AAA dispatched Angelo's Towing after we accidentally locked my keys in the truck at my job. AAA estimated an arrival time of 59 minutes, but the driver was there in 15 minutes or less! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Angelo's!

Car was overheating due to radiator/coolant issues. I contacted AAA for a tow, and I was assigned David S from Angelo's Towing. David was professional, friendly, and patient. I explained what was going on over the phone, and before he arrived he had some idea of how to fix my car rather than towing it. David went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. When I contacted the dispatcher for a quote, he was also very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful to have been assigned to Angelo's. 10/10 experience.
I would rather put 0 starts but I can’t , Jesse needs to be fired , he will ruin your vehicle and blame you for it and leave you stranded. He was confrontational and unprofessional and aggressive. If you care about your vehicle do not use this business. Do better !!
I had an awful experience with this towing company. They damaged my car while towing it and then left the scene without taking responsibility. When I contacted them about the issue, they were rude, unhelpful, and refused to provide any assistance or compensation.
It’s shocking how unprofessional and careless they were — not only did they cause damage, but they also refused to even acknowledge their mistake. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from them!
I DO NOT recommend this place. They do no care for the damage they cause to your vehicle!! Towed my vehicle and didnt care it scraped the ground or that they caused a dent. Horrible service from “NIGHT JESSE”
AAA sent Angelo’s Towing to help us out, and they were great! David was super friendly, kept us updated on timing, and got our car towed quickly and safely. He made the whole process really easy. Definitely recommend!
Our truck was damaged in a fender-bender and AAA sent Angelo’s towing to tow us back to our house. The tow truck arrived promptly and Jesus helped us pull the bumper to where the wheel well was not rubbing on the tire, enabling us to drive our vehicle home. Jesus was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful - he helped turn a bad experience around. I appreciated the prompt, professional service and highly recommend Angelo’s Towing.

I called AAA. My car would not move and Jessie came to the rescue. He reassured me. My car is a diesel and was very heavy and difficult to load because all the electric was completely out and I found out later the axle was cracked. Jessie was so careful with my car. He did such a nice job and reassured me the entire time. He had to calm me and at the same time deal with getting my car loaded up. It really did not take him long. He helped me choose a reputable auto repair shop nearby and he got it all done. I highly recommend Angelo's Towing because of the caliber employees they hire, like Jessie. Although it was unfortunate, Jessie made the best of a bad situation with his positive attitude, ownership he takes in his job and his big smile. Thanks you so much, Jessie and Angelo's Towing. We needed to be wrenched out of our situation and David was so very polite, solid, and professional. They kept us updated on ETA but we didn't have to wait long. Definitely felt a sense of relief as soon as I saw the truck lights to our rescue. Thanks again to David @ Angelo's towing

Angelo’s came out this morning. Thought I needed a new battery but it seems my battery was ok. I wasn’t driving enough for the battery to recharge itself. Checked lights weren’t left on, alarm was ok, nothing was draining the battery. I received good service and had a very thoughtful service person. Explained what I needed to do, and if I had any issues to let him know.
David Segovia was dispatched to tow my son's vehicle. The estimated wait time was 59 minutes, however, he arrived in 20 mins. He kept me in contact during the entire tow progress. When the vehicle arrived at Walmart Automotive Dept he tried to check my vehicle in as a courtesy because I was stuck in traffic. Walmart said he was unable to do so. He waited until I arrived safely at Walmart before he left. Will definitely recommend Angelo's Towing. Great customer service!
Jesse is the best tow truck driver I've ever seen. There was so many issues with my truck but he handled everything and got my truck home safe. These are the guys I'm calling whenever I need my vehicles towed. Thanks for your help
I'm a AAA member and they always have Angelo's come out to tow my vehicles. My estimate times to get to me are an hour/s, but they get to me within half an hour tops. They are quick and efficient. Haven't had any problems with them. Not sure what their prices are. But, the guys that tow are pretty professional and knowledgeable.
If I could review this place 0 stars, I would. Horrible service. Had me waiting for over 2 hours and despite me asking for a flat bed at the time of placing the request, they sent me a normal tow truck and not a flat bed. I was told by the guy who came with the normal truck that another person requested a flat bed after our request and they went to them instead because “they were closer”. Then upon me asking to speak to a manager, I was told I can’t and that the name of the manager can’t be provided to me. After receiving the go around for over 2.5 hours, I was told my request has been canceled. I would never recommend this place. If you’re in need of help, you’re better off praying for a miracle than you are calling these people.
Update from 5 ⭐ I have been standing outside in 97° temperatures fighting the bugs waiting for the past 90 minutes for somebody to come unlock my car door (with AAA). They called and told me 12 minutes after another 20 minutes and it went straight to voicemail. I don't know who took over, but the service is garbage now. Thanks to them I'm not renewing my AAA with because they lie. Driver did arrive close to second ETA and was friendly and quick, hence to 2 ⭐
I used Angelo's through AAA. First interaction I met JR; he got there as quickly as allows in rush hour traffic. Very kind, patient and explained 'car stuff' I had questions on. Then I had my car towed to the shop with Jesus. Also very nice and quickly responded (not rush hour) and also answered any questions I had. I would definitely use this company again.
Cody with Angelos Towing was dispatched through Toyota roadside assistance when I needed my vehicle towed to the dealership due to an issue caused by the dealership. I was stressed out as this was a work vehicle that potentially has significant damage due to negligence on the dealership’s part. Cody arrived extremely quickly, was kind, funny and empathetic and took excellent care of my vehicle. So thankful for him bringing some peace and levity to the situation.
I would like to say that the service I received from Angelo’s towing was impeccable. The communication I received was timely. The must disturbing and unsettling experience I have ever had with a towing company since joining AAA 40 years ago. The driver must have had a really bad day or doesn’t like the job. I have not felt unsafe to drive with ANYONE in my life! I was not gonna take a chance - I was so disturbed and under pressure to make a decision if to drive with him or wait for another Tow Company that instead I made a naive question: if I could ride in my car. His first answer: “or you can take an Uber.” What happened I don’t know but Costumer Service has always been 5 star with whom AAA has partnered with in the last 40 years in two states mind you - WOW
I had a flat tire this morning. I called AAA and they dispatched Angelo's however they estimated a 58 minute wait. I then called OnStar who dispatched Angelo's through AAA but with an expedited wait time. Two trucks came to change my tire. They were very polite and courteous. They went the extra mile to show me the damage and to place my tire in the trunk with the damage visible and facing out. Thank you for your help this morning!
Very impressed with Angelo's. They've come out to help (through AAA) when my car battery died and my wife's car wouldn't start. Someone came out very quickly and helped us. They were professional, very kind, and got the job done quickly (battery replacement and tow to a mechanic). Thank you, Angelo's!
Thank you AAA for sending out this company to fix my tire! Very professional and only had to wait thirty mins for them to come and air up my tire! Ryan (I believe that is his name) was helpful in which tire shop to go too and waited for me to drive off to make sure I was ok!! Thank you again!
What can I say man? These guys saved my life! The best towing company in San Antonio hands down! I can sing the praises of these guys all day but that are just bore you. But I could end it like this. If you ever need a towing company. That'll go above and beyond to help you. You don't have to go no farther than Angelo's towing service!
Andrew showed up to help us change a flat and was super nice and efficient. He offered us refreshments while we waited and got us back on the road in no time. Very good, professional company, and I will happily call Angelo’s in the future.
