When your vehicle unexpectedly breaks down, a lot runs through your mind, and the stress of the situation can be overwhelming. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone, but if you do find yourself needing to relocate your vehicle, trust that Snatch Recovery and Towing will take care of you. I was worried about the cost, but their pricing was very reasonable. The driver arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism.

This company is a lifesaver. Shout out to the tow truck driver David cool dude. After waiting 5 hours for a tow truck and no one show up my insurance reach out to these guys and they there in less that 30 mins. This guys was out there in the rain and mud trying to tow my car and im telling u it was a struggle because my car is low. But he got me home not only that he got my car all the way in my garage. Wish I could give u 20 stars bro you need more than 5 and u definitely have a new customer

When your in time of need of any auto recovery or any towing call snatch recovery he provides great services such as lock outs and auto recoverys and he also provides long distance towing at any given time you are in need it can be here in town or out of town let him no thanks god bless
Do not trust. I was looking for emergency tow truck services cause it was an extremely hot day and my mothers car was not starting so I called for this company’s services (since they had really high ratings I figured they were reliable) WRONG…they left my mother STRANDED. I called TWICE and guy on the phone reassured me the tow truck driver was less than half an hour away, but when my mom calls him he was extremely unprofessional and rude to her. Do yourself a favor and get rid of that dude and find yourself a new tow truck place that will actually show up. Beyond disappointed.
Our truck broke down and our insurance left us at the roadside for 10hrs in hot temperatures with 2 dogs then refused to take us. Called Snatch Recovery and these guys were great, got straight on to it. Sent us a truck and towed it 160 miles back to where we needed it. Great service and would highly recommend. Thank You
When it comes to tow services, follow the customer ratings. After three lesser-rated services accepted the job and then no-showed, Steven with Snatch wound his way through road closures and traffic to get my vehicle and deliver it where I needed it, all while I was at work. Garbage. I coordinated a week prior to have a car picked up an relocated to a different location. Spoke to the company two days prior to confirm they would still be able to. After pickup was confirmed, driver pulled a no-show and took 30 minutes for someone to finally answer the phone, only for me to be told the driver will call. Driver called, said he wasn't coming and that I needed to reschedule for a different day. There are more options in S.A. and I recommend a more professional one so you don't get jerked around.
These guys went above and beyond to help me quickly on a Sunday night. The price was reasonable and the response was faster than expected. Would recommend to anyone who needs trustworthy towing service.

My vehicle broke down Saturday evening. My wife was injured at home and unable to drive. The virus situation has all of my friends safely in their homes. I wondered if a towing company would even be working on a Saturday night. We called "Snatch Recovery and Towing." David Silva answered and told me he was on his way.
Then he called me again to assure me he was close. David was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Not only that, he had a sense of what might be wrong with my vehicle and even gave me some advice on how to get it fixed.
And the price was fair. Wow. Good price. Nice guy. Professional and courteous.

Would not recommend this towing company to anyone, they do not stand by their word. My Land Rover was towed but this company they damaged Brackets and sensors for my air ride suspension. After speaking to the owner he said to have the shop take a look at the vehicle and see what they come up with and he would Reimburse me for damages. After tell me that the vehicle was tow with care the shop showed me the video when my vehicle was delivered. The headlights were on when the vehicle came pulling in the drive proving that the key was left on and was trying to level the vehicle out but couldn’t because they had hooked to the frame instead of using wheel strap like they should of. After tell the owner of what his company had done and the proof I had his response was “Well your truck just old”. If you looking to tow a vehicle to the scrape yard be all means calls these guys but If you care about your vehicle and especially have a high end vehicle DO NOT USE this company.
Had to have a truck loaded onto my gooseneck because my winch broke on my trailer. They were here within 30 minutes had me loaded and ready to go in an hour also 1/3 of the price of anyone else I used will use them again!

This is the most humble, diligent, most professional team of mechanics I have had the pleasure to have work on my truck. I usually have to deal with guys and shops that manipulate or persuade me into purchasing so much and spending money I don't have for minor jobs. This shop has been non-stop around the clock working on figuring out what was wrong with my truck for days and even after hours. They towed it, fixed it, picked me up from work, stayed after hours again to make sure I was able to get to work the next day. I am fortunate to find a shop that has the integrity and heart of these mechanics. Please take you auto issues to them. They will work hard and make everything worth while.
