For many years , I had a mechanic that I would go to simply because of their honesty and integrity. Unfortunately my previous mechanic moved out of state so I was forced to find another. I know an honest mechanic when I meet one only because I work on cars myself. My current career has prevented me from doing my own work over the years. When I found Zuniga’s Automotive and met the owners, I knew immediately they were different based on how thorough they explain things. They also advise on interventions I can do in increments without having to do a huge expense all at once. I finally found honest hard workers that are willing help customers out. They are very efficient and I never returned for the same issue. They communicate well and are extremely fair with pricing - much lower than other shops around that are nothing but money hungry salesmen. If you find someone cheaper, by all means go there but you will pay what you get for. At Zuniga Automotive, you will pay for quality and honesty. Dropped off car to check coolant bypass valve. He charged $540 including diagnostics, parts and labor. Drove off with car a day later, then check engine light came back on for same problem. Took car back and he said it was another valve for $300. Problem still there. He never gave a receipt for either service with details.
Great service, Great work, had an emergency and JR got my truck in same day and fixed even though he was slammed with work. Highly recommend this shop . Fair price and shows you everything also kept me updated the whole time.

Yes every time I get in my car this summer and realize that somebody fixed my air conditioning but did not care about checking the hoses to see if they were leaking after replacing the AC. Then a year later when I'm still paying financing on that I get in my car when we have one of the first warmest days this year which was a couple months ago and I had driven 30 miles and the car did not cool off. Oh I got a good deal but they didn't take care of the hoses and told me that the freon probably leaked out because I haven't been using it. Of course I'm not going to use it during the winter, hello. Then I pull in and say it's not cooling and get the freon emptied out while I'm sitting in my car and it's emptied out but I'm sitting in my car an hour even after it was emptied out waiting for them to put the freon back in. And then I was charged 150 bucks and told it will probably leak out again and that I could leave the car so they could look at the hoses. The deal for the air conditioner that I got last year was not a deal because they did not care about looking at the hoses when they put the new a/c in. There was no disagreement when I said if I leave it you're going to charge me some more money. I was looked at like yeah we don't do stuff for free. And I'm like you were supposed to take care of the hoses when you put in the new ac. That was a part of the AC or the AC wouldn't even work correctly without the hoses. They should have looked at the hoses at the time the AC was put in to let me know. But no, no one told me anything about the hoses when I picked up the car last year. They were just happy for me to apply for credit to pay for the AC that they just gave me a great deal on. Whoever rips me off will get a review like this. I paid payments for the AC for a year and I'm also burning in up in my car right now everyday that I drive home from work this summer. So I can't be any nicer.
I've been taking our cars to Roger for several years now and he's always taken care of us. He makes sure he finds the issue and gets the repair done right. Not only that, but his pricing is fair and honest. I've never felt like he overcharged me once. He sends pictures and videos of the work being performed too.
Very awesome guys, straightforward and kind. Fixed my sensors for brakes within a day for only about 100. Provided pictures and kept me updated the whole day about it, couldn’t thank them enough!!
I appreciate Roger and his son so much! The hood of my car wasn't shutting properly after a routine oil change from a different auto establishment... Roger had to order three different parts in order to fix the issue and got me back on the road asap. Their customer service and skills are top-notch and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
I am so grateful for Roger and Roger Junior.. they've helped me with multiple urgent situations from brakes to alternator.. and recently the AC compressor.They have comparable prices but their speed cannot be beaten!! I went in with the engine light on and shaking. Rogelio Zuniga checked out my 2007 Toyota Camry. Turns out it was an electric problem and within an hour my car was running well again. The price was very good. I will be going to Zuniga’s Automotive for my car repairs. Thank you so much.
Took my wife’s car here to have the shocks, sway bar links and alignment done. They were able to take her car in last minute and get it done the same day. Great service and they did a great job on the car.
They replaced the CV joint and transmission seal. I needed it done on a Saturday and they got it done no problems. Then the seal started leaking so I took it back. They replace the seal no problems and no charge. Fair price and honest. I'll be back if I need work done..
They kept my truck from Oct 11th to Oct 15th just to run a compressions test, I called a total of 7 times to get updates and on the 3rd and 6th time I was told I'd get a call back from one of their mechanics. I got no calls back and plenty on no pick ups. Ended up paying about $100 for the test without having any prior knowledge about diagnostics fee. When you call you will need to be clear and concise with your words and remember exactly what they tell you over the phone and in person.
To be clear I dont believe theses guys are malicious in nature but they have a major communication problem use the service at your own risk
This place and staff are amazing! They are honest, do a great job and are upfront about repair costs. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need or suggest any unnecessary repairs. Also, they are extremely polite and friendly! 👍🏽

The service here was great and affordable. Came in with a coolant leak and other shops don't usually want to work with my car at all. Zuniga's took me as a walk-in got all the parts the same day and made sure I was good to go. Highly recommend 👌 bring your old, new, foreign, and American cars these guys will get the job done ✔️
My wife and I were on vacation and had to have pads replaced on a wknd. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Work was finished quickly and professionally and the price was great. If we lived in Universal City they would be my choice for any work we needed.
The worst place ever. Pleaseeee be aware of this place, they tried to replace the engine by giving me a wrong diagnosis about my car, when it wasn’t even a engine problem. My car is running and no needed a NEW ENGINE!!!! They charged me for a wrong diagnosis , missing parts , and on top they took my car with the tow truck with traction on the toad, when they were told that the car could not move that way. They didn't care and they dragged the car to their workshop that way. Please be very careful. They tried to sell me a pre-owned used engine. for a high amount, when the problem did not cost even 10% of the price they had told me!

Went there with my family on a Saturday afternoon, they were pretty busy and thank God they were still open it was a little late, I really needed to get my car fixed so I can go back to my hometown. The owner was really nice to me and my family, and pricing was really fair! I tipped the mechanic that work on my car because he stayed up late to finish my car, 100% recommended muy buen servicio and really honest! Roger and Jr won’t lie to you or try to rip you off on the price!!

I had purchased some aftermarket wheels for my car, they had the tires I needed at an amazing price!
He had put 225s on my front wheels and 235s on my rears. I left to wash my car and as I was looking at my car I didn’t like the gap in between my front tires and fender. I called him back and asked if I could change them out to 235s. He had me come back no problem and swapped them out for me.
Not sure of any other place that would’ve done that for me! Definitely recommend anyone to go to this shop for anything you need!!!
