I wish I could give less than 1 star. Long story but the tow driver got grease all in my car and the company won’t do anything. The driver speaks only Turkish and dropped off some cleaning supplies on my doorstep that will NOT get the grease out of the felt. I’m so upset. He didn’t even show up with the right tools to change my tire and had to tow my car 1 mile. He never even changed the tire Discount Tire did. So I paid $119 for a 1 mile tow and grease in my Lexus. BEWARE!!!!!
So 10-4 towing sent a reply apologizing but I see they DID NOT refund my money or at least a partial refund. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and I cannot afford to just be paying for services not rendered and I’m stuck trying to get the grease out of the interior of my car. Come on people you have to do better with your customer service.
I had them pick up my 2016 BMW from the dealer and when it got to me it was completely destroyed on the undercarriage and my power steering does not work. I have formally contacted them to resolve and will update this review as the process moves forward. As of now , please do not use them if you have a luxury vehicle.
Great service from Isaac in the front office and the driver Raul. They moved my classic Mercedes from San Antonio to Bulverde, TX with great care and attention. I consider the price to be reasonable . They were very responsive. I will definitely use these guys again
I called the company and spoke with Issac. He was very helpful and professional. He explained tow truck would take 1-2 hours , which was fine for us. Tow truck arrived within 1 hour which was great. Tow truck was careful with our vehicle from beginning of picking up vehicle to dropping off vehicle to our home. We will definitely call them again if we need a tow truck
I had an amazing experience with this company. Driver was very experienced and professional. I was not having the best night and he helped me feel at ease, and transported me with my car free of charge. I highly recommend them, and would put my trust in them again for their services.
The absolute worst experience I’ve had with a towing service. Given an hour wait time in which I waited well past while receiving no phone calls regarding updates.

Spoke to Tito who was very professional and prompt to having a truck out to my location. They arrived in less than an hour and were very reasonably priced. If the need comes up again I’ll be sure to use this company.
My tow truck driver Luis was very helpful with making sure my car got to the designated location. He made sure all details were understood before towing my car. I recommend this company and Luis.

Very good service, the dispatch was very quick and knowledgeable about the area. I had gotten ran off the road and hit a tree so i needed a tow from a very busy street. My only complaint would have to have been the time it took for the truck to get to me, I had to call dispatch after 30 min and he verified the truck got held up and it would be another 20 min to get to me. I understand things happen and things don't happen in a snap of a finger but some communication from the driver would have been helpful. Other than that it was easy and quick to get my car where it needed to be.
Being stranded on the side of the highway with no gas in 100 degree weather is no fun. Luckily 10-4 got to me in a timely manner and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you for great service
Horrible service. You get transferred all over when you call and when you ask a simple question they don’t seem to know a thing. Also to mention my car was a total loss and my insurance was needing to pick it up but these idiots kept beating around the bush. Do not use them if you don’t have to.
This company is 100% on its game. called them and within 15 minutes had a price quote and a driver dispatched. Very professional and great communication. will do business again with them
I just got my car towed a few moments ago. The driver was very professional and fast. this company was very efficient and the person that took care of me over the phone was very helpful.
Please do not waste your money/time using this tow company. They will have you waiting 3+ hours with no communication unless you call and follow up. Quick to take your money though. I watched the driver drive in circles once they got to my requested destination. I would’ve been better off pushing my car myself. Straight garbage. Do not recommend.
