Called on a Sunday afternoon. Texas Patriot quoted a fair price on the phone, showed up on time and had my vehicle loaded and headed down the road in minutes.
Towed to my mechanic and even completed the key drop form for me. I was sent pictures and videos showing where the vehicle was dropped (see attached). Price never changed, and service was exactly as described. Quick and easy. Highly recommend Texas Patriot!

Very professional and true to their word. I couldn't be at pick up and drop off of my car but Alex was on top of communicating with me through the whole process. He was on time and even took the time to send pictures of my car showing me it was picked up. Thanks again for taking a stressful situation and making one part of it stress free. Highly recommend.
First, they were the only towers in the area who picked up the phone or were available on a blazing hot Sunday in the middle of the day. The individual I spoke with was very professional and helpful with the stressful situation I was in. They came within 15-20 minutes, like they said they would. Second, they didn’t just come and tow away my car. They assessed the issue without me having to ask them to do so by troubleshooting and gave me solid advice to relay to my mechanic. I would recommend Texas Patriot Towing to anyone and I would call them again in the future if I ever needed towing services.
When I called Adam answered quickly and said “before you spend money tell me the problem.” I told him what was happening and he told me to watch a quick you tube video to see where to place my key fab to see if that would work to save me a tow. It worked instantly after 3 hours of me trying other things. I was so grateful he asked what the problem was before just taking the towing job!! Will definitely use them if I ever need to be towed and don’t have a fix!

He really was "Adam" on the spot when it came to scheduling and picking up my car. He not only worked with me on the price, but he also helped me get to safety and helped ease my nerves and anxiety. He didn’t have to do what he did for me, but he did and went above and beyond for me. He also helped me get to a hotel and to a mechanic. He has been more than a lifesaver for me. Definitely recommend Texas Patriot Towing! Called, let the operator know the details and writhing 20 minutes the driver was at my location. The car was at the Airport Parking garage and was very professional and patient with me and the airport parking staff. Got my car home safe and sound with zero damage. Even helped me unlock the vehicle and get into the vehicle from the battery and locking mechanisms being disabled due to bmw safety parameters. For what he charged and me and the amount of time he spent helping me get into my vehicle I feel like I owe him more. But at the very least I could not close this transaction without leaving a review and letting everyone know that if you need a tow, this company should be the first to call. Friendly, respectful, honest and last but definitely not least is a United States Marine/Veteran. Please call here before choosing to elsewhere. I’m slow posting my review, but last month I had car trouble while traveling to San Antonio on hwy 281, I was outside the city limits when it occurred, in Spring Branch. I coasted to a parking lot & decided to leave it over night since it was a holiday.I called to get a ride home & had the person drop my car key at my mechanics since I knew I’d have it towed there in the morning.
The following morning I called my mechanic & asked which wrecker service they used & made that call. That wrecker service rep smirked at me when I requested they pick up my car keys from my mechanic, & said ma’am, we don’t do that. Instead there would be other charges to tow my car without the keys, & it would be hours before they could get my car picked up.
I located Texas Patriot Towing thru researching & called.
Excellent customer service! He went to my mechanic, got my keys, then towed my car back to my mechanic. It was over 36 mi round trip.
He sent pics at each stop. My car was there within the hour & it was ready for pickup in the afternoon. All thanks to the excellent service provided by Texas Patriot Towing. I can’t say enough good things about the personable, great customer svc; I knew I was in good hands as soon as I talked on the phone. No wonder he has 1000’s of 5 star reviews, it’s well deserved. I got locked out of car, in parking garage because of a faulty auto lock. I called 3 places that wanted over $120 and wanted me to wait 1-2 hours for them to arrive and the cherry on top, charge more since it’s in a garage.
I called at 8:10 and he was there at 8:20. Legitimately the fastest service I’ve ever seen. He saved my morning and quite possibly my career lmao. It took no time at all, and he didn’t charge an arm and a leg like the other places I called.

Needed my second tow in 2 days and Adam was just as fast and reliable as yesterday. Had my car loaded and on its way to the other shop in minutes. It’s a tricky shop to find and he knew exactly where to go. Best tow service anywhere.
I’m gonna try to keep this story short. Adam is a great guy and that’s an understatement. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help me while I was stuck in San Antonio for two weeks.
I broke down in San Antonio in front of a Bank of America with my trailer. I had called at least 8 tow companies and nobody would take my truck and trailer. I called Texas patriot towing and he was able tandem my truck and trailer to his house where he let me store my trailer for $25 a day and then took me to an aamco shop. He dropped me off near a hotel so I could get a place to stay. He offered to give me rides to and from hotels and to the aamco to check on my truck.
I’ve got so so so many things I could add on to this, but I’ve never seen better service and support from a company and this story doesn’t even scratch the surface. All around great guy and I would recommend him to anybody who needs a tow. Very affordable, trustworthy, professional.
