My cars lower ball joint broke a block away from my home I called Empire Towing the price was very reasonable and they arrived at my location within 30 minutes I am very pleased with this towing company! Their number is already saved in my contacts, definitely will be calling them again!!
I can always count on Empire for my needs regardless of my situation. Quick and affordable towing is the quick way to describe it. A lot of prices around are high but this was the best thus far, even for the low price I received great customer service and great communication. Definitely will use again
Called for a tow BUT couldn't give me an answer on how much until I texted him??? Only works through texting? Why?? Price for tow was way to high!! Got someone else that was twice as far from my location and half the price!
They said there were coming they never made it then the truck broke they had to fix it once it was fixed they had another car to pick up so I don't recommend them . Don't waste your time you'll be there all night .
I highly recommend this towing service Eric and Rob were professional. I was reluctant at first because I was referral by the impound lot referred me. However, I am sooo glad I called them. The wait time was short to me considering I called during San Antoni Rush Hour, 5PM. He made it in an hour. Once Rob the driver arrived he explained the entire process. He explained how the car may drag while loading and unloading becauuse I didn't have the key. Incidentally, it didn't drag to me. I thought sparks were going to fly, but no it didn't hapoen. Rob also parked the car in a very tight spot for me (after I put on my I'm about to cry face). Thank you sooo much Rob! He was Awesome. Going forward this is my towing service. Furthermore, Rob is a safe driver, he drove the speed limit. However he missed signaling once and that was because I flashed him to get in front of me as I knew the lane he needed to be in. I say there is no need to signal a driver that knows that you are coming in their lane. I AM SO USING THIS TOWING SERVUCE FROM NOW ON. Thank you Empire Towing. Empire was recommended to me by another towing services. The very next minute I talked on the phone with Eric and later same day my car was towed. The driver Rob provided fast, efficient and affordable service. Would recommend their company to anyone, especially for those in need of towing in parking garages.
T06-681 drives recklessly. Went straight in a turn only lane cutting off vehicles, no turn signal when switching lanes. Very dangerous driving I hope they get some better drivers.
