Had a terrible experience with their driver, he took a toll road and extorted me out of an extra $40 when NO ONE called me to ask if that was okay and there were other options to take! Then gave me a number that was supposedly his boss and no one answered. One of the most aggravating deals I’ve ever experienced.
Campos towing are amazing. My car broke down in the middle street and I was in need of a wrecker and when I called them they showed up in 15 minutes. Jose was extremely nice even gave me a water since he knew I was standing in the heat. They towed my car to the mechanic and were real reasonable with the price. Thank you for everything definitely would recommend them to anyone.
Jose and his boss was amazing with helping out last night. Helped us by getting our car back home safe and sound. Even though it would’ve been much more for the tow because it was outside of city limits. Thank you so much for the discount and helping us out. My purse got stolen on vacation last week and my car had been stuck…on the 4th floor of the San Antonio airport. I called 11 tow truck companies in San Antonio, not a single person wanted to create a case and help me. I finally came across Campos Towing. Luis answered my call on the first ring and was AMAZING. He not only kept me updated on his location but was quick, efficient, and trustworthy. As a young female—you don’t want to ever be in a spot where you feel trapped and safety may be an issue, Luis came to the rescue.
Listen, I get it…nobody is excited to need their vehicle towed. But with the help of Campos Towing, when the cooling system in my car let me stranded twice in the past 6 months I was able to get it towed where I needed with the least amount of hassle possible. Jose took care of me both times and every interaction was professional, prompt, and guided by empathy. I hope I don’t need another tow anytime soon, but if I do there’s only one place I’m calling! After calling around to find an affordable tow company, we came across Campos Towing. We spoke to Jose and was super helpful explaining the why behind the prices. (Which were reasonable) his price was the best price we found and we felt comfortable letting them take care of us. What we really appreciated was the fact that they let us know when they would be on the way so we didnt have to wait at the stranded area. We could hang out at the near stores till they arrived. Unfortunately my car wouldn't crank over and I needed a tow. I started calling around stressed out to get quotes, I came across g.m Jose. I Got a quote from him & I told him id call him back if decided to go with him & he messaged me back with a better offer than he had given me which turned out to be the best price out if all the competitors. Luis was a MAJOR help tonight! Our vehicle was towed and he was on standby ready to help out how ever he could! Fortunately (for us ) at first, we didn’t require his services, however once on the way home, his services were then very needed and he was prompt on timing & got us off the highway out of a bad spot QUICK! Extremely straightforward and direct with assistance. Grateful they were available early in the morning on a weekend. Called back asap. Communication was good. Pricing is definitely fairly affordable for pick up outside San Antonio city limits. (Floresville area was our pick up area to drop off at medical area). I would recommend.
Such a fast, easy, and friendly experience! I was on the way to a company dinner, and left the car downtown. After placing the call, Jose the driver texted me with pictures of the car at each step of the way. The car was at my house in no time, and I was able to pay over the phone. The are my first call... will use them again!

These guys are good. They don't gouge your eyes out for a simple 10min drive. They secure your vehicle, notate everything before they move, and are very patient when waiting for instruction. My Ford Fiesta took a poo and I was getting quoted close to $200 until I called Campos! They even worked with us when our Dealership wants to be sticklers on warranties days later to get us proper documentation to get reimbursement for the tow!
