Recommended from AAA in el paso, TX. This is the second time I have been recommended to this towing company. Surprisingly each time I've had the same driver Victor C. He has always stayed in communication on his way to my pickup/drop off . I have never waited more than 15 minutes or less for his arrival. I would definitely recommend this towing company.
AAA California sent them when I had a blow out on the 10 going West. They sent a backup vehicle to help with traffic and both safely got me off the freeway and to a tire store following me a few miles!! Then they put on the spare and I’m good to go within an hour!

My wife car broke down on I 25 in front of Mile Marker 226 the driver could not find the mile marker. The driver called her and asked her if was in Los Lunas. My wife told she is on I 25 at MM 226 on the Lomas overhead. The driver could not find her. I called Chacon towing the answer in San Antonio Tx. They then cancelled the call. Terrible service
My Cadillac blew a radiator hose, no parts stores had it in stock so I knew I didn't want to stay stranded on a Southside store, so I called chacon, they got a flatbed over within a reasonable amount of time, and got me home. I like that the driver made sure we got my, pride and joy 'Lac loaded without bottoming out or any scrapes. Trustworthy team of people, and friendly.
If I could leave a 100 ⭐️ review I would for Chacon Towing, specifically Miss Hannah Duffey and her boss Josh. This woman was my savior, literally!!! She went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND her job description to help me out of a pretty awful situation. I was stuck in undeveloped land and could not move...for over 3 hours she tried and figured out a way to pull me out 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I am so grateful and appreciative to her, not only her but Josh , the boss at Chacon towing. They were both so empathetic and kind and really came through when I needed them. I literally would give infinity stars they are so sweet and professional and completely saved my car and me . Love you guys 😘I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again and again if I ever need their services 💪🏾
Actually, it is John Hamilton who is posting this review. Perry was the technician who showed up. It was AAA service. She arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. She quickly assessed my flat tire and concluded we needed to tow the vehicle to a tire servicer. Her service was simply outstanding. She is an Army vet, too. I highly recommend she be recognized and promoted as well. Simply outstanding.

You can tell he is good working / family man.
He's a keeper and deserves to a good paid 👍🏼.

The service was excellent, The tow truck driver ( Perry ) was extremely helpful a nice.

They were assigned by my insurance company to pick up my car. I got a text that they were there. That was the last communication I received. Today called the body shop and they did not receive my car because they were closed on Sunday. Call to Chacon and they said they canceled the tow they have in their notes that they called me and took pictures. I never received a phone call. Nothing. Apparently my insurance company wasn't told either. So my car was impounded fees are $296 luckily it's taken care of by the insurance but it didn't have to happen at all. What lousy customer service?
I got the best roadside service ever today! My battery died and Chacon Towing had a new one to replace it in their truck. And the service I got from Robert Negrete was outstanding! Very skilled, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!
I was helped by Steve and it was the best towing experience I’ve had. He communicated with me and kept me up to date with his ETA while waiting for him. Really nice guy. My front tire was only being held by the brake line but he handled my truck with care putting it on the truck and off of it even though I’m sure it was difficult. Going the extra mile to make sure nothing was damaged in doing so. I really appreciated it. Amazing guy and amazing service!
Very bad service the person named Isiah towed our car. He scraped all the driveway and the company doesn’t want get it fixed. Now we have to speak to AAA. This towing company, I do not recommend. So be very careful with company Chacon Roadside
My niece had an emergency and I was out of town and couldn’t go help her. I spoke with the dispatcher and she was soo kind and understanding. She called me teenage niece and spoke with her, she was crying and in distress she comforted her and walked her through what to expect. Then called me back and keep me informed of ever step. Soooo thankful I found a tow service that made us feel like family. Highly recommend.
Robert, came out, 2 am , was glad to see them, got it loaded and off to the dealer, in 10 minutes, had waited on AAA for 4 hrs, Chacon got the call was out here in 30 mins, wish AAA would have called them first!!! Fast super friendly service. The person who answered the phone was professional & efficient. The driver was quick showed up within 30min. Was very courteous. Stayed in contact with me the throughout the process.
Service was perfect Willie G.knew more about my vehicle than I did he even pushed it back to load it onto the tow truck without asking for any help he evn offered a ride back home after dropping off the vehicle and the price was way lower than I thought it would be

Given the fact that the ball joint of my brother's car was severely damaged that the left side tire was caved in (the reason why a tow truck was called). Either way, Matthew "Matt" operated the mechanical switches with such care and made sure my brother's car was not damaged or scratched. Matthew "Matt" was so freaking AWESOME that even though the tire was crooked making it impossible to drive or turn the steering wheel... Matt was able to utilize his tow truck to park my brother's car so perfectly on the side of the street. We are so grateful to Matthew for the wonderful service!
Our tow truck driver, Willie was awesome! I love that they sent a flatbed for our econoline van! It made me feel like it was totally secured. Great service!
Used them them through my insurance twice and the first time waited for ever for them to arrive which isn’t a big deal. But the second time the driver gave the shop attitude and a hard time dropping off my car and when he drops the car off he leaves!!!!! Doesn’t tell the shop the keys are in the car or nothing!!! I get my car is disabled but come on some common courtesy and customer service I’m trusting you guys transporting my vehicle! Calling my insurance company to file a complaint! Unacceptable!
What a great towing company! Add their number to your contact list, you never know when you may need them. They are very reasonably priced and have great staff. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, and the Tow truck driver, Julian, was fantastic. He was careful loading my car on the flat bed, making sure it wouldn’t scrape the bed or the ground, and was also very kind. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I am in process of resolving dispute of vehicle damaged with tow company. Granted USAA road side assistance is also dragging feet. Stop saying you know my uncle on your reponses. Pictures posted. About to get much worse. Getting other pictures and video ready to upload. This issue is just started so will continue to edit review.
On the 5/6/2019 my husband and I were in the way to pick up our son from work. 10 on the freeway out trucks bel broke and left us stranded. The next day we called for a tow. Though he was running a little late, the gentlemen called to let us know the tow before us took a little longer than expected. Of course we understand situations arise that can’t be helped. As soon as he was done he was headed our way. I didn’t get his name but, he was very friendly, professional, and quick. He had our truck up on the bed and followed us home. We are thankful for the courteous service, and friendly yet professional attitude. And calling to let us know what was going on. 5 stars to Chacon Towing keep up the good work and two thumbs up to your employees. I would recommend you to our clients and friends.
My daughter had an accident and our insurance company sent out Chacon Towing. They we're out to us in such a timely manner that the officer at the site stated their own towing company had never come out as fast. The driver was excellent, he reassured not only my daughter but my husband and I as well, he went so far as to tell her that he would take extra care of her car for her and get it to the location of our choice. We couldn't have asked for better service, we highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their assistance.
This evening we experienced car trouble and our Insurance Co. dispatched a different towing service. For some unknown reason, that towing company canceled our roadside assistance after we had waited over an hour. We got a call from our Ins Co. and we were informed that Chacon Towing and Roadside Assistance would help us. Sure enough! The Gentleman’s names is Jesus and he promptly got started with our vehicle. He was thorough, professional and very courteous. We will ask specifically for Chacon Towing and Roadside should anything happen in the future.

I had an unexpected breakdown in San Antonio and Chacon Towing treated me the way it should be. I am from out of town, so I was more concerned than usual. I called and the dispatcher got my name, number, and location. She got my vehicle and said the truck should be there in 40 minutes. The driver called while on the way. He arrived in 30 minutes with a flat-bed, which was just right for my Suburban. He took me to the shop I asked for about three miles away. The price was just what had been quoted to me by the dispatcher. This happened on a weekday around lunch. The price was very reasonable. I would commend them to you. Thanks, Jessie.
Awesome Great Service! Driver called to let me know he was 30 min away. I also got a text letting me know he was 15 away. Driver was very polite. I have used them 3 times now and always have fast response times and took good care of my cars. I own a car dealership here in town and will only use Chacon from now on.
