Great experience another location messed up by bringing my part over to the universal City Texas location employees inside were very kind and polite and handed me a new hat and apologize waited 30 minutes got my part. Thank you universal City Texas NAPA Auto parts

All I wanted was a receipt sent via email about a battery I purchased a year ago and the “representative” was awfully rude the whole phone conversation. I had all the information on hand; the part number, order number, and date purchase. But the “representative” consistently question my order information. Finally he was able to locate it and send it via email but right after he said “ I don’t know if you received it but I sent it” then proceeds to disconnect the call. I should not have been treated that way for a simple receipt request

Update- 2/11/25 came in to get wipers for my mom’s car. Chuck found me a good sale on a set and threw his gloves in to come install them for me. I didn’t even ask- I said you’re installing them for me? He said in this weather, of course I am. I was happy to make the drive to this Napa store because I knew the service would be outstanding Our battery died right in front of the store and Daniel helped us get going again even though the store was about to close.

The guys at Napa are awesome! I called needing some brake pads and rotors and not only did they give me a high-quality product but they then made sure I got the best price for it! Highly impressed and I will continue coming here for all my auto product needs!

I must admit,my first visit to this store,I was not impressed,but these guys have turned out to be VERY helpful. They are very patient with my ALL of my questions and don't make me feel inadequate for asking.

Not too happy with these people I want that to buy a metric 24 mm bolt and nut to finish repairing my truck I seen the guy with his back turned to me act like he was making sure I had the right size but they came back and sold me something different when it was close to closing and I was trying to finish my semi truck..

They were very helpful with my code scanning, got me a top quality battery in my car. And I couldn't have asked for better service. Even gave me helpful advice on side projects. Highly recommend this location.

Really high quality parts, & their staff is very knowledgeable. They always try to righteously upsell you, meaning they conscientiously consider your needs & recommend what they expertly believe you need.

I went in to troubleshoot a check engine light. I spoke to Chuck who went above and beyond in assisting me with my problem. Great store filled with knowledgeable people who can actually help unlike other places who hire people who know absolutely nothing. Thank you chuck!

Was the only place I could find 3M urethane one step primer in stock without having to get it shipped. Was not the cheapest place to have the primer but to have it in stock a couple extra bucks wasn't that big of a deal. The prices are about average, at most a couple bucks more but the people are knowledgeable, far more than other autoparts stores and their quality is second to none. I scored a couple extra goodies on a clearance table set up near a register, paid a 3rd of retail for those items.

My truck broke down due to radiator heater hose across the street from this store. Trying to figure out what hose I needed two employees tried their best to help me. They did not have what I needed, however Rob went above and beyond. The store closed and he came by to verify the hose. He went out off his way to locate and ordered the part needed on his time. I appreciate what he did for me for going the extra mile.

Needed tirods for old van. Arrived in 48 hours and picked up from store. Friendly and fast service. Decent price; better than some xshoo

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and had what I needed in stock. Would go there to purchase auto stuff again.

I go in there several times a week all I get is great customer service. They always help me find what I am looking for. There is time they are really busy but they still get to me. Great place to go get parts keep up the great customer service.

Told what kind of battery and I had a trade in. He jammed on the computer, it seemed slow. After a while he said $139. I had already gotten credit card out . I also had brought my old Napa battery in. I asked him was this the only option, how long warranty and could you explain it. Did I get anything out of the ok'd one. Other places would have tested old battery. O'Reilly s looks better

Horrible service I literally sat in front of an employee that was supposed to be helping me but for some reason he was multitasking and putting me on the back burner for 20 minutes... Coming from out of town where Napa was a valued auto parts store I thought it would be the same here but I was obviously wrong... I learned my lesson and will not be wasting my valuable time here or money here again.

Of all the choices for auto parts on Pat Booker, and there's a lot, NAPA is the only store that gets my business these days. The staff is far beyond knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and well kept, and if they ever don't have parts in stock (which is rare) they can get them delivered in very short order. Kudos to these guys, I always walk out of this store satisfied.

The battery went out on my truck. Gary greated me as soon as I walked in. He was very friendly, professional and had a willing attitude to help me. Very knowledgeable. God forbid anything else goes out on my truck. But when it does, I'll be back at this Napa. Thanks.

Not very helpful. Called looking for a part, gave them car info and they wanted to know specific engine. My car only came with one engine, shouldn't be that hard.

for starts there is only 1 person I know that's ok ross but jeff and that other guy at the end is bad for business sometimes you can go in there and smell pot when your talking to jeff and the other guy don't have a clue about car parts but there all rude it seems and don't keep help very long always new people and prices are just to high but ive done business with them a lot over the years its just convenient and they mostly have what you need
