No one who gets their car towed is having a good day. But staff was nice and answered all my questions and made the process of getting my car back as easy as possible.

My car was towed at the behest of of the Bexar County Sheriffs Dept. When I called to get info the staff was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. A young man named Steve screwed my plates back on my car. Called back spoke to a man named Tommy he spent several minutes answering questions. He was very helpful and courteous.
