My friend’s tire blew up about 16 minutes from their place.
I had been calling around and very few places were open on a Sunday after 6pm.
I even left a voicemail with another place before calling Big B’s.
Big B’s answered the phone right away, discussed some ideas with me considering all the tire shops were closed, and then came right away!
They told us they had no problem dropping it off at a tire shop and they didn’t even need us to follow.
I was also surprised at how affordable it was. Just a flat rate for picking it up and dropping it off. Very nice.
They also were extremely friendly and kind so all in all, I will forever recommend them if towing is ever needed in the future.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to use these guys twice in one month. (My car broke down) they were recommended to me by Jerry Olivares who is an amazing mechanic. Big Bs Towing has offered a quick, reliable towing services for a fair price. Will definitely keep their number saved in my phone should I ever need them again!

It was Sunday morning, and my alternator gave out by Lake Braunig. I was definitely in a bind. I called about 10 different "Open 24 hrs" places with no answer, before Big B who answered and came to my rescue!!! One flat rate which was great. The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. They towed my vehicle to my mechanic in Kirby. They accept both cards and cash. I highly recommend Big B for ALL of your roadside emergencies. Fast, credible, and most of all 24 HOURS!!! No bull!!! We needed our vehicle towed to our home on a Sunday after having 2 blown tires. We tried calling our road side assistance and it was closed. Tried a few others and no answer. These guys answered right away and were able to help us out within 2 hour!!! Estimated time was 2 hours, but it took less than that. We are very thankful for them! Jonathan ( I hope I spelled his name correctly)was the gentleman who helped us and he was awesome! Highly recommend them!
Tow truck operator was professional. Did his job right away. Just from this experience using Big B’s Tow service and being given a reasonable rate. I would definitely use them again in a pinch.
I called 10 or so other tow trucks before reaching out to Chito! He was awesome and friendly over the phone. Was honest about his work and got us in as quick as possible for a busy day. Would recommend for someone stuck in a pinch!
My Mother, and Wife were stranded on the side of a majorly busy road. They called the Tow Truck Driver whom we frequently utilize. He was firm on his price, and had no compassion at the fact it was 8:30 PM etc. They called me to relay this. So I made some phone calls in search of a understanding person. I established that, and more. BIG B'S Towing & Roadside Assistance "went above, and beyond" to aid us. "Chito" is his name answered with the upmost respect knowledge compassion to where I was astounded. Understood where I was coming from. (Compassion) Answered "Yes sir. No sir." (Respect) Is very familiar with my area. (Knowledgeable) He dispatched a gentleman by the name of "David" whom went above, and beyond to shield my Mother, and Wife from traffic. He "light up the entire darkness like the sun was out" my Mother said. He "blocked the lane with his mighty tow truck." my Wife said. To make sure the area was 100 percent safe. (Went above, and beyond). "David" even helped me push our vehicle into the parking space when he acquired our vehicle safely, and 100 percent in tact at home. All in all (Shown above) this is the reason we deleted our "frequent tow truck driver" number, and replaced it with "AABT" (Above, And Beyond Towing) We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts BIG B's Towing & Roadside Assistance. I was stuck up to by axels in a back pasture at a ranch. We were surrounded in baby fine sand and Mr. Rios got us out in a very short amount of time. He was extremely patients as I spun out and covered him in sand.. multiple times 😂😳😬. SUPER nice guy and Very professional. I was pretty worried about the whole situation since we were in a pasture and no paved or gravel roads with in at least a mile. Mr Rio had it all handled and instantly put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge of the situation. I would recommend him for pretty much any of tour towing needs. Definitely a number you need to have saved in your phone for emergencies.
I was driving back to Houston from San Antonio at midnight to beat the traffic, and my engine started overheating, so I pulled over and found I couldn't diagnose the issue. I called Chito and he answered, at 1am, and was patient and willing to calmly brainstorm on what could be happening to this vehicle and if I really needed a tow or not. I ended up needing one.
He came out and scooped me up in a timely manner, and was kind enough to let me ride along and even took me to a nearby hotel aswell.
We had great conversation and it was a pleasant experience unlike all the other tow's I've had in my life where I felt like just another "job" to them.
Chito had a friend who was a mechanic and picked me up from my hotel in the morning and took me over there where I spent the day watching and chatting with them, while also being allowed to hangout and even help a bit in the repair process.
I was stranded without these two and honestly all things considered, the time spent with them was the best part of my entire vacation.
Highly highly recommend these kind and genuine people, and wish them the very best.

After sitting for hours waiting for All Tex Towing and them not returning my calls. I called Big Bs back and they came right away. I had a all wheel car his truck could not tow it. He took the time to call a buddy to come tow me AND drove me to my mom so I didn’t have to wait any more than I already had

My family went to look at land plots in Elmendorf. We got stuck in freshly laid out sand. Didnt realize how soft the ground was. My insurance could not locate a winch truck to pull us out. I looked up companies close by me and Big B's towing was the lucky one. Talked to Chito and he came right away. My insurance company was dragging and still after 1 hour they couldn't find anyone. Use this guy! He is seriously the best!!!!!! This guy saved our lives. We flew into San Antonio at 2am to find our car, that we were supposed to use to drive to our home 2 hours away, dead. We called him at 3am and he got to us within 20 minutes. He told us he would take our car wherever we wanted and even drove us to the bus station. We were going to have him drop the car off at the dealership and he referred us to a mechanic friend of his. I was hesitant but then agreed to letting his friend work on our car. We really appreciate the referral because the mechanic didn't overcharge us. All it was was a blown fuse and he totally could have told us it was way more. Anyway, the moral of the story is this guy is honest, friendly, and reliable. He totally took care of us. Thank you!!!!
I believe I have used them twice now and the rate(s) was great. Needed a wheel lift tow truck, had a busted ball joint that left me stranded, and they fit the bill. Friendly service, let's you know where you stand in the que instead of just leaving you hanging. Wholeheartedly have recommended to friends and family and to anyone who needs a tow.
