First time having the need for road side assistance after my truck had a little incident, great people and very friendly and even were helpful enough to have a look at my truck and see what the problem was to tell me :)) RECOMMEND 1000%
All week I was stressed about my Jeep. It wouldn’t crank or start. I finally caved to taking it to dealership but to get it there it would needed to be towed. Well I called Towing and Roadside of San Antonio. Henry and his wife were very friendly and responded quickly when I called. Both were very flexible when I had to reschedule because of work. They are very nice people, very competitive rates, and excellent at communicating. Their company is HIGHLY recommended if you need to hire a towing service. Don’t call anyone else until you give them a call first. They are the BEST in San Antonio!
Just had a tow from Henry great service very friendly prompt service. Henry was very helpful and polite even the lady on the phone was nice I don't remeber her name though. All around great service and fast I will be calling them again if I ever need a tow in the future highly recommended.
Henry was great and very communicative and came to tow my car. He even help me find a mechanic to get my car looked at. Very quick and friendly service.
I used this towing company back in February. I needed a tow again today, but I need to have a special equipment which they didn’t have but they’re so helpful to give me a number of a company that could help me. Always very polite always customer oriented. I will call them every time. I need a tow.

Henry came tow F250 truck when I broke down while at work. Henry came less than 30 minutes late minutes and had my truck towed to the facility which was close to where I live in New Braunfels and has the repair shop call me once my truck arrives and the whole experience was very professional, courteous, and welcoming. So helpful and responsive! These guys were able to get to me the quickest and for the lowest price. I was saved, I had a blown out tire on the highway, stuck right by the fast lane, not a great place to be. The people who picked me up were so nice, they got me out of that situation really quickly which I'm thankful for. If you need help on the highway or need a quick tow, call THESE GUYS!
This company and owner are supurb. Henry, the owner, was available on a Sunday in the rain within an hour. He replaced my flat tire with my spare which I was unable to access. He taught me how to do it and completed the task within 30 minutes for a very favorable price. Rusty Pierce

After coming to complete stop broke down on 281 in the middle of a heavy traffic morning he was there in 15 minutes and saved me from what could have been a really bad afternoon. He hooked up and before I knew it we were out of that bad spot rolling to the mechanic. Along the way, I asked if he could stop by my vet so I can pick up my dog was there overnight for surgery "not a problem." It was even happy to go out of his way me and my dog off at my house whereby he would carry on to the mechanic. If you ever broke down on a busy highway somewhere in San Antonio call him first 5 out of 5 stars! This guy looks like the actor Michael Pena from the movie 30 minutes or less I swear!
Henry showed up within the time frame that was quoted. I told him what issues we were having and the price that was quoted by the repair shop we were going to take it to. He said that sounded like way too much,so he suggested Santone Automotive. Great service on Henry's part, very professional,knowledgable, and so helpful in saving us money. Thank you so much.

I waited three hours from the first call for this company. I'm very disappointed and made me late for my job. There were no updates given to me about their status at all. I called twice to check on the status of the tow truck and at first they told me there was no record of my calling and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes then had to start he process over. Not a happy customer!
