$120 to tow my Infiniti coupe 7 miles, from around North Star Mall to the dealer on De Zavala on Dec. 2, 2024; it has an electrical problem. They got here in 20 minutes, I was surprised they were so fast, I paid cash but they take credit cards. This was actually the best tow I've ever had.
I was treated so poorly i have no choice but to leave a bad review. The driver shows up asks if he can turn on my CRASHED car and drive it up the ramp then forces it into drive and catches it on fire. He then starts freaking out on me, forces me to remove the car while on fire off the bed. Once the fire is put out he lies to his boss about the situation and denies me services leaving me stranded. I speak to his boss, he agrees to make it right and then i get denied services again! I was a returning paying customer in both the towing services & tire shop. They lost a loyal customer. I didnt want it to come to this but this is not over. If they had made it right in just towing me after the police gave them the greenlight i would not be writing this review but after poor treatment i will find a way to resolve this.
These were the best guys ever. Took me to impound...let me ride back w him...great service and price. I will recommend them to everyone from this day forward.
My truck was broke down in Temple. Gave me a very reasonable rate to tow to his shop and helped me get another engine. Good communction. Professional. Highly recommend

Towed my Civic that is super low, on the ground basically! Called a few tow trucks they couldn’t get it! But Trevinos did! Will be using them from now on.
