These guys were AWESOME. They were the second tow company I used in one week and not only were they cheaper than everyone else, the guy that towed me, Justin was a pro. He reversed in to the spots that the other guys couldn’t! And he was just such a nice guy. Great customer service. I was so impressed. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dustin! Quick, professional and reliable! I trust them 100% to handle my car every time! Needed my car towed but I was at work, driver got here quick and loaded it. Handed keys and was off! Fast response and friendly staff. I highly recommend them if you need a tow!
Give them credit for trying to be professional but they were acting like they were law enforcement demanding things that they are not authorized to demand from people. Would probably be a great company if they were educated on the rules regulation and laws that apply to them. We handed them the state form with state ID and insurance card the only things required to get this vehicle released and they say we need tags and a drivers license because if we get pulled over when we leave the tow yard they would get in trouble for allowing us to leave with no tags. Wrong wrong wrong they are responsible until that vehicle gets on the other side of that fence then they are not responsible for any of it if anything happens. Solution call dps or TDLR and get a refresher course on rules and regulations.
Called for a tow today and driver Frank showed up quickly. Professional and efficient. Thank you and we will refer y'all to whomever needs a tow in the future
Randy from Abel’s towing was a great knowledgeable kind hearted Individual who came out of his way on a Sunday hot Texas afternoon to get me home. He was quick and efficient. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had . I would recommend anyone in texas to call Abel’s towing for any services if you go anywhere else you will deeply regret it . They are the best In town because of hard workers like randy thank you Abel’s towing.!!!!!
Able did good he was very reasonable with his rate. I've been using him for years. It took the tow truck driver 1.5 hours to show up. The driver was on a call. I just left the key because of an emergency.Boom the truck was back at the company yard in 1 hour and 15 min 36 miles away. Then he call back to make sure I was happy with his service.

It took me about eleven calls to towing companies before Abel's Towing answered my call . Abel sent out his employee, Randy, to rescue me from downtown. My transfer was 25 minutes away. We agreed upon $160.00 on this Saturday evening. Thank y'all for saving me tonight.
Just ran into one of the maniac drivers from this company!! I’m driving down the road, suddenly this guy pulls out on the same road driving the wrong way coming right at me and almost hits me!! I honk at him and then he starts to throw the finger, cuss, and honk back like I’m the one doing something wrong!!! A complete moron and doesn’t have any business even being behind the wheel of any truck at all…guess this clown must have a license from Mexico or someplace that’s used to driving on the wrong side of the road!! Ridiculous, definitely deserves to lose his job if that’s how he drives and interacts with people out in public!
So sad , I call for help, they forgot to close the call, I can hear taking to each other, no it was far. MAKE ME WAIT FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. TO FIND OUT THEY INTENTIONS TO NO HELP. I call other company for help. Some companies don't have integrity. I always call they they lost a costumer. Wish they well.

Every year I get my vehicles inspected and they are always friendly. One time I went for inspection and only problem I had was I was rear ended months before and my hatch door was stuck. Needed to change light bulbs for back blinker they took care right away with no problems. My jeep passed and got my sticker. Just the fact they are there for you is what keeps me coming back and I know if I have questions or help they are there! They treat you like family!!! Don't remember how long I been going to them but I am VERY grateful for the hospitality!
I cant say enough about Randy. I was stuck on the side of Hwy 35 today and didnt know what i was going to do. I got Randys #, with Abel towing, from my mechanic (RC with Mobile Auto Doctor) He was immediately ready to help. Within 10mins of my call he was in his truck and headed my way. I had someone come get me, so I was worried about leaving my car. He reassured me the car was in good hands and that everything would be ok. Randy stayed in contact the entire time and even provided photos. I highly recommend Randy for any of your towing needs. If ever needed again, Abels will be my first call.

Called Abels TOWING on two different occasions, two customers were dastranded on New Years Eve and New Years...couldn't find any other towing service available., but Abels TOWING came thru...Randy the tow truck driver made the time and effort regardless of the Holidays can't thank you enough Sir...Yall are great ...Professional and quick service..now waiting games with these Guys....
Called Abel's Towing to have my vehicle towed to the shop after it broke down on 181, Randy calls me back and said he would be at my location within 25 minutes to which he was. The service provided by him was exceptional and he is very knowledgeable of what he does. He has really good people skills and he's good at having a conversation while being towed to location. I highly recommend this company . Would be saving thier info for future services if needed.
Randy saw me on the shoulder of the highway waiting on AAA, and he pulled behind to make sure my tiny car didn't get clipped. Upon hearing that my dispatch would take over 40 min. He helped me change it himself and got me on my way without anything in return, just to show that "there's good people in the world". Im very impressed by the integrity and kindness!

Called the roadside assistance for a tow and they left my grandma stranded in a parking lot during the heat of the day for over 5 hours. Then we called abels towing and in under 30mins a driver was on scene. He was very nice, professional, and funny. 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing towing assistance!
My grandmother had been stranded for 5+ hours with no where to escape the 100⁰ heat , because the roadside assistance kept falling thru. Ables was able to do in 15 mins what 2 different towing companies were unable to do in over 5 hours. The driver was very professional, efficient, and stayed in contact with us to update us on his location. Overall I was extremely pleased with their services.

This was about 8 or 9 months ago, so I figured I should review. Better late than never, right? My car had died on me, and I coasted pretty much right in front of this business. I walked inside, told them my car died right here & asked for a tow. They said no problem. The guy came out (can't remember his name :-/) and was cool/ friendly. I asked if there were any way he could just help me with a jump since I was having money problems, and I was almost sure it would start. He said "Sure, I'll go get my truck". He came back & we tried to jump it, but it just wouldn't turn over. Anyway, it had to get towed, and my house wasn't that far away. Can't remember what I paid, but I remember thinking it was fair. Now I have them saved in my phone under "Towing".
