Driver was cool, he showed up and we got down to business which is what I like. I helped him load the bike and the drop location was tedious but he maneuvered/drove excellent. We dropped/ unloaded the bike and I paid him his monies. I saved his name and number definitely will use him and his flatbed again.
They are pretty quick getting to you the only bad thing is they aren’t transparent with you about their fees they quoted me a towing fee but nothing about a cancellation fee then he wants to blind side me with a $65 cancellation fee when all that should be discussed before anything. That’s not good business
I did my research after I payed for a tow and realized how ai got ripped off. I paid for my sister's tow from a restaurant that was 0.2 miles away from her apartment.
I was charged $120 for the operator to load the car aggressively and the unload it which took no more than 30 minutes of his time.
He was rushing to get out of there when the shop he works at is 7 minutes away from her apartment.
This ruined my perception of tow operators all over again. I've paid $120 for an 8 mile trip. Shady company indeed.
Definitely wouldn’t leave any stars. Yes, they were quick and yes they cost less but remember you get what you paid for. The driver damaged the garage siding to the rental we just moved in. The owner had the driver speak to me, yelled at me and then proceeded to hang up on me. The owner stated that they are not liable for any damage. I have phone calls recorded and the neighbor has a video of it all. The only reason my son paid the man was because he didn’t realize damage was done until the garage door was closed. Too bad I don’t know how to post photos otherwise I would have.
This Business is ABSOLUTELY Questionable “ The company name is Ruiz but a guy in a Mack’s truck pulled up which wasn’t a big deal at first however ; I waited over an hour 1 1/2 for the worker to arrive and came without the proper tools for a tire change …the worker also striped my bolts trying multiple time to use a electric power device that messed up my bolts … I kept telling him to stop over and over until he realized he was doing damage to my bolts ; he then stated he doesn’t want to be responsible for the damage… all of this for a tire change is unacceptable

Over charging and price changing and hanging up on customers not very professional. You get the rating you deserve on how you treat your customers, it's as simple as that.
To the owner of Ruiz's towing service or Macks towing which ever it is you go by. Your website list one then the other??? I am the person to whom you are referring to regarding the post about what occurred this afternoon and the information is absolutely incorrect and false that you posted. I know what was said and I had someone on the phone while your driver bickered with you or whomever was on the other end about what to charge me for jump starting my vehicle to which you respond $90 but was charged $120 by the driver after he undermined you to charge me $90. $90 was what you said on the phone to me which we agreed on. He absolutely did NOT put my car in neutral to load it up and then I changed my mind. Why in the world would I need a tow AFTER he helped me start it??? My intial problem WAS my vehicle not starting let me be clear and thats why I called for a tow. If all that was left to do address was my flat tire, he could have assisted me with that also but instead had no problem taking $120 from me for jump starting my car. I did NOT ask him to jump start it he offered and I allowed him to see if he could help. I was very grateful for that and had no problem paying him something but he kept insisting he tow me some where, and he couldnt give me an amount of what to pay him for jump starting my car. When I asked him again he said no its ok but continued asking me where to take me. He offered a tow to tire shop I said no thank you now that my vehicle is on I will have my husband or son come help me change tire out. Again why would I need a tow if the vehicle was now running. Your website advertises road side assistance too which he did help but not for $120 for a jump start only and leave me there with a flat tire and become upset because I felt $250 to Tow me to my home (a 30min drive) was too much. I told him ALL I had on my person was $120 cash and thats what he charged me.
Enough with sugar coating the service, he made me feel uncomfortable with his insistence and I could see he was visibly upset. You didnt help either by hanging up on my husband. He made some money and didnt leave empty handed but I still had a flat tire, thankful to my son for driving 30 mins to help me change the tire and my husband for making sure to remind you to treat your customers with respect and not take advantage of them. We all are trying to make a living, I was too but unlike your employee he made some money, I was not able to reach my destination to earn mine today. Provide better service and raise your rating. That is what occurred today.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, TOW DRIVER WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE AND DEMANDING HER THAT SHE NEEDED A TOW AND YELLING AT HER. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE WAS JUST AS RUDE AS THE DRIVER. BOTH WERE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE WAS MONEY INVOLVED FOR HELPING TURN CAR ON AND STILL DEMANDING A TOW. WILL DEFINITELY GO TOMORROW AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THIS INCIDENT!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DID YOU ADD THAT COMMENT BEFORE OR AFTER YOU CALLED ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW SIR?? OH AND BY THE WAY I HAVE NO NEED FOR A FREE TOW YOU OFFERED ON THE PHONE SIR?? NICE SERVICE!!!
