, I would like for it.
In fact. Avoid this station by all means. My vehicle problem was never fixed. They messed up my vehicle alignment and even created more problem and requested more charges to be paid. I had to take my car to a different place where the issue was fixed perfectly in just 1 hour.
Truly, I regret taking my car to this location.
RIP OFF.... We have a lifetime warranty that they have never once honored. They always make an excuse as to why they can't do it unless we pay $1,000s to replace something. This time I took their quote for $4,500 to another shop. Firestone said everything needed replaced. The place I trust repaired a small boot and said the rest is fine and there was NO REASON the alignment could not have been completed.
DO NOT USE THEM... they try to get at least $1,000 a car and the lifetime warranty is for suckers. I was one once - never again.
This is only the 3rd review I've ever done in my life - and I only did it to warn others.
Purchased 4 new tires with road hazard coverage. Came back about 6 months later with a nail in the center of one tire. Called ahead and left vehicle, returned after 2+ hours and no progress had been made. The tire needed a patch - still waiting 3 hours without any progress. They seem understaffed and without good business process to handle their workload. I feel for them being in such a position but I certainly won’t buy tires from them again or return for any service. Would not recommend, plenty of better options out there that are run smoothly with clear communication. Unfortunate but a change is needed at this location
They identified a critical issue with my car for just $10 and we're professional all the way through. To fix the issue mentioned though, they were asking over $2000, which isn't necessarily unreasonable but can be done for cheaper elsewhere. Overall would recommend for diagnostics.

We called the day before to ensure we would be able to have the daughter's car serviced and the phone call went well. Our in-store experience was just as pleasant.
I don't recall the young man's name who assisted us, but he was cordial and thorough. He gave us an honest estimate of how long the wait would be and setup our expectations. He also explained their process before sending us on our way.
It really is that easy. We got the service we needed and all our concerns resolved.
