Freedom towing answered my call for service at 7am on the second ring of the call! They were able to arrive at my location within 15 minutes and were polite and professional the entire time. I had a horrible morning when my car broke down on the highway. This towing company was affordable and amazing when I spoke to him on the phone. Even though I live on the other side of town from him, he came through. He was very polite. 100% recommend if you need a tow.
We called our insurance The general to help us with roadside assistance they report they had a company called us and the man was not able to talk English so luckily I was able to and he wanted to charge us $245 and I said no the insurance she paid for that so I hung up call the agency again and they hook me up with freedom the owner is Henry Henry says no insurance covers it and I'm on my way he was such a good gentleman I called them where he was at and he said I'm 30 minutes away he came in and did a great job with a beautiful attitude I was very happy with his business he brought a truck to the mechanics and I took his hand and I said thank you so much we've been sitting out here for 4 hours and you are the one that responded right away and if anyone wants to have something told right away call freedom Henry the owner he's an awesome guy and he's also been in the Marine corps and he acted like a marine with a lot of respect we thank Henry so much for today, Henry we will always count on you thank you again.
I needed to have my 2006 Toyota Camry towed to Sun Automotive on Culebra on 09-14-24. I called Freedom Towing, and Mr. Chavez arrived quickly. He towed my vehicle to the shop and left it in a parking space near the service bay so that the mechanics could easily roll it in and work on it. Everything about the work was efficient and professional. Mr. Chavez is a marine vet, by the way. I recommend Freedom Towing without reservation.

I can't thank enough for the support and assistance that we had. My car didn't start it had a damage battery that he diagnose but was not 100% sure so he offer to follow us to a car shop in case our car die in the way and even helped us to change the battery. In the shop they confirmed the battery was bad. He went beyond the calls of duty. I highly recommend his service for all the support and advice to someone that doesn't know anything about cars. Excellent price , excellent service.
