Victory Lane Automotive did a great job. The team was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and Nick took the time to clearly explain what was going on so I could understand the problem. Great shop. Very professional. Staff were great to work with. They kept us updated of all repairs and always let us know about any issues before continuing repairs. They identified the issues and completed the work in a timely manner. We will use them again for auto repairs

I learned about Victory Lane Automotive from reviews online on google as I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Our former mechanic moved away and towards the end of January we had an urgent issue with our check engine warning on our Kia minivan. We dropped off our car to them on Saturday, and left key in lock box so to be ready for our Monday 8am appt. We requested full engine diagnostic. Victory was prompt with our diagnosis, I had received a phone call at 9:30am and an email with full work up breakdown with codes and pictures saying exactly where the issues were. Pictures taken related to each issue. Although we got the news we didn't want that our engine was in failure mode. They offered suggestions of cost alternatives and answered all of our questions. They even was gracious to allow us to keep our van on their lot while we figured out our next step in the process of rebuild engine or sell. (We ended up getting another car) I spoke with Nick throughout and he is very professional and a good listener. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service. I have referred Victory to coworkers who are also looking for a mechanic in the area.

If I can give Victory Lane Automotive more stars, I would. I am very picky about who I choose to work on my vehicle, and I’m proud to say I made the right choice in choosing Victory Lane Automotive. They addressed my concerns about my vehicle and worked on it quickly and accurately. It seems like I am driving a brand new vehicle after it’s been worked on. I believe I have found my forever automotive mechanic.

Thoroughly displeased with the service provided. I brought car in for an isolated issue, paid the diagnostic fee, opted for all the services they recommended and paid in full the outstanding balance. Upon driving my car a couple days after pick up (actually the first time driving since picking it up), the car started doing the exact same thing it was doing before repairs recommended. Overall I've had to bring my car back twice for reinspection and on the final time, we all test drove it together (first time the issue didn't happen in the distance driven, second time it happened quickly). We're not even in the car for five minutes and the issue starts happening and the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was (as soon as it happened he said it sounded like a certain part was failing). At this point, I'm confused how ASE certified mechanics can't figure out what's wrong with a car (but can recommend thousands of dollars worth in labor and repair) after having so much time with it. Apparently all the work they did to the car wasn't related at all and I'm in need of a more costly repair. Why this wasn't belayed in the beginning is unbeknownst to me. The front desk person stated "Well it says we should do these recommended repairs then get it reinspected afterwards". Something that was never brought up when I authorized the repairs or paid. Had I have known these repairs weren't related to the issue, I wouldn't have opted in for them. They stated it seemed to be a misunderstanding. Upon finalizing what could be wrong with the car (and how it wasn't related to the initial issue brought in for) the owner offered to take the price of the diagnostic off from future repairs (an offer I declined due to the level of service I was provided up to this point so far). My issue is, why would they release the car to me if it had to have further inspection? They said that the car would need further inspection after these repairs to find the issue (after I've spent thousands with them on other repairs), but why would they release the car as if all work was done when it was time to pay? It's not making sense to me, especially since the front desk person was confused as well until he got off the phone with the owner (someone who was not there at the time this was going on). Once he got off the phone he knew exactly where I went wrong supposedly. He printed off the service paper and pointed to the fact that it said it should be further inspected after repairs. I had never seen this paper (nor was this explained to me) until it was time to pay for the repairs. The front desk person texted me all the inspection results (another thing I was not shown until this person sent them to me right there) which I had not seen either which show that the issue that was actually happening was marked off as not needing repair. All the front desk personnel are very polite and kind and I appreciate them for walking me through this process. However, I would not do business with this place again even as far as getting warranty work done. I have my suspicions about what is going on with the interaction considering the issues addressed seemed of smaller nature (and cost) to the bigger repair I would've opted into price wise over the smaller issues that were addressed first. Overall, I am extremely upset about the amount of money I've spent with this business to still be experiencing the same issues I brought my car to them for. It's as if I'm thousands down the hole with the exact same problem I had before ever doing business with them. Especially disappointed considering this is coming from an ASE accredited shop. TLDR: This shop recommended repairs that weren't related to the issue, then tried to say those repairs were needed to be able to find the actual problem. Even though they didn't say this before payment, they said it after two reinspections because they "couldn't replicate the issue".

This is my second visit with VLA. My vehicle will be 12 yrs old this year. And I do my best to keep it running. I trust the staff at VLA and the safety inspection they provide. They provide exactly what is needed and “only recommend” any other issues. There is no sales pressure and I appreciate the work that went into my vehicle.

Victory Lane Automotive is a hidden gem mechanic shop. I was skeptical about taking my vehicle there because of all the great reviews, I figured it was all lies just to boost sales; man was i wrong. Customer service was among the best, and the quality of work is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the best service. This place is now the mechanic shop I will use for any automotive issues I may have in the future. I recommend this place to be first and last mechanic shop you will ever need.

I appreciated how Victory Lane was transparent & helpful with pricing & diagnosis of my vehicle. I kept asking a lot of questions & they were respectful & responsive in helping get what my car needed done during the stressful holiday time. I'm grateful overall for a great experience.

I took my son’s Lincoln in for a/c issues. He was told it would be over $1200 to fix the compressor. Anthony and the crew at Victory Lane Auto took the car, ran a diagnostic. $400 later my sons a/c is blowing COLD ait again, saving us over $800. They very easily could have charged us more. They were honest and very quick, had the car the next day. Thank You Anthony and Victory Lane Auto. I will definitely recommend them to all friend and family. 5 Stars!!

This was my first visit to Victory Lane and I'll definitely be back. The scheduling process was super easy with the online scheduling. The service was prompt and I never felt pressured for any of the repairs. Isaiah was honest and transparent without being pushy, which I truly appreciate. If you're in need of car repair services I would definitely give them a call.

The customer service from Rachel and Nick were top notch! The repair was speedy (done same day) and they even gave me a ride to and from! Victory Lane did a full inspection and offered additional maintenance/repairs, but I never felt pressured like at some places. Overall a great experience - I will be back for some of the recommendations!

This was my first visit to Victor Lane Automotive and its was a referral. Matthew was very professional and provided great customer service. He explained in details the problem with my vehicle and worked with me on fixing the issue. I would recommend them and I hope he continues to provide excellent service. Like he has provided to me.

I have been at Victory Lane 2 times. Each time has been a great experience ! The staff is very friendly and helpful ! The mechanics are very professional and highly qualified to fix any vehicle! I had a lot of things wrong with my vehicle and they kept me updated on what they found wrong and I am very thankful for their honesty and diligence while repairing my vehicle ! I highly recommend Victory Lane for the care of your vehicle !

My partner and I first found Victory Lane Auto from a word of mouth referral, and I’m so glad we did. After a few not so great experiences with other mechanics in the area, this was the first shop we found that truly seemed to care about taking the time to explain issues, and treat us with kindness. They understand how stressful car issues can be and work hard to make sure their customers are comfortable and safe. Nick and Rachel have both gone out of their ways to help us, along with the whole team behind the scenes. It’s clear they care about their customers and not just making a “sale”. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I have used Victory Lane as my mechanic shop since I moved here a few years ago. They consistently give me great service, explain the reasons for things, get my approval for everything done to my vehicles, and always work efficiently to get me in and back on the road either same day or the following day. One of my best friends raved about Victory’s service to me. Both her and I had back to back maintenance issues with our vehicles, but the dealership I’d previously trusted for years soon became untrustworthy. When I ended up having to buy a new car- (used, but new to me), that was also having maintenance issues, I took the vehicle to the original dealership I bought it from, and I was back at square 1. I needed a business that I could trust. My best friend and I both informed Victory about my situation, and they were completely honest and detailed about the state of my car. Matt communicated with me every step, answered any questions I had, even with my busy schedule, kindly and with patience. Thank you so much for giving me a sense of ease about my car.

Ever since I moved to Schertz I've been looking for a respectful honest mechanic shop to do business with, and I have been burned time and time again.. my experience with Victory Lane automotive has given me hope that there's still honesty people around... I brought my truck in for a diagnostic of electrical issues and they were "no BS" told me what was good, what was bad, what I could get away with.. they're inspection report was impressive and they weren't pushy with trying to upsell me... I'm going to recommend these guys to everyone that needs a mechanic and they've earned a return customer with me. Thanks Victory!!

My husband took my suv here because my breaks were squeaking and they were honest enough to tell him they didn’t need to be replaced because they still had good pads. They could have just replaced them and taken our money. Thank you for your honesty! I will definitely bring it back to get my mechanic work here!

A friend recommended Victory Lane several years ago and I am so glad she did. They are not close to me, but worth the 30 minute drive. Their service is top notch and their customer service is exceptional, especially Rachel. 2 years ago I had my brakes done and they have squeaked off an on since then. They have checked them for free a couple of time to make sure they were working as they should. Then as the squeaking became constant they replaced my brakes for free. As a single female, I completely trust them and have never felt they are trying to be dishonest or take advantage of me. I cannot say that about other shops I have been to.

Nick, Joshua, and Rachel were absolutely magnificent! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car’s A/C was fixed quickly and done right. Very in-depth vehicle inspection on my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L that told me more than the dealership! They found some suspension and steering parts that were worn out or torn. Victory Lane Auto has been in my family's use for years and I personally have had wonderful experiences with them. The last one most recent, I broke my foot, was off work for two weeks, took advantage to try to get my truck taken care of for 75,000 Mi check up but no way to get it there as I couldn't drive. They came and picked it up, did the approved work, had it back to me the next day complete they, even washed it, took my payment over the phone, and returned my truck to my garage carefully and brought me the keys. I cannot recommend them more, their work is always fantastic, their prices are always fair, they go beyond what is expected each and every time. Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!
