I have stuff missing out of my car that they so kindly threw in trash bags for me I couldn’t even get my stuff myself. Expensive stuff missing and a whole tire to another car that I needed to fix now apparently I can’t get. They are thieves and liars.
Gave me the wrong keys and wrong car and when I told them to bring me my car they never gave me my key fab, wrong paperwork, and when I told them nothing matches up they said the computer down and they can’t type the correct information due to the computer not working and not allowing them. I don’t recommend at all.
Took my car in they did not know what they were doing made me spend $400 and nothing changed then they said it’s going to need a transmission stay away from them and to top it all off they told me they changed a injector and in the receipt said a 02 sensor had to return to confront them about missing a key fob and took almost a hole week to change a “injector” STAY AWAY!!!
I had my alternator done here by the mechanic. They were very professional and gave me a great deal and I wasn't waiting hours for it to get fixed as soon as it got there they pulled it in and within minutes they were pulling it out and ready. I definitely will recommend coming here for service, by the way the tow fee to the shop wasn't bad either, cheaper than most tow places and the driver took very good care of my vehicle from where it was picked up to when it was dropped off. I can say I'm a very happy customer will be back if I ever need any more work done Thanks C.A.R.S!!!!!!
Roll Out Employees are Stealing items From the Vehicles, I didn't want to make a police report but I'm going to have to since there is no way to get a hold of them! Double check your property when picking up your vehicles!
Judging from the other reviews this tow truck driver does not know how to drive he almost hit us in a parking lot he decided to repark and he was backing right into us and we honked let him know we were there and he continued to backup into us so we had to hurry away quickly. They went into the same restaurant as us and I told them they almost hit us. He got ugly with me. My only consolation is that eventually TJ Henry will get him. I just hope he doesn't hurt anyone .
While on the road today.(around 4pm)One of this company's tow trucks decided to turn from a lane not for turning. ( instead of using the yield like everyone else.) I used the yield turning into the middle lane at this time he sped up and was shooting the finger like a child.
Maybe if your drivers knew how to drive there wouldn't be any issues but, seeing as it's rated at 2 stars I can see your employees are very immature and irresponsible.
