Price was too good to be true. Call it 1230 for a toe said it would be an hour and a 1/2 they had to switch batteries on their truck At 3 o'clock I texted and they said that they were still going to be able to make it out today today but didn't give me a time frame. At 5:30 I text and asked if they were still going to to make it out they never responded at 5:45 I called and went straight to voicemail.
I was very pleased with this tow company especially the situation I was in . David the tow truck driver was professional and handled with care. I recommend this tow company! Thank you very much !
The guy that towed my car was nice, but he cross jumped my battery twice and caused further damage than I already had. The sparks melted the tops of my connectors and blew several fuses. Had to buy several new fuses for my electronics, a new battery, have to replace the connectors and I'm out $100 for a lousy jump that could have saved me from a tow. He also left my car in reverse and unlocked at the auto store.
I dont expect a mechanic to give me a jump but for someone who doesnt know much under the hood, I would have appreciated someone more observant or knowledgable than myself to do the job.
Ricky came out on a Sunday and for a mere $60 towed my brothers car from my house to his. He was super professional & friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Super fast reply. Thanks Ricky for your help on a Sunday w/o adding unnecessary and over priced fees.
My car started to overheat.. all other tow companies were to expensive or too busy. NOT RICKYS!! Matthew is the person I spoke with I was crying and in a panic he... made my night by giving me a good price and understanding how upset I was he was SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY and I appreciate that he gave me a great price on my tow!!!
