Mom was in emergency surgery and I broke down on way there. I called this company and paid in advance only for my landrover to be left sideways in the street, unlocked, hood open, left in neutral, and with the ignition on. My battery is completely dead and unable to lock. Terrible customer service!!! I asked him to drop it in the driveway and I was told that it would be extra!!! Stay clear of this type of service!!!

Zero stars - Terrible service. Called for a tow truck. After 30 minutes of waiting in a dangerous situation another Good Samaritan tow truck stopped to help. Since I had not yet received a return call from “1st Choice”, I used this tow service since it was an emergency. I called to cancel 1st choice and they charged me a $89 cancellation fee. Do not use them - they should be NO ONE’s 1st Choice since they don’t show up when you need them.

Ordered a tow truck, paid the fee, waited over an hour and a half and still had yet hear from the tower and the company despite being told the tower truck would arrive in “20 minutes.” The company declined every single one of my calls for an update on the tow truck. Do not recommend at all this is a complete scam.

They are a third party that calls other towing companies on your behalf then charge their own price that’s INSANELY higher than the actual price of the tow. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You are wasting your money with them. Call an ACTUAL towing company and it will be significantly cheaper.

This place is super unprofessional. They'll ruin your car, scratch it, give you more flat tires than you started with, and they're super rude. They don't care about your car. And customer service is just some guy living in a basement. A joke

This is the worst tow truck company I’ve ever encountered. Yesterday I called for a tow truck about 3pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. I had to pay with my credit/debit card ahead of time as they wouldn’t accept cash. An hour passed and I called to follow up. They told me the driver was stuck in traffic but should arrive in 15-20mins. Another hour passed and I called again only to be told the driver was putting gas but should arrive in 15-20 minutes but at this point I had to pick up my kids so they told me I could leave the key in the car and they can bring my car to me. From this point waiting at home I was given all kinds of lies being told over and over that the driver was on his way or the driver was stuck in traffic. 4 hours into waiting I get A call asking where exactly my car is parked so I sent the location for the third time. I was told 20 minutes after that the driver had my car and was on his way. An hour later I get a call from another driver who says he’s on his way to get my car. I got nothing but the rub around from this company. The driver who actually showed was nice and simply jump started my car. They still charged me 80 for the jump start which was honestly a lot given all that I went through. One of their excuses was that they are contracted with the police department and when they get a call they have to drop everything and go. What I can’t seem to understand however is how they lied each time about being stuck in traffic or putting gas or saying they have my car when they didn’t. Again worst tow truck company I’ve ever encountered. Do Not Recommend.
Have been sitting on the side of the interstate in the heat of the summer waiting for them to show up for a tow. Initially given an ETA of 30 minutes. ~45 minutes later I call in and they tell me it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. ~30 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me he’s seconds away. ~15 minutes pass and I have to call in again, they tell me it’ll be another 30 minutes before someone gets here. Waited a total of an 1.5 hours before canceling.
I know things come up, but there was a total lack of communication.
And the cherry on top the rep was laughing on the phone when I was calling in. Completely unprofessional customer service.
