I typically do not write reviews but when I tell you this towing company has your back, I genuinely mean that. 100/10 recommend . Ronnie was extremely helpful. I was in a bind where my Audi was not driving and I do not have anyone who can help me with searching for mechanics who won’t up charge me and Ronnie went out of his way to help me find a trustworthy and affordable mechanic who did not try to take advantage of the situation. Ronnie really showed compass throughout the entire time he helped. I cannot stress enough how great the service was , very genuine.
I happen to speak to Ronnie over the phone. He genuinely cared about my situation. He was kind! We shared our faith over the phone for few minutes, I am assured my car is in good hands.
I made arrangements to tow my car tomorrow. Speaking blessings over this buisness to thrive and continue to remain faithful in what they do.
Littery cost to much for same area in tow
This is the closest tow near me 1mile away and tow is in same area they where taxing so I went with empire tow $85 compared to $165 do not get fooled into there lies it's just a local tow
Ronnie performed like a true professional, easy to work with, over and beyond his very reasonable fee, His wife was there with great moral support at a time when I really needed it

Best tow company I've ever called. Had a blow out, googled them, and within 20 minutes my car was loaded and headed to my house. They were reasonably priced in comparison to every other tow I've ever had. And were nice enough to send me an invoice receipt so insurance can reimburse me. I saved them in my phone, this is absolutely the place to call.
Ron is the BEST in the business!! Helped me out when I was in a bind and was instantly there when I needed him. Very knowledgeable and the guy will flat out make your day better. On The Road Towing should be your go to because they will not disappoint!!!
I have used Ronnie's towing twice and family has called him once and he has been quick and very professional. If I need a towing service again I will call Ronnie.

If you ever need towing service this is your guy!!! We had such a bad experience when buying a cash car that left my family in a bind being 4+ hours away from San Antonio and Ronnie did everything he could to help us relocate our vehicle to a local shop for repairs it needed. This man went above and beyond and answered every call no matter how many times it had been! I highly recommend On The Road Towing!
Great towing service! Ronnie responded very quickly and was very helpful on getting my car towed across town. I got a very reasonable price from them as well and would definitely recommend others to use their service!!
Amazing!! Talk about being professional and yet understanding. Even tried to help save us money by letting us know there was a company closer so the mileage would be less. That sealed the deal, I didn't care what the charge was I knew this was an honest company. The ball joint broke on our 4x4 3/4 ton truck. Talk about a challenge to get loaded but he didn't it in no time flar. Let me add this not the first company that tried to load the truck. The first company required payment up front the said they could not do the job and we would get a refund in 4-5 days! You can't go wrong with On The Road Towing!!!
I had to get one of our trucks towed from the house we just sold and the first place I called, the guy on the phone was so rude and I felt like I was bothering him so I kept calling around. No one else answered their phone until On The Road Towing, who were very understanding of the situation and also able to get on it quick, they also quoted me $20 less than the other company I talked to. Great service, good job guys.
OMG where do I start? First off I was stranded on the road for my birthday last Friday Sept 1. I had been driving and went through deep water that messed up my alternator and my truck broke down while I was driving. When I say on the road towing is the absolute best!! It was 10 pm when they came to rescue me. I was almost 30 miles outside San Antonio. My insurance towing wanted to charge me 2,390.50 to tow my car. A total rip off. Not only was the owner of On The Road Towing honest,they were dependable as well. They went over and beyond to help me. I was over 2 hours from home. They treated me like I was one of their family. They found me a nice hotel to stay they night and waited on me to make sure I was checked in safely. He referred me to a shop that was just as equally awesome. They had my car fixed in less than an hour and had me rolling again. This is NOT your typical tow truck service. Their customer service is far beyond normal tow truck companies. If you call them to come help you they will go over and beyond. If you use their services please be kind to the owners. They are the most wonderful people and will surely treat you right. I am grateful I met them. Thank you OTRT for all your help. Sincerely the driver with the super muddy truck.
We were driving out of San Antonio when our car died -- leaving us stranded on the side of 37S with cars whizzing by. We feel so lucky we called Ronnie. He told us he'd be there in 20 minutes, and he was right on time. Quickly picked up our car and got it to the dealer, which was an hour away. Fair price. Very helpful and thoughtful, and sent updates and information when he dropped the car off. Made sure we were safe and gave advice on working with our insurance company as well. I hope we don't need his services again, but glad to have his number just in case we do!
I first found Ronnie years ago when I was stranded at a gas station with a dead battery in my Jeep wrangler, he was able to get me back on the road quickly! I was so happy with his customer service, competitive pricing, and short wait time that I’ve been a repeat customer over the years from an overheating Jeep that was needing to be towed across town to coming to my rescue late at night to a blown out tire in my Mercedes on the side of a busy road.
Having vehicle issues and feeling stranded is stressful enough especially being a female late at night. He’s quick to make sure you are in a safe location, ask all the right questions to make sure he’ll having everything needed for a successful rescue, and sets a great expectation of arrival time which is usually pretty quickly!
Ronnie is awesome! He happens to be the owner and I would 10/10 recommend his services. His prices are very reasonable! He, himself came to tow my Sorento to the dealership exactly at the time he said he would. He explained everything to me in great detail and didn't mind that I see my girl (car) off as he took her. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he absolutely enjoys what he does. If I ever need Ronnie's services again I will definitely be calling him again! Just an overall friendly man and his wife too! Thank you!
Best towing service in San Antonio. Ronnie personally went to tow my car at 11pm after I had a blowout on the highway and even helped me change the tire when we got to my home. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable individual and even more so a blessing and I appreciate his assistance more than I can say. I highly recommend his service.

Ronnie is the man. I have now used him twice and both times were great. No one likes having to tow their vehicle but he made it a painless process and got my car airborne safely and to its destination promptly.
