What a positive experience with having a flat tire swapped for the spate tire. GEICO made an attempt to have one provider take care of my issue, but the provider said that they could not service my Chev 3500 Van. Called GEICO back and went thru the whole scenario again. The provider who showed up in 20 minutes was José from Texas Roadside Service. José was very friendly, worked efficiently and in 20 minutes in the dark, he got the job done. A floor jack and a wrench and José did the job. I would highly recommend Texas Roadside Service. Thank you José for your ***** 5 Star service!
Just picked up my car from Crestwell Towing after a wreck, and I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest company. I was cleaning out my car at my friend’s apartments and walked 30 feet to the dumpster to toss some trash — my phone and keys were still on the seat. In that short time, their driver towed my car.
When I went to pick it up, they handed me my keys but claimed they never went inside the vehicle. My phone was also missing, and the staff were rude and yelling, saying they weren’t liable for anything. These peopl e are not honest, and I’d strongly warn anyone against using or trusting this company.
They said they would be here at 12:30. They arrived before 12. Quote was cheaper than expected. I highly recommend Texas roadside services over any other towing company in San Antonio. Definitely do not go with new era. They are terrible. I give Texas roadside services more than five stars if I could. Our truck broke down, pulling A trailer last night we had to rent a new truck to pull the trailer and having them towed to the dealership Texas roadside services has been amazing. Definitely cannot say the same for new era towing last night. Thank you for making a bad experience. A good one Texas roadside they got here under an hour Where last night we were stranded. New era had us waiting for three hours and never sent a tow truck.

My husband and I called this towing company at 6:15 AM and were told that someone would arrive within 20 minutes. We sent our location pin and spoke directly with a representative, so everything should have been in order. We were stranded in a very unsafe spot during morning rush hour traffic and unable to move our vehicle. Despite the urgency, no one ever showed up. We waited over an hour, making multiple attempts to call and text for an update, but received no response. By 7:30 AM, we were still left with no help, no communication, and completely stranded. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance.
The tech (Jake) dispatched to assist us was very professional, polite and handled our car with care. I applaud him for his work and dedication. Unfortunately we were broken down in a bad spot on the frontage road and he was close to being hit a few times but he remained calm and professional.
This was a very inconvenient area I was in, and I was very impressed with how easy Victor with Pamtusa Towing handled the situation. He was very nice and direct with the situation, also was very prompt and gave an accurate eta of his arrival.
John Jake came to my rescue when my Alfa Romeo's tire was completely slashed. It was after midnight downtown San Antonio just when the flamboyant parade ended. There were baracades everywhere, but he found me and took great care of my car. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to service me. I'm grateful to him for that. Thank you!!
Big shout out to Texas Roadside Services and Gabriel the service tech! I got a flat tire at the worst time on 410 on the way to work on Easter and was in a pinch with no shops open and needing to get to work. I was planning on having my truck towed to a shop and deal with the next morning but Gabriel showed up and was able to patch the tire on the spot! Saved me a bunch of hassle by him going the extra mile. I was able to pick the truck up after work and made it home safely! Thank you
Called in for roadside assistance, was wonderful very fast and efficient, driver Julian and dispatcher Jodi were great and very helpful. Would highly recommend did a great job!
My tow and driver were very quick and professional. My problem is that this place recommended RAYCO GARAGE. They are located next door and would advise anyone in need of repair to go somewhere else. The customer service is horrible and will change the terms and overcharge you for repairs.

My son calls me at 8:45pm and he & my daughter had a blowout on the freeway. He was parked on a narrow shoulder of a busy freeway and said, "we don't feel safe getting out because cars are speeding by."
I currently don't have AAA so I found TX Roadside Services & Towing as they were close by to his location and had a good Google Rating. I called and was able to speak to a person immediately. I asked how long it would take to get to my son's vehicle and price. The price was very reasonable (under $100) and more importantly, they could be there in around 10-15 minutes.
We took off and met them at my son's location (around 15 minutes), arriving at the same time. Jose Reyes was so professional, positive and super quick with loading up my son's car. We got off the freeway and to a parking lot. For a small fee, he helped us out with the spare.
I received a text message and was able to pay via credit/debit card or Google Pay.
The experience of getting a flat tire on a freeway is never a positive one, but TX Roadside Services got us to a safe location in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost and with a friendly smile. Thanks Jose & TX Roadside Services!
I just want to say that I don’t really write reviews, but having Jake come out here and help me in a very tough position that I had put myself in, really was a blessing in disguise! I appreciate being helped by him while in a very tough situation and such an inconvenient time, thank you Jake!!
Jake was an awesome tow truck driver. Very nice and honest guy. First thing he did was ask what's going on with my van. Most guys would just hook up and go and not even care what the issue with your car was. He jumped right to the problem, pointed it out and even tried to rig a temp fix it on the spot but way too much stuff in the way to fix on the road (see pics after I got to working on it). Jake got me towed where I needed to go without issue. Nice conversation on the ride too. I'm a pretty good mechanic myself but he saved me countless hours trouble shooting the problem and I was able to drive it home later with a temp fix.
I had my car towed here after speaking to one of the workers saying my car would have a diagnosis in one day in the morning. Yet I didn’t even get a call back that day- the next day I called 3 times and only heard back once. They told me they will call me back and dismissed me immediately. The day after I went to go get my car and have it towed to another mechanic at which they told me the mechanic was out that whole week. They didn’t explain to me on the phone or call back. In that 3 day span I hadn’t even gotten a diagnosis. It then took them 5 hours longer than they promised to get my car towed, at which my normal mechanic was on the verge of closing.
Veno is a great human being this man started his day at 4:00am but still decided to take an extra call to tow my car to my house at 8pm. I asked why would you work that many hrs even though his shift should’ve been over. He said well I don’t want the customer being stranded they want to get home too. This is customer service on an another level. If a supervisor is reading this y’all better give this man a raise and appreciate how he represents your company.
Bad situation, but they were professional and extremely helpful! Had a bad experience with my vehicle and was 40 miles away from home. My young son was with me. Mr. Mohammed Alsafi, from Texas roadside service was a God sent and came to help. Really! Besides being professional and loading my vehicle swiftly and dropping it off at the repair shop (dropping off the key for the mechanic to find in the morning). I explained this was the second time this has happened, and we thought the mechanic addressed the issue. He was nice and talked technical giving me his opinion and explaining there might be something wrong with the mechanism holding engine causing the jerking and suggested mentioning it to the mechanic. In addition to all that, he was encouraging and comforting to my son. HUGE!!!! Mohammed my God bless you for your kindness. You took a few minutes to be a human being and appreciate the swiftness you came to help us.
I had a tire blowout late Friday night on 281 and was picked up within about an hour. I was still kinda shaken up from almost crashing, exhausted from work and alone in the dark so I really appreciated John’s service and the communication from him and the dispatcher as I waited. It’s important for women to feel safe in these situations so thank you again for being so friendly and professional
Very disappointing nothing about my experience here has been positive. They will try to steal your vehicle from you. Do not go to them.

When I called at 9am It took them almost four hours to pick up the company vehicle off of the interstate just 10 min from the dispatch office They told me that they would get me a diagnosis by the morning since they specialize in fleet repair. I called the next day at 10a and 12p and was told both times the manager would call me because no one knew anything about my truck. To my surprise The manager never called me back today so I called a third time and they tell me that my truck hasn’t been picked up since yesterday and that the driver will be there in 30 minutes. Luckily I knew it had already been picked up so I wasn’t worried but how can you lose a truck???
I lose $4000 a day my truck is down and I choose this place because of what I now assume are paid reviews and wish I would have just towed it to Firestone at least they only screw me over on price.

So for the last two weeks, I have been speaking to the person at the phone number on file to get the vehicle repaired that they were supposed to have already had prepared and then every few days they would make an excuse as to why it was going to be even later and now it’s two days past the time that the vehicle was supposed to be finished and now all of a sudden they don’t know how to transfer the call to the shop department. That’s right next-door to them. Do not send your vehicle to them. They will take it hostage, and you will never see it again , worst service ever
Poor service, poor to none communication. Our insurance hired them for our car to be towed after breaking down on us. At 1:39pm we were informed that our wait was between 85-115 minutes . Husband called towing company at 3:34pm and was told ETA was 30minutes. At 4:15pm, our insurance agent contacted towing company and was told ETA was now 45 minutes. FYI, Texas Heat is no joke. We requested to our insurance agent to please send a different towing company.
I get we were not the only ones in need of towing but I was expecting better communication from the towing company.

Tow driver was able to get there even with bad traffic and at night. Will definitely call this company for roadside assistance again. John Jake was a very helpful and understanding driver.
John Jake was very professional and handled my husband’s truck with the utmost care, taking photos before taking possession and photos and video upon delivery which were texted to us. He was also on time and gave a courtesy call and text prior to arrival. We will definitely use this company’s services for any future needs. The best experience we’ve had with a tow company ever.
The towing service is trash. My friend waited for a tow in the cold for over three hours. Twice being told the driver was on the way & should be there in ten minutes. They were contacted at 8:10 pm & he didn't get home until 11:10 pm. Stay away if possible.
John Jacob was excellent!! He went above and beyond and stayed with me for 2 hours and made sure me and my wife got home safely. My car was inside a fast food drive tru and he maneuvered my car very professionally. Would recommend him to my friends and family

If I had to choose between a towing service or just a vehicle/road assistance in general, I would HIGHLY recommend giving Texas Roadside Services a call! They helped me get my car back to my home in perfect condition thanks to the support from John Jacob, and not to mention also gave me recommendations to tow my car to there mechanic shop they have located in San Antonio for fast and reliable repairs! If you are looking for a service tow or just looking for a shop to work on your vehicle I recommend giving them a call !
