  If Napa has to order parts and they are wrong you have to pay for shipping costs when ypu return it. I never even took it out of the box because it was even remotely the correct part. UPDATE: management called me and said clerk made a mistake and should have refunded shipping cost. Good on them for identifying and correcting it.

  Had an issue with corrosion of my battery terminals, resulting in on and off problems getting my car to start. Was referred to NAPA for parts. Called and got a very helpful employee at a location that turned out to be farther from my home that the College Station location. Arrived at the College Station location with the employees expecting me because the other store's employee had contacted them with details of my needs. Pierce helped me with replacement terminals and went to a lot of effort to ensure that they were put on correctly and securely. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely make NAPA my first choice for parts in the future. I will also let my friends know how positive my experience with NAPA was.

  I went to 5 other part stores and no one had the light I need. But Napa did!!! This store is clean and kind and so so so very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need help they are the place to go! Go see Nathan and all his repectful employees!!!

  Was out on deliveries when my thermostat blew through its housing. Was happy that Napa is so close to the highway cause I wasn't able to drive it far due to the temp raising. Samuel, was very helpful. The best part is they had the thermostat in stock and even loaned me the tools to replace it in their parking lot. Thanks to Samuel I was able to get our delivery van back on the road in no time.

  Went into Napa to purchasing lawn mower battery, luck was not on my side that day went out to my truck and it failed to start. One of the representatives named Aaron was there to help out. He was very knowledgeable about batteries , he showed me a few choices and even offered to install them. Overall had a great experience and would recommend highly recommend Napa for your next battery purchase.

  This one star review is not for Napa. It’s for the key holder name Mike that works there! Would definitely not recommend going to him for any questions. This guy is completely rude and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’ve been turning my rotors at this Napa since they’ve been open and all of a sudden they’ve never done at this store because they don’t have the right fitting for them lol. I believe he’s just lazy and didn’t want to do it. I called the Bryan Napa and spoke with the manager and they apologized for the situation that I went through and told me they definitely do it and have the right fitting in college station store.

  Battery was within warranty when it failed. They gave me a new one for a steep discount, and the customer service and professionalism that Zane showed was top notch. All the staffs were very accommodating with my 3 year old as well. Great place!

  Called for some 3/8 hose, push lock, need 138 psi pressure rating. Rep on the phone said that Napa would loose money if they ordered a roll and only sold me 10ft because they do not stock the hose. I have ordered hose before and been sold by the foot. Also the rep helping was getting annoyed because I was asking to many questions. Well... Napa is going to loose more money because I wont be buying anything from them. Ill just order from one of their competitors.

  *** Yesterday (3/15/21) Travis at Napa Auto Parts helped me fix my rear blinker bulb. Travis was amazing- he was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me in a timely manner. I really appreciate how the employees at this Napa Auto Parts who have assisted me (Travis & Nick) really care about their customers. Thank you again , Lindsey I just had the most amazing experience at this Napa Auto Parts purchasing & installing a new battery for our Tahoe. Nick was very professional, while being compassionate, with effective service! I had previously been to another auto parts store ... that was unwilling to install the battery in our hard and priced higher.   They always have what I need but you might be out of luck if you need help with diagnosing a problem with your car. ***With the kind reply from the owner, I will add another star to my review. My husband managed a Napa Auto Parts for years and he was always more than helpful when it came to someone asking his opinion on a problem. I suppose this is where I set my expectations of what to expect.

  This Napa store is AMAZING! I always have excellent customer service every time I come in. I will always go to Napa even though there are a few other auto parts stores closer to me.   Great customer service! I have bought both my trucks battery and my wife's vehicles battery here. They tested the old batteries first on both with no hassle and the employees seem to have a great attitude. Affordable price on the batteries also. Would definitely recommend!

  Easy to get to location. Very helpful staff. Eli went above and beyond when installing my battery by cleaning and sealing the terminal connections. He also gave me several extra tips for maintaining my truck. Plus they have a 10% military discount.

  Had to repair an alternator on my Ford truck while out of town. They had what I needed & charged my discharged battery to get me going again after I made the installation. They were very helpful & pleasant to work with. Great guys.
