AB towing brought my car all the way home (which was 86 miles) with out hesitation. The driver even said he enjoyed the drive (Texas Hill Country). The first company that was dispatched to do it canceled the ticket and refused to bring her home.

For those unfortunate moments I’ve needed a specialty tow truck with expertise for picking up low profile sport cars (sub 5 inch stance), this is the company I trust to use after so many bad experiences with other companies. I’ve always had a great interaction with AB Towing from dispatchers with good communication/updates on ETA to the actual work done by Abraham and others in the team who are very careful and thoughtful in how to tow the car to ensure no bumpers /carbon fiber/ custom exhaust gets damaged. I’ve had 2 flat tire events where I was left stranded and other Tow companies declined or didn’t have the tools/experience to tow my car due to lower profile but only AB Towing have proven to know how to get the job done with their equipment and who I now trust to get me out of that situation.
If you one of the few who have a lowered car or low profile sports car like I have, this is the company & crew that hasn’t let me down and recommend.
Thanks AB Towing & Abraham for also saving me the need to get an UBER to ride separately to get to the dealership as other companies prefer to just tow the car without the customer. Much appreciated

Didn’t even have to correlate that with driver, he was very professional and made sure my car didn’t get a single scratch to it even though my car is very low to the ground. Called AB towing company as soon as I broke down. They were punctual and got me situated quickly. The driver was very good people they charge very fair. Overall I would recommend to anyone. Great service. They showed up quick and were friendly the whole time. Ruben was great with dropping off my motorcycle and very careful. I would recommend them as I found them to be trust worthy and honest.
Ok so trying to keep the story short, I have AAA and they said they would get a tow to me in 1 hr so fast forward a hour and a half later I call to see if I could get a update on where the truck was , AAA response to it oh the tow company canceled and we are having problems finding another. Sooooo I gave them another 1/2 hour called them back and they said they still hadn’t found one.
Long story short I called these guys explained my problem to the youn lady on the phone( super sweet she even called me back after my phone disconnected) she told me they would be here in 45 min. Sure as hell within that time frame Ruben showed up had me in the truck with the AC on and and we where gone Ty. Very much and if I need to call again I will
From initial call to delivery of services, this entire process was as smooth as could be. Ana handling the incoming call was able to clearly explain the process, requirements, and expectations. AB Towing was also able to provide options for me to ensure peace of mind as I was not able to physically be present for signings and transactions. Driver arrived when promised. He was courteous and cautious about my safety as he loaded my truck on the bed and about climbing into the cab. He delivered both my vehicle and myself to the address provided. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend using their towing service to anyone needing their services.

I am a first-time customer. The customer service when getting a quote to making a pick up appointment was very smooth and professional. The TowMan Blake arrived, placed my truck on a flatbed, drive, drop, and payment at the final location easy and again professional. I already put this company on my Google Maps for the future. UPDATE: I had used them again less than a couple weeks later to tow the same vehicle to another shop. I was unable to be present during this service, but were able to tow to location and take payment over the phone.
We found out a day before we were scheduled to move that the moving company we were using would be unable to assist us with transporting three overweight items into a shipping container due to size and weight. Panicked and stressed I reached out to several local tow companies in search of a flatbed that could winch up the items and level off to the shipping container.
My initial conversation was with AB the owner who was polite and articulate. I was taken aback by the rate he wanted which was 50/hr more than other companies for the same service. However he explained that his drivers were highly qualified and that he paid them well so that everything went smooth with his calls. I really liked this mentality and elected to utilize his company. On top of that he gave me his cell phone.
The call was scheduled for 0800 the next morning and I had already texted AB earlier than that to confirm and within 5 minutes received a response assuring me the driver was on the way. His driver showing up was the cornerstone to my ENTIRE day/move going well because I needed those big items into the container first.
Our flatbed driver Blake was courteous, professional, intelligent, and one heil of a problem solver. Most of all Blake was accommodating to our requests and went above and beyond to solve height problems.

The service I received was AMAZING!!! And their prices are very reasonable! Finally a tow truck company that is not trying to rip you off!!!!! I called because my car was stalled on the side of the highway blocking traffic. Due to the circumstances Tanya sent her quickest driver to my location. Both Tanya and the driver kept in contact with me the whole time!
The dispatcher was very helpful in trying to get a tow to me that would accommodate me and my daughter. David, arrived 25 minutes sooner then I was told and was very nice. I'm very grateful to AB Towing, we had a great experience with them. Our truck broke down inside a parking garage, and they were prompt to help us out and tow our truck all the way back to Austin. Our driver was very considerate, updating us consistently and their communication with us was wonderful. They were professional, kind, sympathetic, and as helpful as they could be.
