The driver was very patient cause I was running behind because I didn’t know where I left my car keys and he didn’t leave, and he was down to earth and had a great personality taking me to the tire shop so kudos to him and yall for helping me so quickly thanks.
I needed some assistance and AAA sent Ross from Chacon Towing of New Mexico. Ross is incredible!!!! His customer skills and knowledge of job were AAA+++. He was not only very professional, he went far above and beyond what was required. He made sure I was safe and warm and wasn't going to leave until he knew my issue was resolved. His customer service skills were outstanding. I have not been treated with such respect in a very long time. He treated me like a human being, he was compassionate and caring. I was not just another call, I was an individual and was treated as such. His work ethics and customer relation skills are exemplary. The world would be such a better place if more people were like him. He deserves 1,000 out of 10 stars.
Did roadside assistance through progressive and they never showed up after us waiting there stranded for 2 hours .to clarify CHACON towing did not show up .

Thank you Sean Bautista! He did a battery delivery and install through my auto club membership. Arrived quickly, explained the different types of compatible batteries available, and even cleaned out the dust under the hood so that the new battery was installed cleanly.

Was stranded in El Paso at the park when I had some electrical issues. Luis was there in 15 minutes and had the truck back at my house in 20. Awesome guy, great service, great price!
Chacon came through Allstate roadside assistance. Octavio was amazing from the moment he met me until he dropped off my vehicle. Positive, friendly, and excellent service from him. He was the only bright spot in an otherwise terribly frustrating situation.
We called AAA at 2pm, left us hanging and we had to call back at 4, they then finally called Chacon Towing to tow our vehicle to a repair shop that closed at 6. By the time Chacon Towing notified us they were on the way, we asked how long it would be, that the garage closed at 6. We opened the gate and waited. After several notifications, and two conversations trying to give him directions, he kept telling his dispatcher that he already went through several times and wasn't coming back in and hung up. Joe. c was very rude since the beginning
Chacon Towing came to service through AAA. They arrived in less than 10 minutes. Service was fast, Sammy was the one that helped us. Very helpful and kind. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Very satisfied and grateful to have Sammy helping my parents out in time of need.
Maurice (the driver) was great! I have used Chacon Towing before and was satisfied. I was satisfied with the towing service and promptness this time as well, but the office staff was frustrating and unprofessional!
BE CAREFUL if you choose them for towing! I was quoted $139 for my job. They had all the information they needed to price it out. Then I got the bill: $206!
I called and they told me, "Well, the pick up location was really far away." I said, "You knew that when you gave me a price! I gave you all the information!"
The woman I talked to said, "Sorry. That's the price. Do you want us to take the car back?" (It was already on the truck.)
I should have said "yes," but that would have been such a hassle! Maybe the threat of added time for returning and offloading the vehicle would have encouraged them to take the $139 instead of a loss.
Also, I was having the car picked up from from a garage and delivered to me at home. When I got a text "I'm 5 minutes away," I went outside and waited. Turns out, he was 5 minutes away from the pickup location, not 5 minutes away from me. So that's something to be aware of.
Pedro with Chacon Towing was amazing & so helpful. He is very resourceful & super nice. He quickly changed my flat tire for my spare. Thank you so much for your quick response & kindness.
Need a tow, these folks are fair, professional, and follow through to deliver great service. I will use them again whenever I need a tow. Thank you, again for a reasonably priced, fast response, and being genuine good people providing a professional service. My new go to for a tow!
Used my AAA and this company was outsource, Daniel- the gentleman that towed my car was prompt, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. No complaints, surprisingly great service, I was nervous getting towing from an appointed service. Will ask for him in the future if available (flatbed truck, awesome care)
I don’t remember his name but this morning 04/14/2025 @ around 7am the young man helped me get my Mercedes C300 home. He was very kind! He got there a lot earlier than expected! I am so grateful!
Had chacon come out for a AAA service request. Driver did not know where to place a jack. Completely lost. AAA needs better contractors or chacon needs better technicians! Be was insistent he didn’t have a compressor to air a tire, what’s the point of you showing up then!?
Driver named Julian picked up my vehicle on 03/11/25 . He took his before pictures as I took mine as well. As he was loading my challenger on his flatbed truck he ran over the huge white metal ratchet strap . I literally watched as the entire ratchet strap go deep into my tire and scraped my rim as it rolled over it . I tried yelling “YOO” but the truck was too loud he didn’t hear me although I shouldn’t have to yell anything it’s their responsibility to make sure my vehicle gets on their truck securely and accurately. My rim was scraped and as I showed Julian he said he would contact his supervisor who would then be contacting me later on . I received no call whatsoever from ANYONE. I called multiple times that day and spoke with at least 2 different people that day who assured me a supervisor would be contacting me later on that day . Still no call from anyone . I called multiple times yesterday 3/12/25 and spoke with the lady Heather who told me her supervisor would be in around 3-4pm and I could call back then. So I called back and still supervisor apparently wasn’t there . She then tells she’s leaving at 4pm and will leave a sticky note on the desk to let supervisor know to give me a call asap . Still no call from anyone. I called today 03/13/25 and spoke with Jody who told me I needed to send pictures of the damage to an email to get started . Why hasn’t NO ONE told me to do that all this time? I’m getting the run around from this place and it’s very frustrating I would like to avoid legal action if possible but won’t hesitate to go that route either. Driver has before pictures as well so it’s clear as day the damage was done as he was dragging my car on the bed. I will update this review once I get in contact with a supervisor to get this resolved.
Update Lance Chacon reached out Via email stating they will not accept responsibility due to not being able to see if there was pre existing damage since my car was parked next to a curb. In the pictures I provided you can clearly see where the damage was done and the before pictures you can clearly see in the same spot there was NO preexisting damages . I have decided to consult my lawyer and will just take it to smalls claims court . Reading further reviews this company has a history of damaging vehicles and not wanting to accept responsibility and paying for it . Avoid at ALL cost!
Chacon Towing was amazing from start to finish. We had a blow out and figured out our spare never got put back in our trunk.
Their communication was fantastic. Driver, Julian, called with an accurate ETA, loaded us up, and got us to the tire shop quickly. If I’m ever in this situation again, they will be my first call.
This is the 4th or 5th time your company has provided tow service for me and my family. Every single gosh darn time your technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and right on time. Always great service from this company. Robert was especially wonderful, arriving quickly, being very professional, polite and thorough. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was in good working order, even returning on his own time to replace a part that had to be ordered. I can’t possibly say enough about this exceptional young man or the company he works for.
They messed up my vehicle radiator due to them having to jack up the truck and refused to pay for it, and kept on blaming me to “prior damage” and the dealership. I’d save my self the money and look for someone else
