No one should ever Call or use this business, they are the rudest and most unprofessional people ever and if you contact them you will find out for yourself. They don't deserve anyone's business

By far the worst experience I have ever had using a tow company, they have the most rude front desk attendants I have ever encountered along with their sluggish response times when getting vehicles towed from their facility. This is a place if you want to be upset/disappointed to have your vehicle towed here. Customer Service is so bad this place shouldn't/wont be open for much longer! If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would. Stay Away!

Very professional and reasonable prices

No one is happy to need a tow. I'm grateful Merchant's was courteous and helpful in my time of need. Merchant's waited in three hours of traffic to come pick me up and get my car to the shop. They didn't cancel on me and they kept me updated on their progress. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, Merchant's was a great service.
