I broke down on the interstate in Texas, Driver Thomas, was dispatched to my call, his professionalism, expertise, is second to none. His attitude, mannerism, or far superior than any driver I have encountered. I been driving these roads for 25 years, I have broken down a few times unfortunately, I can't say enough about Thomas, he rescued me that day, I have never encountered such greatness in him handling my situation. We are the largest Military Surplus store in South Texas. We also own a recycling business so we move alot of equipment! Texas Auto Carriers gets the job done every time!! It doesn’t matter if it’s a huge military truck, bus, construction equipment, semi trailer, forklift... no job is too big. The employees are top notch!!! Everyone in the office & all the drivers on that team are outstanding!!! I’m loyal to this company and always will be! The service was excellent. The dispatch keep me informed with when the driver would arrive. The tow driver Brad Brzozowski was awesome. He called with an ETA and when it changes he called me. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He used his equipment in a way yesterday when picking up a box that it did not damage it. I recommend him for any call.
I just wanted to take a moment to give kudos and many thanks to Jana, Bobby, and Brad. Last week we had an accident towing our 5th wheel on I-10 in San Antonio where we became stranded. After 4 hours of trying to get someone to tow us through our insurance company I finally started googling and was lucky enough to get Jana from your company on the phone. FINALLY someone to help!! Jana dispatched Bobby and Brad and let me tell you, it was a hard job but they got us towed to a shop that could help. The accident happened at 1pm and we finally got to the repair shop at 9:20pm. If it weren’t for Bobby, Brad, and Jana we would probably still be on the side of I-10. I don’t know what we would have done without them. It was terrifying being stuck on the side of the interstate but they were all so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you so much you guys!

I was having trouble finding a service to tow our 41ft Diesel pusher RV with its air brakes locked. Texas Auto Carriers knew right away what I needed and had a King Kong wrecker at our location within a hour of speaking with their dispatcher. Bobby G., the wrecker driver, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Texas Auto Carriers to handle your large vehicle tows.
Driving down I-35 SB today and got pulled into the DOT scale house. To my surprise there were people handing out lunch sacks for us truck drivers coming through. I stopped at the next truck stop to take a look at what they had packed. There was a grilled cheese burger with all the fix'ns, granola bar, chips, a drink, key chain, and a nice pen. I read the pen and found out it was from Texas Auto Carriers so I wanted to thank yall personally. I work for Ryder Toyota Dedicated and have to say yall made today a great day, in the top 5 at work for me this year. I really appreciate the lunch, the thought, and kindness. Ive been driving on and off since 01' and cant remember anybody else showing their appreciation for all truckers regardless of company like that. Thank you, its a day Ill always remember.
The best service ever. I was very anxious and confused about shipping my truck from San Antonio to PHX. Jeremy eased my mind. He was easy to work with and very understanding about my situation. I felt I could trust him with my vehicle shipping. Thank you so much.
The only negative, I did book the tow a day in advance for a 0900 pickup. But the driver was 40 minutes late. On this day it was not much of an issue for me. I understand things happen. The rate was fair and the driver was quick and efficient. I will use them again should the need arise.
