This company will quote a rate and then change the rate after the fact. They will come up with excuses like "if we have to write an invoice it is extra" Then grossly over charge. Stay clear. Call anyone but these guys-----
Absolutely great experience. We were visiting San Antonio from Houston and my car decided it had its own plans. After breaking down in a business parking lot, Mission was dispatched to help move my car. They were so kind on the phone and understood when I had to make destination changes. Was told it wpuld be about an hour to an hour and a half wait but after literally 15 minutes, they were there. The tow truck driver, Juan or Jose (can't remember) was so awesome. Can't say enough about him. If were ever in the area again, and someone needs service, we will definitely recommend them.
My 06 Nissan Sentra broke its idler pulley and left me stranded at about 11:30 at night. These guys came within 30 minutes and got me home.

My husband broke down on I35 on his way home from work and he called Mission. They told him it would be 60 to 90 minutes. I was very nervous about him sitting on the side of the highway after dark. Daron was there in just over 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. He got my husband and his car off of the highway and home quickly. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a towing company! If I ever need another tow, I will gladly call Mission, and I would defiantly request Daron if he were on call even if I had to wait a little longer.
Beyond Horrible - I owe this disservice to my insurance carrier GEICO - Initially said 45 mins - then changed to 2 hours and they never arrived. Simply Horrible.

I took them at their word due to the solid reviews but I won’t be contacting them again.
Promises vs. Reality – Extremely Disappointed
Mission Wrecker advertises “five-star customer service” and “quick response times,” but my experience was far from that. GEICO arranged for them to assist me by 7:30. When I called, I was told an hour and a half wait—and it’s now been over two hours with no one showing up.
Dispatchers give vague updates, and there’s clearly a lack of communication. For a company that claims reliable 24-hour roadside assistance, this is unacceptable. Mission Wrecker needs to align their service with the promises on their website.
Thomas is the best . Knows what he’s doing , he towed in one of my service trucks and was able get it under low over pass by watching what he was doing .ask for Thomas , if you want the job done right .
My truck broke down late at night and Juan Napoles arrived in less than 30 minutes and towed it to my house across town. He was fast and professional. 10/10 experience, I couldn't be more grateful.

I called Mission to come pull an 85' boom lift that weighs about 15,000 lbs out of a nasty mud hole. Gilbert showed up within an hour with a badass rig and pulled it out no problem. Everyone I delt with at Mission was friendly and professional. Gilbert is a true professional. I will definitely use Mission again in the future.
John Lawrence just towed away my disabled car. He arrived promptly and went straight to work. He had a friendly demeanor and explained what he was doing in a professional manner. If I ever need towing services again, I will call Mission because of John. And also, compliments to your dispatch for their pleasant and efficient demeanor.

I have had 2 great experiences with them, as I have a Lemon Tesla. I especially appreciate Larry who went above and beyond with a 10 minute response time (amazing!) He was able to adapt to a complicated situation excellently. I forget the name of the gentleman who helped me in January, but he was great too. Great company.

Yesterday I scheduled a tow for an “Aqua” vehicle to be towed today at 10am. Not only did the driver, Marcello arrive 15 minutes early, he quickly got the car hooked up and ready to tow. I mentioned the color of the vehicle because the driver looked just like Jason Momoa in Aquaman! When we arrived at the storage facility where the vehicle is being stored he had to wait over an hour due to a snafu with booking the storage. He was so kind and professional the whole time during the long wait. I really appreciated his demeanor while we worked through everything with the storage facility. I'd like to take the time to acknowledge the great service I received with Mission Wrecker Service that I received after having a blowout on the freeway. After pulling off into a safe place to decide, " Who am I going to call?" I remembered the card given to me by Rick Lozano if I was "Ever in need of service for my truck!" Well, I'm sure glad I had saved it. I called this gentleman whom answered and took my information to relay to his dispatch department and he told me 30 to 45 minutes?? I waited 20 and Christian arrived! Not only did he greet me with an extended hand, he also was glad I was safe and out of traffic. He slowly, carefully and majestically eased my boy "Blue" up the flatbed! He was sitting comfortable and securely with a "6 point tie down "I believe Driver Christian drove to our destination cautiously and continously looking at how my boy was doing. Parked and dropped off exactly how and where I wanted it... he's ready for a new tire in the morning! Mission Wrecker came to get my car after I had a blown out tire on my Subaru Ascent , they were very swift and they came to get really fast. I had asked for a flat bed since my tires were blown out & they came through as requested. The tow truck driver was very helpful & considerate to me during my dilemma. The dealership I brought my car to didn’t accept my car for whatever reason so the tow truck driver (Felite) offered to take it from there to a suitable service provider. 5 star all the way thank you Felite you are the man!

I was the unfortunate victim of tire theft while on a trip in the Houston area. My insurance company sent Mission Wrecker to tow my vehicle to the nearest tire store and I’m thankful the driver they sent was experienced and kind. He loaded my truck with care, walked in the bushes and located the lug nuts the thieves decided to toss and was kind enough to allow us to ride with him. He helped make a jacked up situation a little less painful. I can’t remember his name, and I’m upset about that, because he deserves all the credit in the world! Thank you driver of truck 173 for being so kind!
David was early polite answering all questions was very meticulous about safety while also offering good advise and delivery my 14ft x 7ft storage container to it's final destination and the price was extremely fair!
