  Don’t be swayed by the negative reviews. Chris helped me with the pick up of my vehicle to be sold to Peddle. He provided great communication calling me with his ETA and right before arriving (on time). He patiently gave me instructions and made the process simple and quick. Chris was very professional and courteous. We had pleasant conversation throughout the experience. Thank you Chris for making the experience stress free. I highly recommend ACC Wrecker Service.

  ACC gave me the runaround They repeatedly canceled my requests for pickup, for a Peddle sale. Then tersely tell me I have to show up onsite for the sale. (I live over an hour away, and had a dealer selling for me) Finally I have to get ahold of him (I assume) and ask him why. I don't get an answer. After getting upset, he finally tells me to contact peddle about a minor correction to my title. (a week later) I make the correction with Peddle; they assign me again to this individual. Who now says, "oh I remember you; I can't pick you up" (oh, why is that?) "because I don't want to" (click)

  Never showed up, had to call several numbers to find one that worked. The driver claimed they cancelled the call that morning, then actually canceled (I got the text when I was on the phone with the vendor complaining about them) after I had sat there waiting for them for nearly 4 hours.

  I called to check on my service that was scheduled for today between 7-11 am. I was told by the very rude man that it was canceled and when I asked him if I was going to get anything stating so since I got the confirmation he kept cutting me off and said no. So I said I would have waited here until 11 - at this point I had been waiting for an hour and a half- again he kept cutting me off and trying to talk over me. Then he very rudely told me that I can sit and wait. Didn’t offer to reschedule or anything just kept talking over me. Then he told me I was talking over him when I told him he did not have to be rude I was just asking and then he told me I am canceled. Yes I called him a not so nice word. If this is how this company is represented then I would not recommend them at all. I got rescheduled with a nicer company. I tried to tell him all I would have liked was to be notified since I got the confirmation of the pick up and we could have rescheduled but he was not listening. No recommended use from me. And I will let everyone I know about the kind of service they provide.

  Was contracted to pick up a vehicle through peddle. Cancelled twice last minute when calling the company to get clarification on why. The person who answered the phone was very rude he said he didn't have the type of truck to haul a 4 wheel drive. I understand the first time not knowing, but knowing full well what type of vehicle we had the second time they still accepted the request to pick up. Which begs the question, why accept a request to tow a vehicle you KNOW you can't tow? The person who answered was unhelpful we asked for clarification, is this something that he just has that type of truck already on a job, does he simply not own that type of wrecker? I would have loved to have found out but he hung up on us. Never do business with this person. They are either mentally deficient, or willfully ignorant for...I don't know...reasons?

  Used this company to have an old car of mine towed. They were very friendly and professional. The driver who came by was also very friendly and got the car hooked up quickly.   Chris Mcfarlane, self professed owner of ACC Wrecker Service, is the most unprofessional, arrogant, condescending and just plain awful person to deal with. He was contracted by Peddle to pick up my car for salvage and ultimately left without doing so after being so rude and demeaning to everyone involved from me to the collision shop personnel where the car was located. He initially refused to go into the office where signing paperwork was required and instead trespassed into the shop's back lot to find the car himself. Someone from the shop was going to bring the paperwork out to him and give him the keys. He never signed anything, refused to take the car and even walked in and threw the car keys he was given earlier inside the office before leaving. Avoid this guy and his company at all costs! No stars or negative stars is what their service is worth. I would never do business with this person or his company ever, not ever.

  I had the pleasure to work with Chris. When I say pleasure, this is far from the best word that one could use. I was stranded in another state, city, and had a car that broke down on me and sure enough? Chris was to my rescue. Not only did Chris educate me on what was wrong with my car, he provided advice, but he also went above and beyond to help me. Besides taking me off the side of the road, Chris hauled my car a decent distance, helped me go to literally three Motels and waited to ensure I actually got a room as multiple times different Motels near the San Antonio Airport was busy at 11PM. He didn't need to wait for me, he didn't need to make sure I got a room, he didn't need to take me place to place to make sure I was safe, comfortable, but overall in good condition in a very foreign place (to me). I have never had anyone willing to do all these things for me, in the middle of the night, and a complete stranger as he literally protected me, and will never forget such a valiant effort and willing to go out of his way to help me. Chris should be the reason you go to Texas and keep his name in case you need a HUMAN BEING, he should be your ONLY choice for Towing as nobody is as friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to be HUMAN like he was. A little ol' Toyota Prius that didn't work, not some fancy super car as you may have thought to get such service and respect.

  Chris was supposed to pick up my vehicle this morning on behalf of PEDDLE who bought my car. He called last minute to cancel because he can’t “tow a 4 wheel drive vehicle” very unprofessional and I don’t recommend. When I tried to tell him that my car runs and drives, he hung up. This is an example of him being “courteous” in his words.

  Very friendly, polite and effective service. I do not know much about prevailing rates on related services for the area, so, in all fairness and honesty, cannot say wether the charged price was right. Have no doubt that I was not charged any more than what was fair . On the other hand the friendly service is worth what it costs. Sincere thank you.   I highly recommend this company. Needed my Ford F-150 towed to shop. Chris is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Very professional yet down to earth guy. Treated me like we'd known each other for years. Great guy. Clearly takes care of his towing equipment which made me very comfortable with my truck being towed by him. Also, I didn't have to wait for more than 20 minutes max for him to arrive and his price was extremely fair considering some of the other quotes I'd been given. If you need a tow call Chris!!   I was stranded at a dangerous location on 410 and Callahan. .acc happened to be in the same area..he promptly pulled me to a a safe location ...I told him I couldn't pay him at this time..he said dont worry about it..the important thing is that your safe now..I would recommend acc to everyone

  My car got a flat on the highway last week, Chris I believe his name so happened to be at the same place at the current time. He knew how important it was to take my car off the highway. Even after I told him I was calling roadside assistance he was kind enough to tow my car off of the highway free of charge just to not endanger anyone. This seems to be the kind of company that looks out for its customers and not just its money. Nothing but the highest of praise for this company.

  I called ACC Towing, because my car broke down on the middle of the road. I spoke to Chris, and he was very professional. The driver came to my rescue in about 20 minutes. The best part of all, is their rates. ACC Towing offers very affordable rates, definitely the best rates in this business. They don't try to stick you with $100 like most other towing companies.
