Guy driving a SCAR Inc tow truck on evening of 7/27/2025 on highway 114 in north FW was driving as if he was drunk. Accelerating and braking erratically and cutting in front of other cars repeatedly. Extremely unprofessional.
This is terrible just picked up my car from this place my car was great before these morons pick up my car my passenger seat is soaked and smells musty all my documents soaked. Take videos I took pictures outside the lot and they will be seeing them soon in court.
They repo my truck with my wife and grandson autistic grandson see y’all in court real soon also have video of the tow truck driver wanted to fight me for no reason so charges are in the works on that too. And refused to give me the tow truck drivers name. Another violation I have Video of the driver lifting up from the pawn shop so I have all the proof on video. Report them to tdlr
They towed my car and I came and got it back it was in good condition before they towed it now it’s making having mechanical issues and they took my antibiotic and my daughters birth certificate out of my car !
Your hours are not comparable to all the other tow services in town.
Why do you handle business this way? The standard American business days/hours M-F 8-5 pm. Y’all don’t even offer that. Plus the majority of towing companies are opened beyond the standard time. This is crazy-
Before you come to get a car do you check to see if it’s off the list. We paid the bill Monday and you all still took the car. Then on top of that you’re not open on the weekend like what???
Still waiting for call back. Their trying to run a business by letting a computer take over never could reach a person called several times at different times of day no luck. Do not recommend
They threw my belongings away for example, my kids car seats, shoes, my medical book, airpods, insurance paperwork, work tools. I asked about my belongings & they only told me about they would keep my stuff in a bag, NEVER told me about the 30-45 DAY POLICY. It's ridiculous that I have to buy everything brand new, especially my kids stuff.
This is the company you need to hire if you need a tow truck or vehicle recovery/repossession or stolen vehicle. Called in and booked a recovery from out of state and the dude had the vehicle later that night. Thats how great and responsive he was. Very professional and the vehicle was secured without any damages! The prices are right too! Vehicle got back to rightful owner and they never knew what hit em until it was too late. Thieves are under investigation for theft/fraud and other identification crimes. This company is the truth and I’m honestly not inflating my recommendation at all. Check him out, you won’t be disappointed.
Very friendly and very customer service oriented. For the situation I was in they were very understanding and made it go smoothly. It was an expensive bill but I think it would of been just as expensive any where else.
Do not waste your time with this company. They make absolutely no effort to find your collateral. It's almost as if they expect the debtor to bring it to them. Every time I call, because no one ever called me, they couldn't even find the report order and attempting to talk to their Manager is a waste of breath. I have meet buckets of rocks that were smarter.
